Dwell Home Services is trustworthy, efficient, and meticulous in all they do. Casey has come over to do several projects in our home this year. Each occasion, he confirmed the appointment the day before, ensured that I understood the details of the project and if he needed to make a change he took the time to explain and answer all my questions patiently. The timeframe in which the projects were completed was always within the estimated time, and if it needed to take longer he clearly communicated it. Not only is it evident he cares about the work he does, he cares about the client’s home. Prior to starting his work, Casey took the time to remove any furniture he needed out of the way, cover our floors with cloth and the walls with plastic. When he was done he cleaned everything up, put all the furniture back in its place and cleaned the floor with a swiffer to ensure any dust left behind was off the floor. I also greatly appreciated that he removed his shoes when entering the house (we don’t wear shoes in our house).If you’re contemplating on which electrician to use for your projects choose Dwell Home Services, you won’t regret it! Absolutely amazing experience with Casey. He came and tested all outlets which I was told by another electrician that all would have to be grounded and was quoted $1200. Turns out only one was needing to be grounded! He saved us a grand and explained everything to me in detail so i understood how he tested them and how the electrical grounds worked. He also ran wiring for a new hot water heater and added a dimmer and a few other things. He was on time, responsive and professional. We will be contacting Casey again for any future electrical projects!

Dwell Home Services installed a Hayward Omni controller, filter pump, pool heater, salt chlorinator, and converted our pool to salt water. Casey rewired, replumbed and bonded all of our equipment. He did an exceptional job, and was highly professional and quickly responsive. We highly recommend him.

100% Recommend - FANTASTIC!!!!TLDR: Casey is the guy to hire!!! Amazing work & professionalism!Casey provided excellent customer service, was professional, and communicative. He was easy to work with and most importantly did an outstanding job!!! 12 out of 10 stars!He installed recessed lighting for us throughout our whole downstairs that looks and functions beautifully. We had a minor issue with the lights and Casey knew what the cause was and how to easily address it. He is skilled in his craft and knowledgeable about building code. He made a significant home improvement project quick, easy, and painless (and tidy!). I absolutely see why Casey was referred to us when we asked around about which electrician to hire. We will tell everyone we know that Casey with Dwell Home Services is the man for the job!
