Brad from Touchstone did a fantastic job for us. When he arrived, he did a full complementary safety inspection of the home without being pushy at all about it. Very helpful and answered a lot of questions we had. Then he wired a new breaker and outlet for an Instahot water heater. He has an extensive electrical background in commercial and Residential and really knew what he was doing. He cleaned up well afterwards, and PRICE was good too. Thank you Touchstone!

Brad texted prior to his arrival, when he arrived we reviewed any questions he had then he went to work. Brad was always very polite and while working treated his surrounds with respect. We were adding 2 lights in our 1 car garage and 2 outlets. When he was completed he cleaned up in the garage then we saw the lights on and what a difference it made I can actually see everything!!! Great experience and we’ll definitely as Touchstone and Brad to do work in our house again.

Dylan, Brad, and the Touchstone crew went above and beyond for recent electrical work related to a bathroom remodel. Originally it was just going to be a simple wiring job, but that turned into a full breaker panel upgrade and new interior wiring that ran through our attic and down through two room walls. Not only did everyone work over several days to get the job done and done correctly, but Brad even came back late one night, after dinner, after being at our house all day, when his day was essentially done, to fix an issue with one breaker that was causing our A/C to not work. I cant recommend this group of folks enough and Im looking forwarding to using them in the future as the need arises. Well done!

Initially the company sent me a text with a time and who would be doing the job. I received a call from Man this morning letting me know that he was on his way which I feel is such great customer service. Man was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he would be doing and answered any questions we had. He did a wonderful job of completing the electrical work for the dehumidifier we had installed in our crawl space. We also had a GFI switch that was an issue and he replaced that as well.
