    We had an emergency and contacted Zoom Drains for help. They were on site within 30 minutes of my call. Jeremy and Jordan were awesome and professional. Figured out the cause of the drain issue and fit in cleaning out the slow drains in the house as well. We will definitely use this company going forward for all of our plumbing needs. THANK YOU!!!

    Jeremy came out to give an estimate on our emergency sewage pump issue and were able to fix everything right on the spot. He is knowledgeable and professional. Great work at a fair price. Christina was also super helpful and kind when answering the phone and got a technician to help us right away. Great company overall.

    In a desperate moment, we called and technician Jeremy was to our door in less than 40 minutes! He had us sorted out fixed, and left our yard, looking as though nothing it ever happened… Within about 15 minutes! Knowledgeable, efficient, delightful, and extremely affordable! We are thrilled and will have them on speed dial if ever we need assistance like this in the future!

    Zoom Drain came out to fix our slow drains in the house. I was so impressed with the service that I made the effort to give them a review! The technician was great! He wore cover booties and ensured he treated my home with respect and care. Every line was snaked and jetted to the main. There was camera footage and seeing all the drains go out to the sewer was cool. Good price and professional! Drains fixed. I highly recommend them!

    Fixed our septic in minutes it was a clogged drain filter! He was professional and neat and very well organized. The price was very reasonable! I definitely would recommend them to everyone!!

    Great guys. Know their stuff. Worked well problem solving some rather challenging terrain. They successfully cleaned out a 275’ trunk line, visualized offending tree roots, and continuing until the line was clear. Pleasant, courteous and competent.

    The gentleman I talked to on the phone was extremely professional and honestly cared about my situation. What was really amazing was I have called around to a bunch of companies and most of them all wanted to charge crazy amounts to come out since it was after hours. The man on the phone I think his name was Gordon said Zoom Drain do not charge any surcharge for after hours. He said that and I quote if it was on Christmas they would not charge anything extra (except for maybe a cookie or 2) and would be out to help me and my family with a smile and urgency to make sure that the issue we were having with our drains didnt impact our lives any longer then it already had. I will and have recommend Zoom Drain to people future. They are the best. Thank you Gordon you guys ROCK!!
