We recently hired Mark and Dom Tango & their team for a complete bathroom renovation, and we could not be happier with their service! On each step of the project, they were communicative, professional, and honest about the process. We even had a few extra things pop up (like installing a new water line for our refrigerator and replacing an older toilet), and they were able to fix these things also, smoothly and efficiently. A few weeks after the project was done we had an unrelated water drainage issue, and we were amazed by how quickly their team responded - they coordinated with the town officials and an excavator to identify the source of the problem and replace about 40 feet of piping underground all within 48 hours! Mark and Dom Tango are exactly what you are looking for in terms of plumbing and home services. We highly recommend them!

I recently hired Mark Tango to resolve plumbing issues at my home in Andover. I would highly him and his team for plumbing needs, especially more complex issues. Dom and Gary came to fix an issue with our washer hookup-they diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed. They also installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal along with replacing some old valves. They put down drop cloths to protect my floors, which I really appreciated. The communication from Dom was exceptional from start to finish. The price is worth having the piece of mind knowing everything has been done correctly. A very good team all around.

I can see why this company has a five star review. Recently I was in touch with Mark Tango and he could not have been more caring and empathetic to the situation I was in. Mark offers that old time customer service that is sadly almost non existent. His prices are more then fair and he really helped me out and got me out of a jam. Called them for a clogged sink, but they discovered a much bigger issue. Gus and Steve were thorough, professional and absolutely great to deal with. Even though they had to deal with some real bad gunk, they remained professional and upbeat the whole time.Sharon was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with and the Mark, the owner also reached out initially. The pricing was reasonable and they were very honest and upfront about the costs and issues. Thanks to the Mark Tango team and I recommend them for any plumbing job!

Tango Plumbing is a top notch organization from top to bottom. Their customer service is unmatched in the service industry. They get back to you right away, get their guys to site right away, and keep you educated on what they are doing and what needs to be done. They offer a fair price for an excellent service. Have only used them for their plumbing services but if there home reno division is run half as efficiently as their plumbing you are in good hands. Any review on here that is less than 4-5 stars is just flat out wrong.

We had a great experience with the team at Mark Tango. Scheduling was easy and Sharon was helpful, providing some pointers on the best order to complete our projects. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. They also were very conscientious when they came to our house; it was in the middle of winter and they work slip on boot covers to prevent tracking salt and snow into the house. This wasn’t necessary or expected, but a nice touch!We’d happily work with Mark Tango in the future.

Mark Tango gave me a time-frame for service and was there early. His worker was very courteous and polite. They got the job done in short order. Items were moved to prevent water damage and then returned to their proper place. I highly recommend Mark Tango Plumbing for all jobs, large or small.

Mark Tangos plumbing is absolutely amazing. My found out my pipes froze this morning I called a few local plumbers before coming across Mark. All other plumbing companies had an answering service and once I finally got a call back it was a minimum 2 hour charge and no guide whatsoever.When I called Mark, he instantly provided helpful tips to try and help me resolve my problem without instantly trying to charge me. However, I ended up needing someone to come over.. Within a few hours I had someone at my house. Mark came to personally check things out since he was in the area.,. Great guy. This company knows true customer service. he has gained a new client for life. I finally found a reliable company.

5 stars all the way. It can be hard to get work done these days but Tangos guys get stuff done quickly and well. They dont subcontract anything (except painting) so their guys seem to get stuff done in 4 days that would be strung out over a few weeks with most contractors.

I just wanted to say that I had broken water heater last year with water everywhere & Mark sent Stephen right away who fid an excellent fast job at great price. Yesterday I had multiple clogs & leaking pipes & again Stephen was here in a heartbeat & again went above & beyond once again. I ran into an unexpected personal problem and could not finish one job but I gave them my word that I will call only them when i can get it done, they were so understanding & more concerned about me. Obviously the basement flooded on new years morning. My husband immediately called Mr. Tangos business number and left a voice message on Sunday January the first. Thankfully, Mr. Tango himself called us back on Tuesday the second and assured us they will come on Tuesday the third before noon.Dito ! First of all, Im relatively new to living in Reading. I was unlucky enough to have an urgent blocked drain problem that hit me right on a Friday, and right before I was going to have company for the weekend! I called one place in town and left a message early, figuring Id hear back, but I never heard back from them. Before I knew it, the end of the day had arrived, and in desperation I just googled and called Mark Tangos number. Turns out he was great! It was after 5, so at first he told me all his guys had gone home for the day. But when I explained my predicament he said hed try and work something out for me. Sure enough, somebody on his team left his home on a friday evening to come help me out. And the help was great. They were cool and knew what they were doing, explaining everything along the way - with diagrams! And it was a success - they managed to sort out a rather tricky problem with a very old and problematic kind of drain. So, problem solved, all in time, without any complications, and lots of friendly service throughout. Ill definitely keep calling Mark Tango.

I’m generally not one to write reviews, however Tango Home Services went above and beyond my expectations. I recently discovered that I had a slightly cracked shower pan. I reached out to Mark and within an hour he had his guys out to check out the situation. It turns out that even though the crack was extremely faint, there was much more damage that had been building behind the walls that was not visible to the eye. Thankfully, Mark was able to walk me through the process and assist me with filing an insurance claim and became the point of contact with the adjuster. I am beyond happy with how my bathroom turned out and will absolutely be calling them in the future for any further work.
