Micah H. did an excellent job diagnosing our septic system and issues. We have had ongoing issues and have gotten some incorrect information in the past. I appreciate Micah ! He looked up our septic system online and found out we had a lid that wasn’t exposed and hadn’t been found by any other company or tech prior. I recently had Bryce come out to repair my outdoor spigot, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish he was professional, punctual and incredibly knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, he even took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how to fix it. It’s so rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work, but Bryce exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!

Robert was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, quickly identified the issues, explained what happened, gave us advice and fixed the 2 issues we had.FloHawks pricing is pretty high, I understand we’re paying for the expertise and am sure they are using industry standard rates but $490 for 90 minutes and $181 for him to use one of their tools of the trade seemed high. $833 to unplug a drain and replace a small section of pipe.

I was in an emergency situation with tub being clogged and toilets backing up. I just got threw medical treatment and needed my bathrooms to function. FloHawks were so awesome as they sent Tom out right away and he was able to locate the problem from the outside of the house and get everything working again. I have added them to my care team for my house and will have them come in spring to take care of septic maintenance. I felt they were reasonable priced especially in a emergency situation. I just wanted to say that Micah did an outstanding job when he came in service. My septic tank not only did he pump it out but he cleaned the walls. Did a fantastic job. Ive never seen anybody clean the tanks out like he did like that tool that he had with the square thing on it. That kind of mushed it up. So hed get the the cinnamon off the bottom and then explain to me what he was doing and and how it all worked and stuff. I was just blown away. I mean never seen anybody bring the tools that he brought and do that thorough of a job on my septic and Im totally flabbergasted by the job that he did and I will definitely recommend flohawks to other people. I just had Flowhawks out to do the yearly inspection on my septic system, and they saved me $400! A sensor was out of place, which caused the UV light to read as bad. Turns out, it was just a small issue with the sensor. The technician, Tom, repositioned it for free and resolved the problem.Barret Pace, the general manager, assured me they’d send someone out to thoroughly diagnose any issues, and they delivered. Tom treated me like I was their top customer, carefully explaining the issue and fixing it quickly.This is the 4th time I’ve used Flowhawks, and each time they’ve been honest, professional, and treated me with respect. I can’t say the same for some of the other local companies I’ve dealt with. Flowhawks stands out for their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommend!

He is a super friendly and outgoing individual, which was clearly expressed upon his arrival. Part 3)Part three of this review is for Derek Long who came the second day of my plumbing job. Derek was on time he was very polite, but due to the fact, it was rather late in the day and the job had already been started, it was decided that probably the best solution Would be to have Robert come back the next day and finish the job that he had already started. We Concurred that there was a lot that had been done already and it would probably be easier for Robert to Return and finish the job.Derek appeared to be professional, cordial, and capable. But no work was actually completed by Derek.My review of Roberts first day and his third day are listed below as also mentions his apprentice Eli.Thank you.Part 2). A second day was needed to complete my plumbing issues. Parts were required and some cutting and fitting. Robert returned on July 3 with an apprentice and they did a wonderful job. Robert went right to work finished under estimated time and his apprentice was so nice and respectful and I am sure he will become a wonderful full-fledged plumber soon. I hope if I ever have any other plumbing issues, I would have the opportunity to have Robert work on my problem or his apprentice who I believe was named Eli.I am happy to know that FloHawks uses such respectful, professional And honorable men. Thank you so much.Happy customer 😃The entire experience with Flo-Hawks was wonderful. A person answered my phone call told me someone would get back to me to schedule a service. Someone did get back to me. And this evening at about 610 Robert arrived to take a look at the plumbing issue.. he was knowledgeable, professional, polite, his shirt had his name and company name on it, and he drove up in a company truck. I was very impressed with everything about the service he provided. It was not an easy job and there is going to have to be a follow up. However, he did everything that he could do while he was here to get my bathroom tub unclogged, and discovered what the problem was with the piping in the basement.There needs to be a follow up because there is a hole in one of the drain pipes.When I call tomorrow to schedule the second visit, I will ask for Robert, although he assured me that all their technicians were equally qualified, which made me feel good even in case I have to ask for someone else.I would wholeheartedly refer anyone to hawks because of the experience I had today. We bought our first house with a septic system in 2020. I had no prior knowledge of the upkeep, inspections, etc, needed. We first used Flowhawks when we received notice from.the county that an inspection was needed. Not knowing who to call, Icalled FlowHawks as they had good reviews. The person I spoke with was able to give me information about the last inspection and we scheduled an appointment for them to come out. The customer service was outstanding. Today we had an issue we werent sure how urgent it was but gave them a call and explained what was going on. The customer service rep was great and even though their schedule was dlfull, got someone out by early afternoon. Sean V was so helpful and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue and emptied our full tank, but gave us tips on how to maintain the tank. Wont use anyone else.

Russ came out and looked at our grinder pump which was inoperable due to the breaker in the breaker box being tripped. He suspected that the pump was disabled due to something binding in the impeller housing of the pump and likely not due any electrical issues. Anyway, he put a call in to have the sump pumped prior to going any further. A truck came about four hours later (3:00 pm) to empty the sump which was almost full. No one likes to spend money on this kind of stuff especially during the holiday season, but Russ and the vacuum truck driver were easy to deal with and answered all my questions. I hoping I dont have to buy a new pump which was just replaced in June, but well see. I was impressed by their expertise and communication.After my sump was emptied Dustin was scheduled out to look at the issues with the pump. He got here about 5:00pm obviously it was after dark and raining HARD. Dustin was a super-nice guy and even though I suggested that maybe coming back the next morning would be a better plan, he was willing to go ahead with the work. He positioned his truck to provide the lighting we needed and proceed to pull the pump and check the floats and wiring. This required him to lie on the very soggy grass with some serious rain coming down. Fortunately, we determined that the pump impeller was only clogged preventing it from rotating. After clearing the gunk in the impeller housing, the pump ran as designed. Dustin also adjusted the floats to provide better performance of the system. This job took a little over one hour to complete in very adverse conditions. I was very impressed with Dustins willingness to tackle this job at the end of his day in terrible conditions.Overall, I was very impressed with the service provided by the FloHawks and would recommend them without reservation for any plumbing, electrical, or septic system work.**********************************************************After having the grinder pump issue noted above, we had a similar situation about six weeks later when the high-level alarm on our sump came on. Jason from FloHawks came out and did a quick assessment of our system and the electrical system and the outside alarms seemed to be working properly. He said we needed to get the sump pumped so he could look at the pump. As it turned out he was called away to another job and indicted he would come back after the sump was pumped. Mark Davis arrived with the Vac truck a couple of hours later and pumped the sump and given the delay for Jason to get back with us decided to pull the pump himself. Mark said he normally does not do this, but he went ahead and pulled the pump. We found out that the impeller was fouled with some cloth-like material. (Our grandkids have been cautioned numerous times by us and their parents about disposing certain products down the toilet. We were only charged for one service call which was good. So once again we were able to have access to the pumping system that collects all the wastewater for our house and pumps it int the sewer main. Very satisfied with FloHawks service and their employees are always aware of the need to get these critical systems back in service as soon as possible.

I was behind on pumping and maintenance of my tank, and couldnt find the septic cap myself. FloHawks was quick to schedule an appointment, easy to work with and in and out in about an hour and a half. Ill call them back next time I need service and would recommend them to friends and family.

Well all I can say is he was Johnny on the spot I liked how punctual and on time I wasnt home when he did the job but my brother was and he said he did a great job cleaning inside my septic that is a rotten job for anyone to do so I hope he makes good money cuz I dont think I could do it myself but with that being said it needed to be done and everything he said he was going to do he did so five star on my end

FloHawks was available to provide an urgent service for a backed up septic system. After a couple of hours, they sent over Jason to do the job. This guy is a great guy. Easy to communicate with. The problem is fixed at this point and Im happy. Thanks Jason and FloHawks!!FloHawks came a few days later and pumped my septic tank chambers. I am really appreciative that they were able to schedule me for this follow-on work. The two that came out were great. Job done!
