He is a top-notch professional and went over every detail of our estimate and the work we need done! I have no doubt that when the tradesmen come to do the work that it will also be first class! We cancelled our next electrician appointment because Jason was so thorough! We are super pleased with his service and felt like he had solutions for all our needs! Excellent! We were experiencing power issues in our living room so I called several companies to utilize their expertise and get the issues fixed. J&M was one of the only companies to answer their phone and get me set up with an appointment right away (they actually came by within 24 hours which was great!). Jason came by the house the very next day and was right on time which I very much appreciated. He fixed the issues we were having in no time flat and also quickly worked up quotes for projects that would help improve the efficiency of our homes electricity. We were extremely pleased with the care and service provided by J&M Electrical. They were quick to service our electrical panel that needed to be replaced. Jason was extremely helpful when we had an issue with one of the breakers used for the pool pump. He was able to obtain the replacement and fix the issue the same day. He kept us updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend! We will definitely be using them for any future needs!

My 25 year old generac generator finally died. I got a new 18kw generac and they can and did all the work needed to connect the new unit to the existing equipment. they did a very good job and in a few hours it was up and running. Jason set up the project and everything went as planned. great job.... we are happy.

Jason is an absolute rock star! J&M is our go-to company for electrical work and it’s because of Jason. Our main breaker kept tripping and needed to be replaced. We already had Jason do an estimate for a whole-home generator for us so he knew that installing a 200a transfer switch instead of simply replacing the breaker would save us money in the long-term. Knowing that we had a cold weekend coming up and a little one in the house, he prioritized our install to ensure that we had reliable power to keep the heat running. He came quickly, on time, and he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and finished the job in two hours. Five stars, can’t recommend highly enough!

I heard about JM Electrical at the Home Show. I called later to get a price to install box for my portable generator hookup. As I was talking to James I discovered I could now get a whole house generator and as James told me what was available, I was sold. James assured me he would handle everything, AND HE DID!! He held to his price even though the install was more involved than planned. I was not up charged. The crew arrived when scheduled and promptly completed the job. The technician even repaired a loose box that is beside one he installed without me having to ask him!! Above and beyond! Marcie (Owner) was great to deal with and was excellent communicating everything I needed to know. I have enjoyed my generator for two months and looking forward to many years! I have been a customer for several years and am more than pleased with the services provided by J&M. I had so many problems with a previous company like leaving the oil cap off so the generator spewed oil all over the inside of the unit and not replacing other parts like fuses when needed. J&M fixed all that and does a great job with preventative maintenance.
