Our water heater went out on a Thursday. I emailed DB at 5:30 a.m. Friday asking them to call me when they opened. They actually got with me before they opened and rearranged their schedule to get us a new hot water heater that same day so we didnt have to go all weekend with no hot water. They were also extremely quick. Our water goes through an iron filter and a softener that they had to unhook to even get to the water heater and I thought theyd be there all day. Nope, not even 2 hours. I guess you move quickly when you know what you are doing lol. They were also really patient with my dog who kept going in to supervise and shutting the lid on their supply box lol. I always recommend DB!

I recently had to sell my mothers Richmond home while living in Virginia. DB Plumbing provided fair estimates and prompt and courteous service on multiple occasions for plumbing repairs and more. The workers provided photos and texts of their progress. It was as good as being there. Thank you!!

Third time using this company Wow, nice guys named C J and a younger kid who was being a shadow for the summer to learn how to do remodeling work and came out and helped my grandma with her bathroom exhaust unit. They had it ripped out and put back with a new one in less then a few hours. He also recommended some other repairs he noticed needed attention to that if we fixed now would save a lot of money which ended up saving us big time. Thank you to this company and the way they always have shown us true customer service and exceptional work. Thank you DB we will always give you our business and pass your business card on to the next family.

I highly recommend DB Plumbing for commercial and residential. Having several businesses and homes, Dale and his staff have always been prompt and professional. They have done numerous jobs for us and I couldn’t ask for better service, the staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy!!! Being a busy business owner myself, Dale gets it, I call in the issue and I can go about my day because I know it will get fixed and in a timely manner.

Good honest people. Long but worth it.... I was told by a family friend that my water heater needed replaced and me knowing nothing about plumbing I called DB plumbing and they gave me a estimate. Which was the going rate for this repair.. I checked multiple places). They said it would be Tuesday before they could get to it (today is Wednesday) but they would try to get here sooner since I had no hot water. To my surprise an employee from DB plumbing sends me a text a few hours later to call him. I called and they said they got done early so they would be here in 20 minutes. Awesome right!! But thats not the best part..They look at it and tell me it doesnt need replaced. Like I said earlier I know nothing about plumbing so they could have easily came in and replaced my water heater. I would have never known. Saved me $1000!! Will have my business for years to come. Good job DB plumbing for your honesty and integrity. 👊 👏 👏

They go above and beyond and fix anything that isn’t right although for me there was only one error and they immediately fixed it without complaint. They modified the shower seat specifically for my husband making it a little wider than normal since he is a big man. They even curved the seat edge for his safety at our request with no problem. Dale inspects the work and makes sure it is up to snuff! I have heard nothing but good things about this company and now I know why. I highly recommend this company for your bathroom renovations.

Hired DB to install new toilet and fixtures in bathroom and to turn the water on after the house had been winterized last year. They found and fixed a dozen leaks. Their crew was professional and not at all frustrated with the extra work. The cost was VERY reasonable. I would hire them again.

Had a sewer gas smell coming from yard so I called DB Plumbing to inspect sewer drain pipe for damage. They sent out a guy that inspected pipe and determined that there was nothing wrong with the pipe. He said that it was probably an issue with the city sewage drain. Dale, owner of the company, called Sanitary District and they were out here the next day to fix the issue. DB Plumbing did not charge me for the work they completed. Great company and I will be recommending them from now on.

I had faucets put in and they were not putting out enough water. No one would help me so i looked out of connersville and db plumbing was the one i went with. They arrived and were very nice guys and they found the problem and fixed it. I was so worried i was gonna have to spend a lot of money to fix it. Now they work and i am so happy with them. I suggest anyone wanting a good plumber to cal db plumbing. Thanks guys i am so relieved.

After we were hung out to dry by another local plumber, DB Plumbing came out right away and had my problem fixed the same day they started! It was not an easy job at all , but the guys were polite and stayed late to get it finished. Great Job and thank you again!

These guys were absolutely fantastic! They actually came to install a new dishwasher for me, but we had a leak in the bathroom and they took a look at it and ended up putting in a new toilet for me, same day. They certainly didn’t have to do that but they went out of their way to be helpful, very clean and detail oriented. I will definitely have them back when I need more plumbing done.
