Saturday emergency and no other plumber answering their phone, including larger companies, so I happened to see Wright Now Plumbing and gave them a shot. An extremely courteous professional named Chriss answered immediately and was at my house (despite being in the middle of picking up supplies) in no time at all. The service was incredible and the price super fair. I will definitely be calling him again for any future help/projects. It’s refreshing to find someone you can depend on, especially in an emergency situation.

I emailed Chris on a Sunday about a replacement issue for a Water Valve and he actually called back ON Sunday to respond. Great follow up and arrived on time for the quote and then the work and he did a really good job on the cutting and clean up of the wall around the pipe/valve being replaced as well.He was straight forward and did not mind talking over my concerns while at the house. Quality was very strong and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I called several places before choosing Wright Now Plumbing. Glad I chose this. I spoke to Chriss, whom is like the one-man crew at the time of this review. Does it all... takes calls, assigns the schedules, does the on-site job, etc.Chriss showed up the next day after scheduling me in. He was able to fix the water leak issue by replacing the outside hose bib. He also provided me with information for next steps and preventive measures.He is professional, down to Earth, easygoing, informative, helpful, and much more. I believe the prices were fair and was worth it to me.I would definitely recommend and would call him again if I have another issue.

He installed a new sink and faucet for us, and had to re-work the piping for the garbage disposal and the dishwasher as a result. We just bought a house in Puyallup and our home inspector did not go all the way in the crawlspace and turns out the home had a water pipe that is no longer used because its high risk to leaking. We tried some of the big name plumbing companies but the price was insane and the confidence in most of them was very low. We talked to neighbors who mentioned someone locally (Wright Now Plumbing) and we were so happy to find them. Pricing was very competitive and confidence in their ability to perform the work was so much better. The guy who came out obviously wasnt a salesman but a plumber that was very good at explaining everything in laymans terms. Work was completed and we are very grateful that we found this company.

They were quick to get out to, had speedy service and Chriss accommodated our budget perfectly. I was surprised at how reasonable their prices were compared to other companies we’d called out. Chriss is AMAZING. After calling around to all the local plumbers I love that I can call him directly and we set the schedule directly with him. He is knowledgeable and repaired a reduced pressure valve outside of the house which was causing our hot water heater to whistle. I had another company come out and give a quote - and they quoted the wrong thing. If I went with them I would have had to been paid twice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chriss. He is the person to call!

Professional, quality work, fair, overall great company. Chris was very responsive to every call I’ve made. Went out of his way to come out to do the required work so we didn’t have to wait. We had a basement bathroom that was flooded and two previous companies wanted to bust concrete and tear down walls before they “could see what’s going on”, but Chris came in and got to the point and was able to diagnose the issue, (worn gaskets and old faucets), and fixed the problem there on the spot without asking for demo. We appreciate the honesty, quality work, and fair prices. And if I’m being honest, being a woman with my husband deployed during the problem, not once did i even feel that this company was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, as i felt the previous companies/personnel did. There is absolutely no other plumbing company I’d ever call again.

My plumbing pipe sprung a massive leak last May. Unfortunately, the leak was under my house in the crawlspace and I did not know how to turn off the water. I called Chriss at Wright Now Plumbing, and, true to the name, Chriss arrived at my house in about 20 minutes. He located the shut-off valve and turned off the water. He did not have the parts necessary to make the repair, so he returned a couple of hours later and made the repair. Ill definitely call Chriss again for my plumbing needs. Thanks, Chriss!

Chriss came highly recommended to us and we will continue to use him for any plumbing projects we have! We hired him for a few projects all at once: whole house repipe, upgrade to a gas tankless water heater, and add a dishwasher to our 1943 home. He completed all of this in a day and a half! Not only is he efficient, communicative, and skilled, he is a really nice person to work with. And he gets bonus points for humoring our extremely talkative kiddo!

We called Chris at like 11pm after we found a leak in the kitchen. We got his number on a friends recommendation. Chris offered to come over immediately but the leak wasnt that bad so we scheduled for 10am the next morning instead so we could just go to bed. He had no issue coming over on a Saturday on short notice. Chris was courteous, easy to work with, and got the job done with no trouble--an all around good guy. For example, we really appreciated that he texted when we was on route to give us an ETA. Were so happy to have the number of a can-do plumber that we can rely on!

Maybe I’m old school, but I really liked being able to call and speak directly with Chris without having to go through a call center or receptionist. Chris was super responsive, on time for our appointment, and very reasonable with his prices.
