Weve had Drain Masters out to our home multiple times (once to remove a clog, later to remove another clog and remove/install toilet). Both visits have been extremely quick, educational (husband and I learned a lot about our house and how to prevent future issues), and weve experienced great service/pricing. Word of mouth!!! This was recommended by a retired plumber in the area. We had previous “online 5 star rated” plumber out to see us and want to charge 8k for a job these guys did under a tenth of the cost! They were honest fast and didn’t rip us off or take advantage like others. I can’t thank or praise them enough for what they did in a time of crisis for our family!! Drain Masters Inc :Excellent service and work. they came and checked the problem. they said yes we can fix it.in about one hour the problem was fixed. the price they quoted and no extra fees. I highly recomend Drain Masters Inc.I had another company come two days before and they gave me a song and adance and a Big quote but i knew that they had no good work ethics.( I dont want to mention the company name because it might had been a bad technician)

I would highly recommend using Drain Masters for all of your drain cleaning issues. Quick to respond, and professional in every aspect of what they did, Drain Masters is way less expensive than Roto-Rooter, and they WILL NOT try to sell you on any services that you do not need. Honesty and Integrity is important when having your own business, and Dave (Owner & Veteran) has both. I will be using Drain Masters in the future should the need arise.

Dave at Drain Masters is professional, his work is good quality and I always call him for our plumbing needs. He came to our house recently and was super helpful. He explain exactly what the issue was and what my options were. We ended up needing the services of another contractor- he called the guy to explain the situation and set up an estimate for us. His prices are reasonable and he is very respectful. I highly recommend him!

Absolutely fantastic service! Plumbing issues in a row house can be a nightmare situation. But Dave was professional, skilled, and ready to go! Any time we need work done, he will absolutely be our first call going forward. Seriously - if youve got a situation, I wouldnt hesitate to call him!! Fair rates, he got us in same day, respected the budget and was 100% courteous to our renters. He took on an extremely challenging situation that could have easily been a several thousand dollar problem, and got it handled in under an hour or two saving us from extremely expensive and time consuming repairs.

I am literally crying tears of joy.I bought a house in April and have a clogged shower since day 1. I had every plumber try and scam me and say I need to rip walls and ceilings open to replace pipes since my house is over 100 years old.Drain Masters came out and unclogged my drain in less than 20 minutes. I have NEVER been able to take a shower in this house without it filling up to my ankles and taking an hour to drain. I’m so insanely happy and highly recommend. They are not trying to scam. Every other company wanted me to automatically pay $6000+.I will praise this company forever. Our biggest stress in our new home is finally over. Thank you so much! We were starting to accept this was gonna be a forever problem.

These guys are the real deal. Great service, reasonable prices, and very responsive. If they cant clear a clog with the snake, they have a water jet (that had to be used on my main septic/drain line) thats capable of breaking through practically anything. Highly recommended.

These guys were fantastic! I had a major backup in my underground downspout drain, and David squeezed me in his busy schedule and provided same day service. He and his crew were able to effectively clean out my drains and they took the time to search and subsequently find a drain I never knew I had, which was ultimately the cause of my trouble. They were polite, honest, and hardworking. I could not have asked for a better crew. I would recommend them to anyone with a drain problem

I called this morning because I had a clogged drain, they came out as soon as possible (hours earlier then initially planned, and they called ahead to make sure that was ok) and had it fixed quickly. prices are reasonable and the guys were very friendly! Rotor rooter was unable to solve the issue for less than $5,000 and also broke our wood flooring. These guys came in 1 hour and solved the issue for $200 instead of the $375 quoted and agreed to over the phone because it was easier than expected.

Had a plumbing issue in my first floor bathroom on Good Friday. The management company told me that drainmasters wouldn’t be able to come out till Monday and they had closed early for the holiday. So Easter being on Sunday I got worried about having family over and having to eat with the smell of sewage around. 15 minutes later we got a knock on the door and comes in Dave from drainmasters and tell us “ I couldn’t leave you guys like that on the holiday!” He did an amazing job ! I couldn’t thank him enough! I would definitely recommend this company for the persistence on customer quality and efficiency. Thank you Dave for saving Easter!

These guys are great for your plumbing problems! I have used them a few times and always been able to get a same day appointment. Today they came to look at a plumbing leak in our basement and knew immediately what the problem was. Less than 30min later they were done and we were good to go. Pricing is very reasonable and I will definitely continue to use them for plumbing issues!
