Had an addition added to the house. These guys came out and did amazing work in a short time! Our addition looks great. They also did some additional work installing recessed lights in our living room. Again completed it in short order and it looks amazing!

My husband and I needed wiring run to install exterior lights. We also have a side garage that had cut wires hanging and outlets didnt work for years. North Wind Electric did an excellent job keeping us safe, getting things working & installing new lights.A couple of things stood out:1. Quick response (callback & site visit).2. Quoted hourly price.3. Kept posted of progress & good job troubleshooting.4. Repaired & installed everything we needed in about 4 hours (should have called them earlier!).5. Adam and crew came in to install a bathroom ceiling fan and fix related “creative wiring.” When we asked if they could fix a couple big jobs/problems left by a lingering construction project, they got to it! One of the projects involved a vaulted ceiling with recessed and ambient lights that needed to be on a separate switch. The job had dwelled for months to no satisfaction under another team. Adam & crew were sharp, surgical, quick and professional. Thank you!

Adam is who we always talk to directly (not sure if he’s the owner or maybe the manager?) he’s very friendly, quick to come out and gives us reasonably priced quotes. The 2 guys who normally do the work are Tom and Jacob and they’re both nice, professional and the get the job done efficiently.We’re slowly doing what we can on our new house. I’ve tried a couple different electrical businesses out in Richmond since we moved at the beginning of the year and this is definitely a company you can trust. I’ve had them out for 3 jobs so far and have yet to be disappointed with them. If you’re unsure on who to help you I 10/10 would recommend giving them a try.

Adam was very responsive and so, so polite! He helped fix a gfi outlet in our bathroom and made sure all the lose wires were secured properly. Adam was so professional and nice. I will definitely recommend him to help with any project and will be saving his card for fute needs. Thank you Adam!

The men at North Wind Electric were nothing but professional and respectful their entire time in my home, providing exceptional service. We had some loose wires in the basement, along with new wiring / switches ran, new circuit to range, plug ran for jacuzzi tub and more. They arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the process. No complaints at all.10/10 will definitely recommend!

I usually try and do most of my own electrical work, but at this time, the job was just to complex for my comfort level. I must say, from the first phone call, to the almost immediate return call, to scheduling, to timeliness, professionalism, courtesy and excellent work, I can not recommend this company enough. We discussed all of the electrical issues that we had when we bought our new (1941) home, and every issue was discussed, solved and done so in such a manner that I am literally this company’s new spokesperson. Adam has performed three electrical jobs at my residence. He installed and rewired a yard lamp post, a house porch light and a bathroom exhaust fan with a Bluetooth, in-which we love. I noticed from the first job that he was an experienced electrician and takes pride in his work. Adam shows great integrity and pride when doing his work, always removing debris behind all job repairs. Adam has my continuous business for all electrical issues as well as any future customer referrals.

There isnt much of anything Adam hasnt done in our old 170yo farmhouse. Hes rewired everything in the attic, fixed bad DiY wiring all over the house, wired for ceiling fans, rewired receptacles, wired for a/c, rewired a garage placing everything on separate circuits, tracked down and fixed an issue that made our baseboard heating elements snap, crackle and pop, a shorting thing apparently that also shocked the tar out of us when using the kitchen sink. Hes only half done, more needs to be done. We wont let another electrician on the property, if one tries, we throw rocks at them. If you need an electrician, call Adam.

Adam and his crew were great. Had them install electrical for my above ground pool. They knew exactly what to do and how to make it look good. Adam went over everything with me so I had an understanding of what they were doing and what to expect.When the inspector came to look over the work and give the final sign off, he was super impressed on how clean it was and kept mentioning how great everything looked. I will be calling Northwind Electric from now on for any electrical needs.
