I was very happy with them. They managed to fit me in on the same day I called. Tony did a great job diagnosing the problem and proposing a good solution with the refrigerator water line so it wouldnt occur again. The great service I received was much appreciated!

Called Leroy Schannauer Plumbing for a second opinion after a big named plumbing company wanted to charge me an outrageous price! Tony came out the next day and fixed the issue! Tony was great and kept me informed with what he was doing throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and Tony to anyone. I will be using this company for my future plumbing needs!

I had a little bit of a plumbing emergency today and called several plumbers without an answer. Leroy Schannauer Plumbing & Heating Inc. answered right away and even though they were extremely busy, had someone out to my house within the hour. The plumber that came out to us was super kind, helpful, and knew what he was doing. They truly seem to care about their customers. I will recommend them to everyone in the Berks County area!

Phil was great when he came to install our dishwasher. He was detail oriented making sure the dishwasher was perfectly centered and installed correctly. Phil was interactive with our curious children which was great! On time, reasonable in price.

This is a genuinely 5 star business with kind hearted people that won’t bs you. We’ve used Phil who was great and recently Tony and his daughter who were wonderful too. From the front office to the job itself it’s thorough and precise and these people actually care about you and not just your money. :)

I called and left a message and within a couple minutes, they called back. I explained our emergency and Tony was here within 15 minutes. He was professional and up front about what he had to do to repair the old lead pipe. (we live in Whitfield) He was finished in a couple hours and checked everything before leaving. I recommend them to all who want work done or have an emergency! In fact, Im calling to have a utility sink installed to replace the old porcelain one!
