I recently hired Connect Electrical Service to add an outlet to my garage. Overall, I was very pleased with their work. They were quick and efficient, and they did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. The electrician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything that he was going to do, and he answered all of my questions. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the electrician cleaned up after himself when he was finished. I was also very happy with the price. I would definitely recommend Connect Electrical Service to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Had to get my panel replaced and a new dedicated circuit installed today. I was really stressed about cost but everyone was very kind and had a ton of options regarding payment plans. Kevin was my electrician and he was an absolute professional! Connect Electric, and Kevin specifically, have been awesome to work with. He came right out to provide a detailed quote for the various parts of the job. I sat on it for a few months, and then they honored the quoted price when I reenaged. Due to all the parts of the scope, it was a two-day job spread about a week apart. The office team was communicative, I got clear notices regarding scheduling, and then when the inevitable curveballs arrived (old house electrical is always complicated), Kevin kept me informed of exactly what was happening. The job is now done and I’m 100% satisfied in every way. I’m done calling other electricians now that I’ve found Connect Electric. Great work, Kevin and team!

We chose Connect Electric to wire some ethernet throughout the house to the outside and they did a fantastic job. It deserved the time to write a review. This was the first time to use their service but it was a great experience. From back and forth communication with their office, Belle, Joy, and others were very kind and did their best to get the materials I requested for installation, and did their best to coordinate the date and time for installation. When the team showed up, they went straight to work. Very kind / curteous and warm hearted guys included Demond, Kevin, Joel, and Malcolm. Very kind to my family. They seemed experienced and familiar with their work, and they immediately understood all that was needed to be done. They were patient and skillful and were able to come up with solutions to get things the way I had desired it. They didn’t rush, and they took the time to make sure everything was just right, from start to finish. They swept away debris, put back the moldings/trim that had to be temporarily removed, and left the home in clean condition. Final cost was exactly as we had discussed beforehand. Overall a very professional job. Trustworthy. They will be my company of choice when I need electrical work. I recommend them, and I can only imagine you will have the same great experience. Hired Connect Electrical to install a Hunter ceiling fan in our master bedroom. The price was incredibly reasonable, they were communicative the entire time leading up to the service and the two technicians were prompt and did a quality job quickly. Will definately be using them again for future electrical work around the house.Update: We hired Connect to install a ceiling fan in our formal living room. The electrician, Kevin, let us know the glass globe was broken and gave us various options. He completed the install and let me know their drywall specialist, Moses, would be coming by to fix the sheetrock he needed to cut through to complete tge wiring. Moses showed up promptly in the afternoon and did an amazing job finishing the ceiling.My neighbor asked us who we used for the install and will probably be giving yall a call soon.

These guys are Great ! I called this morning to set up estimate, Demond came out and assured me he could get the job done. Not only did he deliver, they accomplished the mission a day early ! The two tech that worked on my project were Brian and Brennan ( Sorry guys if I misspelled the names). They were great ! Very courteous and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with electrician Kevin, he came within the stated time window, told him what I wanted, he got right on it, did an excellent recessed light install, when he got done, I asked if he could install a electric outlet in the kitchen, it wasnt a problem, & he jumped right on it also, its good to know there are qualified electricians right around the corner in highland springs, I will be using them again. Actually this was my 2nd time meeting Kevin, he came to the house the 1st time & I thought his price was to high, so I told him I was going to get a 2nd quote from someone else, I came running back because his price was reasonable & much lower. Everything about our experience with Connect was amazing from start to finish - we cant speak highly enough of them! After we called for a quote on the work we wanted done - running electricity to our shed with an underground conduit, an outdoor outlet for our deck, and one indoor outlet installed in our living room molding - they turned the quote around very quickly and scheduled us for service in the next week or so. The customer service from Joy was extremely responsive, friendly, and professional, and Kevin and Demond went above and beyond with the work they did while they were here. Everything turned out exactly the way we wanted it.

At their first visit, Demond did an efficient and thorough assessment of what I needed done. Demond not only was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed done, but he was also happy to share that knowledge with me. His explanations were terrific and greatly appreciated. After receiving a quote following the assessment, it was super easy to schedule an appointment. I was able to do this over the phone and through text which was super fast and easy. We had Desmond come by and give us an initial estimate to have an outlet reconnected to a different breaker on our third floor. He showed up and time and gave us a reasonable price for the work, which included re-patching and painting holes that would have to be cut out.The day of the work Desmond and his team got to work on rewiring the outlet to other breaker as planned. They had completed the initial work in a timely manner and the painter was scheduled to arrive a little later that day. To my surprise, I was actually charged less than what was originally planned since the scope of the work was less then they had anticipated.Now I do have to also state we did have to call them back twice because while they had tested the outlet before they left somehow the tools didnt catch a problem with wiring. They did come back promptly both times to end up repairing the issues (which did end up eating up the rest of the day). I am not removing a star for this slightly negative portion however, primarily because they were quick to come back to fix the issue and were very professional and apologetic. I also understand how confusing the wiring situation ended up being and was also confused as to how their testing tools were not able to catch the issues, so I am sympathetic to the missed issues. The one recommendation I do have from this experience is that it would be great to be able to reach the technicians directly instead of have to go through the office line to have them relay issues to technicians post installation.So despite the longer negative section, I would still recommend this company to anyone looking to get electrical work done, as from my experience the pricing was reasonable and honest, and the team was timely, professional and very respectful.

Great experience. Found this business through Yelp and contacted them through that website. From now on I will go directly to them. They were so communicative. The owner himself came to assess the need and then I got a call that afternoon from the office giving me a quote and scheduling an electrician to come out two days later. The electrician who came was prompt and got the job done quickly and well. We were able to pay by credit card right there. Very pleased- I just wish they did ALL home repairs because working with them was so easy.
