Spent 2 months looking for a shop that would replace both well water tank and hot water tank. Everyone I called gave me ridiculous prices, or didnt seem to understand the very detailed explanation I gave of the work desired. None offered to send a tech out to estimate the job.RAM Siding (5 stars! They did my roof) and Boyertown Supply (plumbing store) both recommended Firestone Plumbing, so I called.They came out the following Monday, and the tech(Chris) quickly ascertained the work required, gave me clear advice on what I needed, answered my questions, laid out exactly what the job entailed, and was personable about it all. Then he handed me an estimate easily $1000 cheaper than the competition. So I gave them the job. They came out a few days later, and completed the work quickly and with care, even doing some rewiring to make it a better job, and fully cleaning up after themselves. Photos included of the end result.

Jud Firestone and his crew were great. We had a sewer main break and their price estimates for tearing into our kitchen floor, removing our cabinets, replacing the pipe, AND putting everything back was almost half the cost of big name competitors. Jud was very good to work with, his plumbers were fast and knowledgeable and our kitchen looks like new. I would highly recommend them for anyone in Berks County. Top notch.

Thanksgiving day my water heater broke. Called the next day, and they had someone out within the hour to check it out. I needed a new unit. They were ready to help me that day, but all supply houses were closed. They got me in the following Monday and delivered terrific, timely service! Jared, my tech, who was great to work with, walked me through the product, installation, and warranty coverage before finalizing my bill, which was to-the-penny of what I was quoted. Will definitely use again!

Had Jud do plumbing and tiling for a shower. See the work for yourself. They did an excellent job. As with any bigger type job, things dont always go to plan, but Jud took care of everything. Id recommend to my family and friends. Glass in photo was installed by Alderfer. Tile and plumbing done by Jud.

I had Mike from Jud Firestone in to change out old washing machine faucets and hook up a new washer. The office quoted me a price of $250 and that is what I was charged. Probably could have found someone cheaper but they returned my call and scheduled the repair in a day! Washing machine works great but when we used the adjoining kitchen sink for the first time after having had the water off, something happened to out hot water pressure. Not their fault at all. I will be calling them back when I have the money to have them come back and findout what went wrong. I would recommend Jud Firestone Plumbing.

This is the second major project that we have had Jud Firestone Plumbing do for us. They converted 3 closets into an upstairs bathroom. The project required imagination and creativity. They were several thousand dollars lower than our other quote and completed the work in just over a week. Everyone on the crew was professional and courteous. Our kitchen remodel will be next for them. Great job!

They were the third company we had out to give an estimate for a sewer line repair. Friendly and professional, great quality of work, and they were very careful with not tearing out too much of our brand new bathroom tile. They even left the pulled tiles intact for when we redid them. Price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called Jud on a Sunday in need of emergency service. He called me back quickly and had a service technician out onsite in no time. Matt was who installed the new tank, was friendly, courteous and showed much respect keeping our house and work area clean. There pricing for a Sunday call was perfectly aligned and not overinflated like some of the others. Matt took the time to explain things and didn’t BS me. Great service from the minute I called until the minute the tech left. Horrible rain the day of my call and my tech was in and out of the house to solve my issue. Unfortunately he had to clog an outside line! He put booties on his shoes and laid cloth down on the carpets so as not to drag anything in. WONDERFUL! Highly recommend.

Best plumbing place Ive ever dealt with. I am a Maintenance Supervisor and have had multiple plumbing companies in for various issues. Jud is now the only one I want to deal with. Even when another company had a larger machine to do the job, they called that company and set things up so that I the best equipment was doing the job to fix my problems. One of my buildings has a ongoing issue that they have helped narrow down and eliminate.They are the only plumbing company I would tell anyone to call for any problem.

Due to a friends recommendation, we have used this company twice now. The first time was to replace a cracked pipe, and this time to replace a leaky pipe (in 2 different areas of the house). We had two different representatives, but both experiences was the same. They were friendly, engaging and did their work well. I would recommend them to anyone. I really dont know what else to add that hasnt already been mentioned. This is a company that wants to retain its customer base by treating them with high standards and business values.
