Excellent and friendly service! They are committed to doing a good job, the right way, and it shows. Plumbing service was thorough and the Allens Plumber looked at additional areas we had questions about and provided advice and estimates for those projects, too. We never got the feeling that they were pushing unnecessary repairs. And several options were presented based on what we wanted to do short-term and long-term. Thanks to Jimmy and Wanda for great customer service!

The gentleman who came to my house were wonderful. Both were very professional and were able to help me with my fridge. The scheduling coordinator was able to get me an appointment time super early in the morning as well to help with my insane schedule as well which was really really appreciated during this already stressful time. We used them for our fridge this time but I can see us using them in the future if the staff is this hardworking.

The service by Allens Kentucky Mechanical was top notch. They came to our house and gave a professional assessment to our needs concerning a new HVAC unit. We were given many options to choose from and found, with an upgrade to a 5 ton 16 seer unit and a calculated & professional approach to reconstructing a new duct, our air flow increased through out the house tremendously. We now have a cooler house without the HVAC unit running constantly. This has made a sizable change for the better in our electric bill. I could not have asked for a more courteous staff and crew. I plan to have Allens Kentucky Mechanical be the one I turn to for all my electrical needs, and I would definitely recommend them to you, a future customer. Theyre a business you can depend on and know the job will be done right for excellent price.

I am impressed with how knowledgeable and involved the owner of this company is. I appreciated the fact that he requires and promotes technical ability, problem solving, and the application of industry standards and theory. Unlike others whom I have done business with in the past that displayed high pressure sales tactics. If you are looking for a company that will focus on the actual problem and provide an honest and fair resolve, give these guys a call. If Google had a 6 star rating system, Allen Mechanical would receive that rating from me.

My heat pump was starting to frost up and I was worried it was low on freon. I had several companies come out to check my heat pump and a couple of them tried to gouge me. One company said I need new circuit boards, another said I needed a whole new system yada, yada, let’s dance to the tune of about $1000. Nick from Allen’s came out and told me that we needed 4 pounds of freon. Still about $400 but the work and chemicals are not cheaply acquired. So, Nick fixed my unit and it is now frost free. Nick was 100% pro on every level and a total gentleman to my wife and I. Unit runs perfect and without any problems. I’m going to tell everyone I know about these guys, because they are honest and fair. Thank you Nick and Allen’s Kentucky Mechanical for excellent service and being so fair. God bless you all!

Allens Kentucky Mechanical is a professional and reliable company located in Richmond, KY. As the owner of a local small business and the property manager of local rental property, the only place we choose to do our HVAC and electrical service is Allens. Their staff is very helpful, knowledgable, and most important very responsive and timely when it comes to scheduling an appointment. The best in town!
