Called Essig. Avion came in Plumbing Works truck and figured out why my house was smelly. Rotor rooter tech was unable to and told me I’d need a “smoke test” Avion was able to determine that the handyman I hired to unclog my drain system had installed the vent to the attic which should have been out through the roof.

I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with The Plumbing Works. We needed to have our main sewer line replaced which required a few days of work. Dan and his team were excellent! They were always on time, courteous, and clean. They were constantly communicating what they were doing, where we were in the process, and asking questions as needed. I also spoke with Lisa, the office manager, quite a few times, and she was always so sweet, understanding, and helpful! In a highly stressful situation, they made it as easy as possible. I will be recommending them to any one needing plumbing work moving forward.

Excellent work by Dan from plumbing works. Chronic kitchen sink clog. Would not give up until he found the issue —-the pipe extending to the basement. Cleaned out pipe and all has been good.Very happy with service and techs. This was our second call to them within a year. Two completely separate plumbing issues. Both fixed by competent, curteous techs. All messes cleaned up.

My sump pump started to keep running with no water plus smoking. This was when we had gotten the 2 of rain and it was supposed to rain more. I Googled plumbers near me and it brought up The Plumbing Works. I called, the lady who answered the phone was extremely nice. She sent 2 experts out to my home same day. I was given 2 options : put in same kind I had which was on small size, or dig a bigger hole and put in a bigger one with warranty and will last much, much longer for 4,300. I couldnt believe it but they actually waited for me to contact my homeowners to see if that would be better, it wouldnt. In the meantime they left. I decided to go with the bigger one and they have payment plans which we qualified for 12%, I know right, so low and 65.67 payments for, get this 120 months! Longer than a car. Of course well have it paid off before then. So, Ryan came back next morning, with a helper, and it took maybe 4 hours. And this one has a lid, my other one didnt. And this one is so quite, which my son loves due to it being in his apartment. Since I had my basement flood 2x I had a floating floor put in last time so the water goes under floor right to sump pump. If anyone is in need of a plumber,for any reason at all definitely call The Plumbing Works. Excellent service!

We had an issue with our toilet then needed attention since my husband is disabled right now. We called someone else before and we would have to wait 5 days until they could come out to service it- we called the Plumbing works and they can out in a couple of hours. He gave us 3 different prices depending on what he needed to do. Luckily it was the lowest price and he was in and out within an hour. I wouldnt hestitate to use them again.

My experience with The Plumbing Works was excellent from start to finish. The customer service girl was very pleasant and helpful. Appt scheduled quickly around my schedule. I received a text with a picture of who was coming to my home and that they were on their way. Austen was super helpful and very respectful young man. He took the time to explain everything and talk to us about our options. He made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge. Austen completed the work very timely and did a great job. He made sure everything was cleaned up and spent time with us going over paperwork. I would recommend The Plumbing Works to anyone needing any work done. We will be using them again for sure.

During the repair, whenever there was a question, I was asked if I wanted to proceed and was told an exact amount everything cost. I had a pipe issue and had to shut my water completely off. I called Plumbing Works and spoke with Candi. She was very professional and got me an emergency appointment ($125 emergency is very fair) within two hours. While waiting for the tech, Candi called and told me it would be closer to the two hour mark which was great to know so I didn’t have to sit around. I also received two texts and emails with updates on when the tech will be out. It also included his name and picture so I know who was coming. Austen came out and was professional and thorough. He explained everything and gave me options. He fixed everything and I had water back in the house. The entire process from my first phone call was 3.5 hours. I am very pleased with Plumbing Works. I have used them before and they were just as great.

I was looking for a plumber for 2 days; using, Angie’s list and word of mouth. I was tired of waiting for someone to return my call so I decided to Google “plumber near me” and their name was the first on the list. I called them and they were at my home within an hour. The work I needed done was more extensive than I had predicted. The man that was dispatched to my home was professional and understanding. He needed to call in another person to help finish the job. They got the job done within 2-3 hours and cleaned everything up, like they weren’t even there. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing job. If I ever need a plumber again I will be calling them. I can’t compare prices but I’m sure they are compatible with other plumbers. They were professional, quick, polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. What more could someone ask for.

I was a first time customer of the Plumbing Works to replace a water heater. The technician, Austen Goodman, did an excellent job and I am very happy with the quality of his work installing the new water heater and installing a series of new shut off valves. The communication with the business office was also excellent. They secured a warranty refund on my previous water heater through the supplier. They did not have to do that and I appreciate that they went above and beyond.

I had an emergency toilet issue and when I called for help the customer service worker was pleasant and helpful. I immediately received a call from Austin (who was equally pleasant) and assured me he would give me a call when he was on the way to my house. But, I was third on the list so he couldnt give me am exact arrival time. It was close to 10pm and I figured he forgot but a few minutes later I received his call telling me he was on his way. He had my problem fixed shortly after he arrived. And, was very helpful explaining pricing and even gave me tips to help my toilet run more efficiently. Just had service at my residence and Shane was great. He was on time, identified my issues quickly and provided pricing options. When I did a little research the prices were comparable to other prices in the area.The service that he performed was quick, and he was professional yet personable the entire time.The rep that answered the phone was also very responsive and helpful in assisting me with setting up the appointment.Ill be having them come to repair a couple other issues and then hopefully wont need to call them again unless an emergency occurs.

Highly recommend. We experienced 2 malfunctions over the weekend - a jammed garbage disposal and a leaking AC unit. I called on Saturday night and their answering service said a technician would all me Sunday morning. Sure enough Austin called me right around 9:30 and was able to get to the house about an hour later. He replaced our disposal as the engine had went and also inspected our AC unit. After inspection he determined the AC unit required a certified technician and said he would request Ryan come out to the house on Monday. Monday shortly after 8am one of the girls in the office called to schedule Ryan to come out that morning. Ryan was early, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He informed us we needed a new AC unit and was able to come back Wednesday and install. Both Austin and Ryan were very professional, wore masks and booties in the house and were very respectful. My interactions with the girls in the office was also great - again, very professional, respectful and courteous. We received a call Thursday morning from Candie to check in and confirm everything was working and that we were good. Highly recommend!

Once they spotted a dangerous fume leak without being asked (verified by other expert). They give clear options and no pressure. Over the course of two weeks I had seen two different service people and both were very professional. The small things were always addressed including covering the bottoms of their shoes when walking through the house. Purchased a home a few months ago. The water softener obviously wasnt doing its job. Stinky water, white spots, etc. There was a tag on another appliance in the basement from Plumbing Works, so I called them as it seemed there were there before. When I called I easily got an appointment for a convenient time for me. They not only showed up on time, but actually a little early. After evaluating the equipment, for no charge by the way, the tech explained my options and quoted me for each right there. No waiting for someone else to call another day with a deal.My choice was to replace it completely. I was a bit surprised at what a whole new system costs. Its uncomfortable. But it included the system, labor, one return maintenance visit, and no interest financing for 12 months. Kind of a no-brainer. The tech and his assistant were both polite, professional, and friendly. They were respectful of my home, and didnt even mind me watching them and asking questions while they worked. The whole thing was finished within about 3 hrs.I didnt shop around like I usually do. I asked, and he admitted they probably werent the cheapest price, but not nearly the most expensive either. I respect that honesty from him. But the whole experience was satisfactory to me overall, and I will definitely call them again for any future issues in my house.

This is the 3rd time I’ve called plumbing works to do a job for me, and I’ve gotten the same, great, prompt and courteous service each and every time! I had a quote for a new shutoff valve and faucet and the plumbing works beat the other guys by $700 and the service was more professional and prompt than the other group. Jason came over the same day and completed the job within 30min and kept me up to date with all the information. I will continue to be a repeat customer and would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Very impressed by the professionalism of this company! I called in the morning and had a same day appointment for mid-afternoon. Plumbing Works was the only company that I called which offered to check the issue free of cost. (Other companies in the area wanted $60+ just to come look!) My appointment was set for between 2 and 3, and I received an email when the technician was 15 minutes away. He arrived right at 2:00 and put plastic over his shoes to enter my home. In under an hour he fixed the issue at a cost that was cheaper than having another company simply look at the issue. While I hope to not call a plumber again in the near future, I will definitely use this company again!

I save you the colorful details but you can certainly image what was present 😢I called and had a pleasant interaction with, I believe Karen, who asked me questions about the issue and shared that she was able to get someone out right away. What I appreciated about the interaction is that it didn’t feel rushed and she took time to understand, explain and most impressive, follow up with me after the work to make sure things were working in proper order. The plumber that came out, Jared, was fantastic. He showed that he was knowledgeable and that he had my best interest in mind - not killing my pockets like I’ve experienced with other plumbers. He was an authentic guy and we engage in other conversation that built instant rapport and would put any customer at ease. Good experience and with service like this wouldn’t even think to go elsewhere for future needs. Nicely done.

Austen was a great repair person. Very professional and courteous at all times. He was here for 5 hours to unclog a drain pipe that turned out to be clogged far worse then thought. A little expensive for a repair but what plumber isnt? Plus work is guaranteed for a year. And learned how to keep it from getting that way again. Called at 8AM and he was out by 9AM same day. Most places you call will schedule you for sometime that week. Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again.

In that time we found out our old house did not have a shut off valve behind the oven meaning we couldnt have it replaced until it was installed. The plumber, George, was excellent. He preformed the required work without fault and the finished instillation of a new bathroom sink hook up is great. He had all the required parts on the truck. The only drawback was that the price for a straight forward instillation was, in my mind, high. Two hours work and a few parts at $200.00 per hour.

I recently purchase my home a few months ago and things seemed fine. A couple weeks ago we discovered a slow leak somewhere in our basement. I noticed something was wrong with our hot water heater while taking a shower one Saturday morning. When I looked for local plumbers they were one of the first I saw and figured why not. I put in the call and was told up front because of it being the weekend it would be more expensive, small price to pay for what turned out to be a rather expensive day. My plumber called and let me know about how long it would take. when he arrived he was very courteous and gave me my options. I took the full replacement of the hot water heater. Things got crazy after that but George kept me in the loop as to what was going on while he tracked down a new hot water heater for me. Once he completed the installation and fixed up a value and labeled all the major lines for us he walked my wife and I through what all he did and asked if we had any questions. Will definitely use these guys again

This company is amazing. Very fairly priced and it always comes out to where I know the cost should be or less. The plumber that comes is always very knowledgeable and explains what is needed. He provides several different quotes includong different stuff that is needed so we can pick n chpose what we want to repair at that time. He is never pushy or judgy. I have used this company twice now and they were amazing both times. First time was an emergency flooded basement and the second a non emergency leaking boiler. Will recommend this company to every one I know.

I called late during a week night and reached an answering service, the customer care representative was prompt and courteous, she let me know that I could dispatch a technician for emergency service or wait until the morning. I waited until the morning when I received a call from a rockstar, Julie. Julie was awesome, polite and professional. I went on to inform Julie that I fixed the issue on my water heater by removing and plugging back in the molex connector for the water heater blower fan and would call back if the water heater failed again...Julie called me back twenty minutes later or so to confirm the fan was plugged back in as it would be dangerous to leave it unplugged (carbon monoxide). I could tell that she really cared about the safety of those in my home.I didnt need service today but will be sure to call The Plumbing Works next time I need service. The parts are on the truck.The people are professional, and they wear decent work uniforms, which makes a good impression, especially if you dont know the person. As opposed to a guy who works for himself and takes his profession as just a way to earn enough to get to the next vacation. I hired one of those.Finally, they dont try to scare you into more work that you dont need. I appreciate that.They charge more than The Guy Who Can Do The Same Thing For Less On The Side, but the work is done right and its guaranteed. Plus, you know where to reach The Plumbing Works.

When I first called the plumbing works it was after hours and naturally I thought I was going to hear an automated system, but to my surprise I actually got a hold of a live person that put me at ease right away.Our technician Zach, came out that very night to go over the problems and assist us for a temporary fix so we could enjoy our Thanksgiving with running water.Zach was very polite and professional. And because of safety concerns with the CoronaVirus they were booties, gloves and masks at all times when they worked at our resident.They really do care about your plumbing issues and assist the home owner in getting your problem taking care of.
