We couldnt have been happier to have Anthony help us with our plumbing project. Not only did he do a great job on our dog wash station, but he cleaned up after. We also chatted a bit with Anthony and really appreciated his charisma, joyous attitude, and his philosophy on respecting his customers home like his home. This team is professional and excellent! Our water heater sprung a leak and we called Rainier View first but went with another plumber who was able to get out to us faster. The quote the original plumber gave us was nearly $10k to replace a tankless water heater. Instead, we asked Rainier View to give us an estimate and - without knowing the existing quote - they came in under a third of the other plumbers estimate. When Joey came out, he arrived early and the whole process took about an hour. He gave me some tips and advice about maintaining the life of our new water heater, explained the new parts and functionality, and was professional and helpful at every stage. I also wanted to shout out the front office folks who took our calls and organized the estimate; they let us send in photos for a primary look at an estimate and they were in regular communication with us through the process. The only downside to me is the timeline because they are clearly booked and busy, but honestly, the quality of the work and the price for that work completely negated that for us. I would highly recommend Rainier View Plumbing and I plan to call them any time I have a plumbing issue in the future!

This company provided fast and efficient service when our water restoration project accidentally hit a water line to create a second problem at our house. They arrive exactly on time, fixed the issue and then fixed the original problem that had caused the original water leak. The original issue had been investigated by Harts Service (who I would advise folk to run a mile from) and I was told it would cost at least $2-3k to solve. Rainier View fixed the issue for around $600.

Rainier View installed a new toilet and the technician cracked the tank by overtightening the bolts during the install. Rainier View told us there is no warranty, even though it was their tech that broke the toilet tank. Now we have to buy a new tank ourselves and install it ourselves. There are a lot of plumbing options, stay clear of Rainier View, they do not stand behind their work, products, and craftsmanship.UPDATE 2/12/24: Rainier View Plumbing made good on this repair. The tech they sent was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Even asked if there was anything else going on with the house (plumbing) and knocked out a pesky issue that the builder stuck us with. It was a journey to get here, but we found resolution thanks to the leadership team at Rainier View, thank you!

Rainer View saved Thanksgiving. Our main water line, coming into the house from the well, developed a hole on Sunday before Thanksgiving, leaving us with no water. After waiting for our home warranty company for 3 days I took matters into my own hands and called Rainer View, after explaining the situation they were able to get me on the schedule for the last spot on Wednesday. Christian was our technician and could not have been nicer. He went under the house and within minutes found the hole and said it would be fixed and we would have water within the hour. We will definitely be using Rainer View for all our plumbing needs!

Our hot water tank was not making hot water and the manufacture for the tank would not help us. Rainier view Rooter, was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away. Our spigot pipe split open do to the cold. There was no insulation around it (which we didn’t know because it was behind sheet rock). A guy came out they instantly knew what was wrong and was able to write an estimate and repair it all within an hour! He even walked me through what happened and what he did to fix it. I couldnt recommend this company more. I called because I had a leaky outdoor faucet. Andrew explained everything he would try first before possibly having to cut into my wall. Ended up having to cut a hole in the wall but did it so good and small I was able to put the piece back and it fit perfectly. Also, I love my new shiny outdoor faucet! Super nice and very professional. Will definitely use them for any other plumbing needs.

I have never had the opportunity to be a customer of this fine company, but if you have an emergency, theres nobody who will respond faster. I see their vehicles pass me every day, multiple times a day, and I have never seen them travel anything less than 15-20 mph over the speed limit. Whatever deal they have with local police, know that your plumbing comes first, even before their safety.

Last week I discovered that our water heater was leaking, and water flooded a large area in our garage. I called Ranier View Plumbing and Rooter and spoke with Danielle who took details of the issue and searched for an appointment time. Unfortunately, the earliest available time was three days later. I made the appointment, and Danielle said that she would check throughout the day for cancellations or other opportunities for an earlier time. She called a short time later with news of a cancellation and offered to send someone right away. Joey, the technician, arrived soon after, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem and the cost to repair (very affordable!). He fixed the leak in less than thirty minutes and even vacuumed up all the water in the garage. Both Danielle and Joey were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and displayed a genuine interest in providing the best possible service to a customer. Thanks to all for excellent service and a job well done.

Dealing with leaks and water is always stressful, but Rainier View came in and quickly assessed my leaks and gave a very competitive price for the job. Let me begin by saying Tim and Joey were professional, attentive, quick and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. After fixing my leaks they were also kind enough to check the rest of my entire crawl space for any other leaks. Lastly, they also checked my meter and found it still running after repairs. They quickly diagnosed it was coming from my irrigation system and shut it off for me. Great prompt customer service! They came same day and fixed our plumbing leak quickly. Eric was amazing and explained everything! They also referred us to Restoration 1 of Olympia as we were worried about the moisture in the ceiling turning into a mold situation. Jerry from Restoration 1 came out same day, took some moisture readings and assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem. Told us to dry it with a box fan we had and didn’t charge us a thing! I definitely recommend both companies and will use both for any future plumbing needs!

Eric came over early Christmas Eve day to have a look and let me go down with him into the crawl space to look at the pump. Joey came to the house because our filter siezed. He changed our filter out, but unfortunately the part had a manufacturer defect. We noticed there was a leak and called to see if we could get someone out that day which was Easter and Joey was able to come out and investatigate what was going on during Easter dinner. I called Rainier View based on a neighbors recommendation. Eric and Tim from Rainier View Rooter came out because my hot water wasnt hot anymore. They explained everything first about why it wasnt hot and what to do to fix it. Then they fixed it - replaced the galvanized fittings with brass (due to corrosion) and flushed my tankless heater. They did and awesome job and explained what was needed for the future. 5/5 would recommend.

Can’t say enough about our experience with Devon. We had a very unfortunate incident, two days after we moved into our new Lennar home there was a backup that flooded the bathroom. This had absolutely nothing to do with the plumbing that was installed, rather it was poor professionalism from the drywall company getting mud and debris down the pipes. This was on a Saturday and Devon got out to us within a couple hours. He camera’ed all the lines until he found the culprit; construction debris in one of the lines. After he cleared it he spent probably a couple hours doing load tests just to make triple sure it was totally clear.As you can imagine, we were fairly shaken to have this happen in a brand new home in the middle of moving. Devon did absolutely everything he could to give us peace of mind that the problem was fixed. He even texted after he left to thank us for being great while he was there and to wish us a bright future, with no more visits from Rainier :). My wife and I have dealt with a lot of plumbers (property management and construction backgrounds) and never was anyone as kind and professional as Devon. I’ve found my preferred plumbing company for as long as I’m in the area. Thanks Rainier!

My husband and I recently purchased our future retirement home in a little town near Omak, WA. The shower had been leaking for several years and needed to be completely torn out and replaced. Trying to find local contractors here to perform work is almost impossible but we were able to find a local plumber to repair the leaking pipes but had to take on the rest of the project ourselves. We got to a point where we needed a plumber again to get the shower operational and could not get anyone local to help us. Because we had used them before at our home near the Puyallup area and were happy with their work and service, we called Rainier View and they went above and beyond to help us get our shower going. They found us the parts we needed, made sure I would have them timely and told us what we needed to do to install them properly. Thanks to them, we now have a beautiful working shower.
