Bader have been my people to go to for 20 years.Mark just came over and snake machined my shower drain and got our blockage taken out very quick!!! Over the years the whole team has been solving problems in my house!theyre awesome!!

I’ve used Bader in the past for A/C, but this review will speak to a recent kitchen renovation project.Bader was subcontracted through my contractor (A.Morgan) to do my plumbing work. I had several different projects that were completed over several days by different specialists.• I had a bulkhead removed in my kitchen and there was a mess of plumbing pipes under it. This was a very expensive surprise project. Bader was great, though. The employee was at my house for around 2 days rerouting all the pipes so they would fit up in the ceiling. Phenomenal work and was very pleasant. He came back to check on things after a few days to make any adjustments needed before the contractor put ceilings back up.• I needed a gas line ran to my kitchen as I was switching to gas from electric. Two men came to run gas line and were done within an hour.• Also, had half-bath toilet mounted because the new flooring required removal of the old one.• After renovation was complete, plumbers needed to come back in and hook up all the water for sink and dishwasher. Had a bit of an issue because parts were misplaced for garbage disposal and dishwasher in between all the subcontractors in and out of the house, but Bader ordered the parts needed and installed everything as soon as parts came in.All the specialists were professional and friendly. However, one guy in particular kept putting his dirty hands on my walls and white cabinets, but there’s some things you overlook when everything else was great. I just cleaned up after he left.Bader seems to be a bit pricier than others in the area, but you get what you pay for - highly skilled workers that get the job done.

We have used Bader a couple times as through insurance when they have picked up the claim. They have always been incredibly professional, clean, efficient and friendly. Appreciate your help as always

We called them on a Friday evening and was called right back and told they’d have someone at our home 8am on New Years Day to fix our furnace! The technician showed up on time, very friendly, made sure he cleaned his shoes before walking in every time he came in our home. Very well vursed on the geothermal furnace we have, diagnosed it well unlike the last company and fixed it pretty quickly. I was highly impressed with their customer service at the office and beyond thankful and happy with the technician. Thank you all very much!

I woke up to no heat, it was freezing in my house! A Bader worker came to see what was going on with my heater. He flipped the light switch and my basement lightbulb blew! The poor guy told me not to worry about it and worked in complete darkness. The heater got fixed and he was still quick and efficient, despite the lack of light, other than his head lamp! Thank you so much!

We had a water leak under the house and called Bader Mechanical to ask if they could do the needed repairs. We received a call back about 15 minutes later and was told they are on the way. The repair was made by an very friendly employee that was not at all afraid to go under the house with the chance of getting wet from the leak. Thank you very much for the quick repair! Now well have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Great company, professional techs. They offer 24 hour emergency service (something hard to find.) They have a verity of techs from different backgrounds, so whatever you need done, theyve got a guy who specializes in that task. The only company in richmond I would call.

I love this company. Each time Ive called they have come out same day or next. The guys dont waste time and are very professional. Today I thought I needed my whole faucets changed in my kitchen. They came in took it off cleaned it and HURRAY were good. He could have changed it and charged me. Thats just one time they saved me money. The office staff are so nice when I have call in a panic. Thank you so much for that it means alot. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank again

I called in the late afternoon yesterday for a furnace repair and received a call first thing this morning telling me they are on the way. The repair was quick and the employee was very friendly. I cant begin to tell you how happy I am with the service, employee and the repair cost was very fair.
