Efficient and professional work on a big job doing all the pipes under a toilet in a 1 bath house in one long days work. Significantly cheaper than 3 other estimates and able to schedule the job in a good time frame. Excellent customer service and higher tech than many places, with text reminders, credit card and financing options, and transparent pricing. One of the other plumbers we got give an estimate said he is known to be good.

I had a clogged bathtub drain on the evening of July 3rd and they had someone out on July 4th in the morning to clear it. He replace the well water electric box and water was restored at that time. Freedom Plumbing also replaced the aged well water pump and tank at our request. Very quick, responsible service. When I came home to find no water Friday night, I called a local company Saturday morning. They came out, looked around, told me it was my well pump (most expensive fix possible) and that Id have to wait until Monday morning to have it fixed/have water. I called Freedom Plumbing for a second opinion. He came out Sunday morning and took the time to do some trial and error - he replaced my capacitor ($75 fix) and immediately we had water. He then quickly realized the capacitor was running non-stop which was caused by a leak somewhere outside and/or malfunctioning pump and that is what burned out the capacitor. At the end of the day, I did need my well pump replaced, but Sean took the time to truly diagnose the root of the problem and got me water immediately.

They were not able to get out on thanksgiving but called me back Friday morning and were able to clear my drain within an hour.They seem to be up to date with technology as well as service because they have an iPad program that clearly explains what they will do and can process payment quickly on it with a credit card.Price was slightly higher than I wanted but the service was great…so worth it!

Sean and his team were professional from start to finish - they arrived on time, finished the job on schedule, and charged a reasonable price. While working, they covered my belongings in the area with plastic sheeting and later removed all excavation debris, leaving no clean-up for me. Thank you.
