We had water damage from a leak during Thanksgiving. We originally went through our insurance company and their recommendations. However, it was a big mistake. Before the insurance would commence the repair we had to fix the plumbing. Bowers came out and asked who was doing the drying as it was shotty. They were honest and said they didnt feel comfortable doing the repairs because we would have problems later. They recommended another company to do the drying. It was like night and day. We knew we would probably pay out of pocket but it was worth it. I asked who they recommended for remodel, to our surprise they did it all. They said they were backed up but we were in no rush as long as it was done right. They communicated with us through the entire process, had us pick out supplies ahead of time so when they started there was no delay. And they did it all. I am so pleased with our kitchen that we had them do our floors and bathroom too.

I experienced sewage backup in all my sinks, toilets, and tubs (yuck!! right!?)I phoned Bowers and Nick was here within 30 minutes!!! He discovered the block between house and sewer, and had it all cleaned out within an hour. He snaked a couple of the drains for me, too. SO FRIENDLY! So efficient, quick and professional!! Thanks! For years our new home had a lawn sprinkler system that connected to the main coming into the house that leaked badly. We have a regular plumber that insisted the line had to come into the house before it went to the sprinkler system. I pointed out that the house connection was below where the leak was outside the house. Even when I informed the plumber that water does not run uphill, they still insisted on giving us a quote (in the tens of thousands) to repair. We called in a second opinion, they listened, agreed that water does indeed not run uphill. We hired a locator to find out just where the piping was underground, and he found it right off the bat. The leak was at a t-section 10 feet before the house. We have very high water pressure, and it took them a few tries and finally got the leak stopped. They ran a completely new line from the meter to the house and installed a proper t-section to divert the sprinkler system water. They also installed cut off valves so we could turn the sprinkler system off in winter. Its been a year now and it is still functioning properly.

Nick came out...he did good work and cleaned up after himself. The person answering the phone was kind and helpful. They even admitted in making a mistake which now a days a rarity in and of itself. I sincerely appreciate accountability because there is nothing worse when one is a customer and the business not taking any accountability for even the smallest of mistakes..will use again... because the work was good and most importantly the small mistake was admitted to and fixed...

Im so happy with the service Nick from Bowers plumbing provided. I needed a leak repaired, and a partial re-pipe to a full bathroom. I was charged a very competitive price, and the work was done well. Nick was pleasant to have in my home, and very patient with my questions (of which I have many when im spending $3000!). I hope to not need a plumber any time too soon, but I will absolutely be calling Bowers again in the future!

I was reluctant to hire a company with plumbing as its first service since I wanted to remodel my kitchen. However, the many positive reviews from people in my neighborhood convinced me to consider Bowers Plumbing and Remodel. After completing an online request, it took about three week to schedule a walk through for an estimate. I listed all the items that needed to be demolished, installed and added. Within 10 days, I was emailed an estimate. Since I ordered my cabinets, island and counters from different vendors, I called when the cabinets were delivered. It took about a month to get me on the schedule, but when they started, the process was quick. Nearly every day, I was sent an email from Jacqueline letting me know who was coming and what they would be working on each day. Demo and painting took one day. Cabinets were installed in two days. The demo began on August 8th and by September 6th, the remodel was finished. Two weeks of that time was due to waiting on a separate vendor to measure, make and install the counters. All of the workers were friendly, hard-working and willing to modify to make sure the kitchen was what I wanted. No mess at night. They cleaned up every day. Do not hesitate to hire Bowers Plumbing and Remodel for your next project.

Aerin was spectacular. Instant perfect diagnosis, gave me instructions the day before to help prepare my pipes for the best repair for a very fair price. When he and John returned the next day to fix what I thought was a much worse problem than it was, they fixed the clogged pipes affecting the whole house .. nothing drained. Nothing. Within an hour they cleared the clogs and cleaned up after themselves. The price was absolutely fair (they had to take one toilet out before attacking the pipes).. I use a septic tank, they were well informed about septic systems. Really. They have my business from now on. And the front desk administrator Casse is brilliant. She can handle any situation.

He not only explained the issue, but also showed me the issue.I had used Beacon Plumbing a couple years ago for a basement sewer pump replacement and the entire experience was horrible start to finish from excessive cost, rude techs, and the mess they left behind (not to mention they had to come back next day because the pump they installed was faulty). Weve used Bowers twice in the last month or so and have been beyond impressed both times. The first instance was when our water heater started to leak, causing an issue with flooring in the master bedroom. Within a day or two, Bowers found an opening to remove and install a new water heater...loved that we didnt have to wait long nor have somebody come out to verify that the water heater was messed up, then order everything, then come back another day. Matt completed it all in one fail swoop and the new water heater is working great!Just today I had them in to remove an old kitchen sink and replace it with a new one (as well as a new faucet). Aerin was incredibly communicative about what he anticipated would be done and how much everything would cost. During the process, he stayed in touch about any unexpected changes he needed to make or wanted approval of before proceeding. Wonderful work once again!

I had Aerin from Bower Plumbing come out to fix a broken back hose bib. Turns out that in order to get to it, they had to go through my shower wall. My shower was a little half shower with a shelf behind it, the house was built in the 80s. So I asked Aerin if they could fix the hose bib, and remodel my shower to make it a full shower. They gave me a great price and I had a new hose bib and shower in a few days. They also replaced a toilet in the other bathroom for me. They are very professional, prompt and kept me informed the whole way. Truly a great company and I highly recommend them, especially Aerin.

Zack from Bowers plumbing did amazing. He was professional and really did an amazing job overall with investigating, detecting, and resolving the issue. Just a few weeks ago there was a water bubble in the living room ceiling. I popped it with a razor blade and 1/4 of a cup of water came out. I called around and received a few quotes from contractors/plumber and was quoted prices that was equal to a new car. I removed Bowers always staffing honest folks and I called them, they called me the next business day. Zack gave me a courtesy call before he arrived, came on time, was respectful, set expectation with me with the work he’ll do and provided me with a reasonable price. He went to work, tested/ diagnosed the problem, and found out that the issue was smaller than what it actually seemed. He made the repairs in a timely manner and was clean as can be along the way. I highly recommend Zack from Bowers or Bowers plumbing. This is my second encounter with Bowers and they have so far done honest and do good quality work. I have some big projects coming up and I’ll be calling them. Thank you

I’ve used Bower’s twice and each time they have been great to work with. First time I had them replace broken outdoor spigots at my rental home. They were easy to coordinate with, even with the added step of coordinating with renters. And they got the work done quickly and with good quality.I just used them again to connect two discharge pipes that dumped kitchen sink water against my foundation. We originally thought only one pipe was disconnected so the quote only included that. But when I exposed the pipes I found that both were disconnected. They hooked both up to my septic pipe for the originally quoted price. Unfortunately, after the plumber left I noticed a sewage smell in the house. I called their office and they immediately had the plumber call me directly and he came back to fix it. He quickly found the issue that we originally missed and remedied it.Oh and when he came out for the original quote, I had him look at one of upstairs kitchen sink that had disconnected under the cabinet and was leaking. He just connected it then and there for free.I’ll definitely use Bower’s again.

Mason was great! I was having trouble getting out a pipe that was rusted and stuck. I had no water as this pipe attached to my water heater and I had to turn off the water to the house. Bowers took my emergency and scheduled me that night. Mason called and told me when he would be here and he did. It took him 5 minutes to get off the stuck pipe. He then let me ask him questions about how to add other things and he gave me some tips and materials to make it happen. What a great service and company! Will be using them in the future.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received over the phone. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because I havent actually experienced plumbing services from them but please read on.City of Puyallup stopped by and informed me I had a very small underground leak on my property after they determined that it was not their responsibility. So I called around for estimates and immediately people started trying to up sell me into something very expensive without even seeing my problem first. Others wanted to charge me just to come out and take a look. I finally discovered that my firs step was to hire a licensed leak detector as that is outside of the scope of licensed plumbers before getting a bid. These before mentioned places would not give me exact quotes on this but only ballpark figures. One Plumbing company in particular came out and looked at the lawn for free, only to tell me fake newsI had a big leak that needed to be fixed immediately.Whoever it was that answered the phone at Bowers Plumbing, Kevan maybe? let me know up front that he was interested in earning my business for the long term with delivering the best price upfront. Furthermore, he actually price checked around for a leak detector and called back with his findings, and gave me a price quote that was on the low end of the estimates I was hearing from these other plumbers. This leak detector, Glen, showed up and charged me NOTHING because in his words, he couldnt find the leak because it was too small to be of any concern. He also checked the area of my lawn that was extra squishy and had some water run off on the sidewalk with his gear. He informed me that was simply rainwater run off (we recently moved into this house so I had no frame of reference) I will definitely come back to Bowers plumbing in the future with any of my plumbing needs!
