    We had a first rate experience with Bradley in obtaining a new replacement heat pump and air handler. I was able to book an initial appointment on line for the following day. The estimator was thoroughly professional and helpful. The installation was scheduled immediately for the following week. The installers completed the entire job in a day and left us with a fully operational system within a week if my initial contact. We have dealt with many different HVAC, plumbing, electric, and other service providers over the years but Bradley Mechanical gave us the best service I can recall.

    Just had it installed this winter, so I havent used it yet. All of the employees were courteous, from the salesperson to the installers the electricians and the 3 inspectors. They were all knowledgeable and answer all my questions. The company took care to do the warranty for me and were polite and caring. Ill start using my mini split air conditioner this Spring some time and look forward to a cool house

Technician Mike Bates was exceptionally helpful and kind. He refused to leave us without hot water during these freezing days and managed to complete the job the next morning.     The technician did an excellent job and had a fantastic personality. I noticed he was training a new employee who paid close attention to details. I was a little overwhelmed with the price, but realized that Plummers are at the top the chain. I was just impressed with his knowledge of the tread. I did the original work over twenty years ago. He showed me how it should have been done.

    The Bradley crews were friendly and completed replacement of my water heater and heat pump in one day! They showed up exactly on time and went above and beyond to deliver exactly what was promised, including hauling out my full water heater when it wouldn’t drain and installing my outdoor unit in pouring rain. There were no surprises on the quote even with the extra unanticipated work. Excellent!

    Marquel was the technician who came out to our property to conduct an air duct cleaning today and he and his partner were fantastic! He called to let me know that he was arriving a little early today and apologized for any inconvenience, which there was no inconvenience. They both were very friendly, answered my questions promptly, and got the job done very well. Their work was thorough and I believe that it’ll prolong my HVACs life a little longer! We will be using Bradley Mechanical again in the near future!

    Great service! We had an HVAC & a water heater issues land in the same day/week and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly and find a resolutions for both! Andrew and Jeffrey were also super transparent about cost, options, what could go right or wrong, and how those would then effect the price. I also liked that they called when they were on the way and Bradley Mechanical sent a text w/ the names & picture of each technician so we could feel confident in who is coming to our house. 100% will use again!     Moved into brand new house with tankless water heater April 2024. Plumbing never worked correctly. First 18 months 5 different plumbers came out. Not enough water pressure to get hot water upstairs. One said run the hot water in the sink while you shower. That helped some. Today Mike Bates from Bradley Mechanical completely fixed the problem. Just had my first good shower in this house. I am beyond delighted!

    This was my first call to Bradley Mechanical, my call was answered by a person :), my call was handled with courtesy and concern for my needs. I was told I would be worked in and a technician should be able to get to me in the afternoon. I was called at 11am by a technician and was told he would arrive in a hour. At 12:07 he arrived and handled my concern in a matter of minutes. I was very pleased with the handling of my service call. 😀

    I Needed a Rinnai 2532 Tankless water heater (circa March 2004) replaced (Its Leaking). .Most of Bradleys competitors(I contacted ten of them) wanted to charge me between $75 and $150 just to provide me with quotes for lesser or older units than I desired. The ones who did not charge for the quotes wanted between $2,222 and $3,334 to install lesser or older units I did not want .I wanted either a Rinnai RSC 160IN, or a Rinnai RSC 199IN. Since I had a Rinnai that needed to be replaced, and the infrastructure ( gas line ,electronics, plumbing, etc were already in place, and just some retro-fitting should be needed I did not believe that the install should be much more than it was initially ($1200) in 2004).$2222 to $3334 sounded insane to install units that cost less than that! Bradley Mechanical provided me with a free quote, and the Rinnai RSC199IN and its install were less than just the install cost quoted by most of the others.Bradleys quote was accepted12-20-22 3:30 PM. My new Tankless water heater was installed today, 12-21-22, in 2 hours. Am I estatic? Yes!!! For 2 hours work Bradleys competitors were going to charge me between $1111 and $1667 per hour. I cannot recommend Bradley Mechanical highly enough! They were HONEST, professional, competent, and Reasonably Priced. They were a little late arriving, but Im not complaining about that now.

    Bradley Mechanical technicians were very professional. I didnt feel pressured to purchase any services but the services were explained to me in detail and my options presented. I actually had 2 services completed on 5/24/24. The HVAC technician was clean, thorough, professional and took time to answer my questions without hesitation. The second service tech was basically evaluating my duct work and helping me to understand if it needed services at this time. He was also patient and answered questions. He suggested the most appropriate service for me and explained the reason why a more extensive service was not necessary at this time. I felt like these men were knowledgeable and that I could trust them to care for these areas of my home. In the future I plan to use Bradley Mechanical, not only for HVAC and duct work but also for plumbing and electrical services if needed.

    Techs came by to service my standby generator, which performed very poorly during an extended outage a few months ago. They discovered that the previous company to perform service overfilled the oil...by a lot! After servicing, they ran it through a load test and the genset proved to be working properly.We also discussed the options for installing a larger generator (before their servicing effort) in the event this old wreck was done. Techs were very knowledgeable about advances in the control technology available with units today in contrast to what my ~12 year old unit offers.I will definitely employ Bradley for my Generac generator service in the future. As for that other firm, they were 10% more expensive and cant read a dipstick, so, Hale no!

    Bradley Mechanical really did get me out of the fix I was in. 10+ years ago I had a Rinnai water heater installed and the air intake discharged stack was installed incorrectly. It was sucking air from the attic because the pipes were not connected all the way and they should have been secured with screws. I assumed the installer would refuse to correct it and spent ten years placing and replacing a makeshift filter in a very hard to get to place in my attic. I decided to call Bradley Mechanical to replace the stack and the boot. They repaired the original for a lot less. Thank you for getting me out of the fix I was in.

    Bradley came in to correct issues from another contractor. This was a new install and the previous contractor was less expensive but the workmanship was the worst I have ever experienced. This new install took 3 unnecessary months and still there were issues. I will not named the company, but cheaper is not always better!!!! Bradley came in and identified the issues with in moments. They set up the repair and sent a qualified tech out expeditiously and had the issue corrected within a little more than an hour. After the work was completed, the tech took time to educate me on the system, I then received a follow up text, & a follow up email to see if the service went well. Heck yeah!!!!! I am on the maintenance program!!!! Thanks Bradley Mechanical!

    Our Air Conditioner went out after the Sept 7 storms. I called Bradley late the next morning. They were able to schedule me for the 2-4 time slot. Great. At the same time I scheduled for an electrician to install a ceiling fan. That was scheduled for a week later. A couple hours later the electricians (Jacob and a second guy) arrived. It seems as though they arrived at a scheduled job and nobody was home so they popped in since they were in the area. A few minutes later Mason arrived to replace a capacitor in the heat pump. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes.I now have had four service calls (plus Jimmy with a electrical quote). Everybody has been professional and great.I would highly recommend Bradley Mechanical.

    After another company came out 3 times in as many weeks with no solution, I decided to call Bradley Mechanical. The person answering the phone was great, listened to my situation and scheduled an assessment. Within an hour of my call, Mike Bates came out, assessed the situation and work was scheduled for the next day. Once my hot water heater was replaced, Alec Cole saw signs that something still wasn’t right and asked to check in the crawl space, where he discovered and fixed a broken pipe. Water damage was extensive but not yet seen in my living area. I can’t imagine how long that leak could have gone undiscovered if it hadn’t been for the professional expertise and customer service provided by Bradley’s. With extensive repair work underway, I’m so glad I let go of the first company and called Bradley’s. I wish I had called them first.

    We had just moved to the area and purchased a home when the fan to one of the units started making a screeching sound. I called Bradley, they came out and gave me a few options. The office did a little research and determined that the fan was under warranty. They came out and replaced the fan quickly, no more sound! Then, 2 weeks later our furnace went out. The technician came and pulled it apart to determine the heat exchange was cracked. Their sales team came out same day and gave us 3 options on replacement and came 36 hours later. Each employee we came into contact with from start to finish was respectful and professional.

    We have been using Bradley Mechanical for several years. We have always been happy with their service, from scheduling to billing to technician. The quality of work has always been excellent.We have used them for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. All services have been outstanding.They are expensive! There are definitely more affordable alternatives out there. If you are on a budget, then Bradley may not be for you. If you want it done right, then Bradley IS for you.**update**We recently tried another service provider and I think we may be switching. Why? The other provider is notably more affordable, still provides high level of professionalism and quality of service, and has far superior communications than Bradley Mechanical does. Communications is something that has always been a struggle with BM.

    Bradley Mechanical installed our brand new HVAC system and air purifier last winter. We were blown away by the service and work they did. We love the new unit, thermostat, and purification system. Ethan Ayers was wonderful to work with and answered all of the many questions we had. He truly went above and beyond. The techs were great and we even had them come back for a plumbing issue a few months after the HVAC install. They did great work there too and we would call them for any future work. We also are glad we are on the maintenance contract to keep the HVAC clean and maintained.

    Bradley mechanical made the entire process of replacing our water heater, easy and comfortable. We add a master plumber, come out, assess the project and give us an estimate. We were able to approve the estimate electronically via our email. Upon approval, Bradley mechanical, contacted us and set up an appointment date, which was just two days later. The day of the installation the technicians called us ahead of time to let us know they were on route, and what time they will be here. The two gentlemen, who did the work were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They went over everything with us and explained the new system, and how to perform needed maintenance on it. The company was great to work with, and I wouldnt hesitate about using them again in the future for plumbing issues but to be honest, hope I never have to.

    I purchased a 26k Generac whole home generator and had it installed on 24 October 2023. The entire process of the installation took two days and my family, and I could not have been happier with this purchase.     I had an entire HVAC system installed. Im extremely satisfied with the entire experience except for 1 serious thing but first I cant express how great Brad (not the owner), David and Christian were. Professional, knowledgeable and worked very hard. Im sure theyre the best installation team at Bradley Mechanical. The system works great, and my home is very comfortable.Unfortunately, the final task to complete the installation was a new access door. I had to work that day and was told I didnt need to be there while for the last phase of the installation. When I came home, I let the dogs out, as usual, and I didnt realize the tech didnt lock the gate when he was done. One of my dogs escaped. It never occurred to me the gate wasnt latched, so a few minutes had passed when I finally noticed she was gone. I jumped in my vehicle and drove around for a while calling her name finally giving up since I didnt know in what direction she ran. After a while she finally came home unharmed, but the event was very stressful after working a full day, the house turned a little upside down from the installation and then unsuccessfully trying to find my lost dog.I left a message for Brad Bradley to call me and never heard back.A few days later...Mr. Bradley emailed me today and blamed me for his people leaving my gate unlatched. Isnt that interesting.

    When I called, they offered me an appointment for next day, or an after hours service tonight for a $60 fee. I took the after hours fee, but when someone became available early, they came out and saved me that fee. Mike Bates serviced my water heater. The pilot light had gone out, and he found the part that had broke and needed to be replaced. He already had the needed part in his truck ready to go, and quickly fixed the water heater. He was very respectful and took the time to show me how to reset a pilot light (first time homeowner here). He tested for leaks and made sure everything was good to go before he left. Great service, and made sure I got the best price. I would highly recommend Mike Bates and Bradley Mechanical, and I will definitely be using them in the future.

    We bought and had installed a Lennox Mini Split HVAC. We chose Bradley because of some prior electric work in September. We also had the same electrical group to provide electrical hook up. The HVAC install crew drove from Chesterfield up to Ashland, VA (about 45 miles). That crew did not arrive until 9:15 even after leaving the shop at 8:00. They predicted the project would take nine hours. One worker left to go to Lowes for a pvc covering and was gone for three hours. That absence jammed up the others. If you are close to Chesterfield, use Bradley. Be warned about travel time if you are a long way from their shop.

    I’ve used Bradley Mechanical for multiple plumbing services including service for gas log fireplaces, gas hot water heater, clogged exterior plumbing lines, broken outdoor spigots, etc…at multiple properties over the last few years and they never disappoint. They have always provided prompt, professional service at a fair price.

    Bradley and David were both fantastic! They worked very quickly, and were very nice and polite. Rob was also wonderful, and spent ample time going over everything with me in regards to the sales. While replacing an HVAC is never a fun thing to do, this company made it the easiest and best it could possibly be.

    I had a whole generator installed. For those who don’t know this job is a lot of work and requires skilled electricians and plumbers. The Bradley team did an excellent job. They were on time, answered any questions I had, were very detailed in the execution of their trades and found a few issues that they readily corrected even though they had not created them. I could not ask for a better team of professionals.

    My furnace caught fire and I had to get someone to look at it and give me a bid. I called another company first to give us a price and because I had used Bradley on some maintenance issues in the past I called them also. We went with Bradley and Im so glad we did. Jason came out and looked over everything and told us what we would need and 2 days later the guys were here to install a new unit along with air conditioning unit that was hit also. They were very professional and did a great job. My inspector from the county came out yesterday to check their work and before he even went in he said he knew everything will be fine since they did the work. They have always done a wonderful job. So good to hear it from a professional too.

    Have used Bradley Mechanical for several years after using several other services. Was recommended to me by a county building inspector friend. They have provided excellent, reliable service with well trained technicians. Have provided many options when repairs needed, saving money by replacing parts rather than a whole system regardless of my aging equipment. Totally satisfied with all members of the staff I have interacted with. If the system finally requires replacement I will accept it with the understanding that they will always recommend what is in MY best interest.

    We recently used Bradley for replacing our HVAC systems. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a number of options for us to consider. The scheduling was easy and convenient. The installers stayed focused throughout the job.     Ryan the technician was great! He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. The flame sensor needed to be cleaned and at no time was any additional work/repairs or upcharges mentioned. I was credited the diagnosis fee, which is only offered to 1st time customers. I didnt feel over charged at all but would prefer they waive the fee for all customers if repairs are completed by Bradley Mechanical not just for 1st times customers.

    The Sales Executive, Jason Manes, was very professional and thorough in his evaluation of my current system. He listened to my requests and gave me multiple options including his recommendation. After making a decision he answered all of my new questions prior to the installation and arranged for a temporary AC unit if needed for comfort. He came on both days of the 2 day install and directed the technicians regarding the difficult removal of the old system. He followed up immediately afterward to discover the factory setting did not match my needs. He arranged for a supervisory team to reset the system with little difficulty. He was exceptional in all aspects. The Lenox system is working great and the Office staff managed all billing and available rebates perfectly. I would trust Jasons expertise and honest assessment for all future HVAC needs.

Only reason I gave 4 because, the brand new Air handler malfunctioned after two week of installation.
