Got a shower valve replaced just over a week ago. Alec was able to come and give me a free quote and help me schedule the service. He showed up on time and was very nice. The pricing was very fair in my opinion. I would certainly recommend.

I panicked over a leaking toilet and called around to multiple businesses to see if anyone could come today! I cannot thank Lincoln Plumbing enough for being one of the few businesses that treated me kindly over the phone. Chase (I think was his name) was able to come to our home within 30 minutes and was so polite, well-spoken, and informative! I will definitely continue to give my support to this small, family-owned business. Thanks again!

I called for help with a slow leaking pipe at home. I took the old fittings in and they gave me everything I need to make the repairs myself. Excellent service, Excellent team, great value. Father and son working there when I went in. I would HIGHLY recommend Lincoln plumbing in Reading to any DIY guys.

Lincoln plumbing is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Not just plumbing but in general. They have fixed 3 separate issues in my house since moving in 2 years ago. Each and every time it is an amazing experience. The nicest guys you could ever talk to. I can’t speak on price and how they compare to xyz company because ever since the first time they came out I will never call another plumbing company. Thank you Lincoln Plumbing!

After receiving 2 estimates of $495 (Roto rooter) and another for $395. I called this company, well third time IS the charm!!Gentlemen was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, going the extra model, toilet was shaky and leaking when flushed he tightened screws on top of fixing my clogged sink ( which was my reason for call).Will forever use this company for any plumbing or heating issues😁.Side note went to LINCOLN today to purchase a toilet seat (recommended by gentlemen B.K. prior day.The gentlemen that helped me not only explained the difference between the seats, but took the time to explain how to install it, complete with demonstration.Been along time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service..

Lincoln plumbing has what you need with honest and really great service, I went to another larger plumbing place in the area and they did not have the part, Lincoln had what I needed. This was a part for an American Standard toilet dating back to 2005. I left my cellphone and they were really great returning it. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Water heater sprung a leak on Saturday morning, called Lincoln who quickly scheduled the replacement for first thing Monday morning. Josh & Chase arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed the new Lochinvar gas heater and corrected some sloppy vent work from another contractor. They completed the job quickly in a little over 2 hours leaving the work area cleaner than when they started. The cost for parts and labor were surprisingly reasonable considering the economy and the quick turn-around not to mention Lincolns 6 year warranty above and beyond. Highly recommend Lincoln and from herein will use them for all my plumbing needs when possible.!!!! 5 BIG STARS ***** for Lincoln !!!!

I discovered Lincoln Plumbing when the company I worked for needed some minor repair work done. The plumbers who arrived were polite, personable and handled the small jobs quite efficiently so when I needed a small job done, I called them. Again, the plumber who arrived was polite, personable and very dog friendly. He handled the job I called about and, with my permission, did some minor upgrades which I knew were needed. We then discussed the state of my pipes and water heater, both of which needed to be replaced. I contracted with Lincoln to replace both. Their prices were reasonable and fair; the work was done well and efficiently; they cleaned up the work space leaving no mess for me to deal with; every employee I have had contact with was polite, personable and dog-friendly. I am delighted that I found Lincoln Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them in the future.
