    SS Electrical Solutions is TOP NOTCH not only in skill but fairness in price, customer service, and people skills! Every time I have used them, they have been quick to answer the phone, quick to arrive, clear about what was wrong, and fairly priced in the repairs. They have been able to fix the issues immediately versus the waiting and coming back with what they need to repair that I have experienced with other electricians. Every technician I have used has been very patient explaining to me what was going on- and most recently being empathetic to me having sick kids at home! I cant recommend them enough!

    Finally an electrical contractor who is customer driven and delivers quality, schedule and value. Their technicians, David and Jacob, were knowledgeable, great at communication and did an excellent job start to finish. Shawn made this part of my project possible by working with me on both schedules and tight budgets. As a retired general contractor I found this company to be amoung the best. They were a pleasure to work with and I will certainly be calling on them in the future.

    My husband and I are new to the area, and were not familiar with electrical businesses here. SS electrical Solutions was recommended to us and we thought we would give them a try. We needed a ventilator with a heater put into the ceiling of our master bath. Alberto and two other electricians arrived on time and installed the unit. They worked quickly completed the job and cleaned up the area before they left. All the staff I spoke with on the phone from Scarlett to Nicole were polite and helpful. If we need an electrician again we will definitely call SS electrical Solutions.

    Excellent experience! They came and gave me an estimate right away and got me on the books just a few days later. Kyle did great work and was very thorough - even found a safety issue we were unaware of and fixed it He was super friendly, answered all my questions, and went the extra mile and cleaned everything up like nothing had happened in that room.     SS Electrical did an excellent job helping me with my lamp post issues. They came out lightning fast. Brandon did a great job diagnosing the issue. As a new homeowner, I like to learn how things around the house work and he took the time to show me what he was doing and how it worked. I will absolutely give them a call the next time I need help with electrical work around my house. I would give them 6 stars but google will only let me go to 5.

    I had a motion sensor light upgraded and relocated approximately eight foot over from original light. David and Jamarcus showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were very thorough and cleaned up completely when finished. Thanks for a job well done. I also previously had Jeff come out to install outlet and timer . He did a very good job and even fixed an issue with how outlet had been originally wired. Thanks to him as well.

    Shawn and Nicole at SS Electrical are THE BEST! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an HVAC unit that went out because our breaker broke—in July—in a house of people that dont like being hot. And this happens right before we leave for vacation!!!! They were able to work us in and resolve our issue the same day. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and timely. We are so relieved and impressed with how quickly this happened. What more could you ask for?We have our forever electrical company and will recommend Shawn and the SS Electrical team to everyone we can!!!!

    I contacted SS Eletrical after realizing our HVAC was not working upon coming home from work. I contacted them at 4:00pm and Shawn contacted me around 4:30pm saying he can come out and take a look at the outlet that’s providing power to the unit. Shawn was here by 5:00 pm and had the outlet working again and providing heat. I was blown away by how fast they were to get to us! I was totally expecting a next day visit and a cold night in store for us. Thank you again Shawn! I totally recommend this company and will only use them from here on out!

    Kyle Webb took down an old (mid 1980s) ceiling fan, installed a junction box, and installed a new ceiling fan. Kyle was professional and ensured the new ceiling fan was correctly installed. The room looks so much better now, and my dogs appreciate the cool air. I highly recommend Kyle and SS Electrical Solutions.

    Shawn first called me to discuss the issue I was having with our kitchen ceiling light. He recommended and ordered a new light for us that would fit the space of the old light and it wouldnt require painting the ceiling. The electrician installed the new LED ceiling light and it fit perfectly in the space. Two ceiling fans were also installed in 2 bedrooms which I had previously purchased. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Shawn followed up to ensure our satisfaction with the job and emailed the invoice.     Joe came first thing on a Monday morning to fix several inspection issues we’d found out about over the weekend. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, upfront and professional. He replaced vaulted ceiling fan, worked on the panel box and replaced a GFI. The fan was tricky because it was on an angle but Joe knew exactly what to get. Something I thought might take weeks took him a couple hours. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely use SS again!

    We had an issue with our power box and called SS Electrical on a Friday morning for help. The owner himself came to our house to make sure all was ok at the end of his day and continued to communicate with us about finding a part to fix the issue that evening. He went out of his way to find that part- not an easy task given our house is older. Couple days later a service technician, Joe came by and got us back on track. Everyone there is amazing! He explained things in detail and a itemized quote was sent to me shortly after our conversation. Nicole was also very professional and friendly.     I was really impressed by my experience with SS Electric from first contact to the estimate to the work performed, everyone I dealt with was nice, professional and good at what they do. I had them add a new circuit for my microwave to solve for an existing overloaded circuit and Matt and Joe did a fantastic job. Not only are they pros but I appreciated how friendly they were and that they cleaned up and put everything back in place. Sadly that’s rare service nowadays. Great job!! DIY work I completed created a problem with switches and outlets not working, so I called them based on another referral. I was able to communicate my issue (one of our outlets looked like it had a threat of fire or a history of one) first via text message with images and get some feedback so that he was prepared before he arrived.     I called SS Electrical to put in a switch under my sink to accommodate a new dishwasher. The previous dishwasher was hard wired, but the new dishwasher is totally enclosed and had to be plugged into an outlet. An appointment was set and then the company called and asked if they could come out earlier because they were expecting snow. I agreed and the Electrician, Joe, arrived around 5 p.m. This poor man had to crawl under my house to set up the new wiring. It was already dark, and I live in the country, so you never know what youll find under the house. Joe said its no problem and he had the job completed in 15 minutes. He then rewired a ceiling lamp for me. Again. It was late and he had been working since 6 am, but he was happy to take on any job with a smile. I was so pleased with his work and so appreciative of his kind, pleasant attitude. He was really just amazing. Most plumbers and electricians complain when working on this house because its so old. I will definitely use SS Electrical Solutions again and will request Joe. Thank you Joe.
