We had an overall great experience with this company. It was easy to schedule and we were well informed throughout the process leading to the electrician coming to our house. We have over the years had several different electricians do minor residential projects for us. Some were difficult or tricky, others simple and straightforward. This time we had one of the more tricky projects and Mr Electric came up with a good solution. Brian was clean, professional, trustworthy and easy to work with , and he did more than was expected. We will stick with Mr Electric for any future work and we can highly recommend this very professional company. They are more expensive than many but they are professional, know what they are doing and get the work done right the first time. We couldnt be happier!

I somehow managed to fry a socket in our one of our front porch lights while replacing the bulb after a hard rain on Sunday. Thanks to Mr. Electric, not only has my front light been repaired, but several other small electrical jobs have finally been addressed. Corey Deojay was AWESOME! He did a comprehensive electrical home safety check and carefully explained all the PASSED and FAILED items. We worked out a prioritized repair plan and he took care of everything the same day. I would definitely recommend Corey and Mr. Electric.

We called the afternoon of snow storm Diego to help when our generator wasn’t working correctly and Tim came out within the hour. Got everything corrected and we were so thrilled. We’ve used Mr. Electric several times before and are consistently pleased with the service. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly.

In this area finding a good reliable handyman is getting harder and harder to find. However Mr Electric Raleigh is now my electrician handyman. Being over 60, I no longer climb ladders to install ceiling fans, exterior lights, additional outlets or ceiling lights like I did in my 20s. More importantly, having a licensed electrician do electrical work that meets code for my town (Cary) is worth the price of not doing it myself.The electrician, Arthur, showed up on time, gave me a detailed quote on the work I requested and finished in a reasonable time. He also did a safety check at no additional cost. The owner then followed up a few days later to make sure everything was done OK. I suppose I could have found a cheaper electrician, but having the work done with a warranty by a licensed electrician as well as having a local owner who backs his work makes it well worth the cost.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. Even though I asked for a specific service, he allowed me to ask for an additional service and he also gave a quote right then. I also asked for a quote on additional services. He was very helpful and efficient. If I have any other electrical issues, I will certainly call them. Charlott Ellington
