After dinner I noticed a wet spot in our ceiling in our family room. It looked like it could be from the upstairs bathroom toilet. I googled plumbers in Puyallup to find a plumber that could come and check it out. I called and left a message about my situation. Got a call back in just a few minutes. Receptionist said she could have a tech out at 8:00am. When the tech, Mark, arrived he was so warm, friendly and concerned about our issue. He inspected the ceiling and found out it was leaking where the toilet was connected to the drain. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and at a price we could afford. He started to fix the issue right away and took the time to kinda visit with us to put us at ease. I cant thank Mark enough for his professionalism, concern and great job he did. My husband and I will never call any other company for our plumbing needs. I also want to thank the office gal and the whole company for being a company about the people and their needs not just how much money they can make. Thanks again to Mark!! Job was an unexpected surprise of bad building and inspecting practices: condensate drain pipe not insulated and froze last winter. We spent few freezing days without heat. PVC pipe bursted. Mark did a fantastic job in finding the problem and repairing it. Now still needs drywall repair. Overall a $2,000 expense I had to pay due to the neglect of the builder. Will find out who they were.

He took care of it and because of the simplicity only charged for the travel fee!I was prepared to get a quote of $1k+ for what I thought the issue would be. While I feel silly for not catching such a simple fix myself, Im grateful that I dont feel taken advantage of!I was also given a complementary water heater and water pressure inspection.

Junior took the time to thoroughly explain necessary work and costs. A big job that was done with quality and integrity. Once I discovered there was a leak under my home I called the plumbing company I usually use. They weren’t able to come out for a few days even though their website listed “emergency services”. Waiting a few days with an active water leak under my home was not an option. I found Rocket Rooter after a quick internet search. They had someone out in under two hours to do an emergency repair. Junior called to let me know he would arrive 30 minutes earlier than expected. He walked me through the problem and the solution. He gave me a timeframe, showed me pictures and video of the problem and gave me an estimate. He also took the time to show me how to turn the main water off. I can’t say if the price is competitive or as my situation was an emergency and those tend to cost more but the job was complete in 2.5 hours and I’m a happy lady. I would recommend Rocket Rooter

I had my second experience with Rocket Rooter this week and both times were amazing! The best way to describe their service is high quality at a reasonable price with friendly and experienced staff. Also, the response times for both of my requests was phenomenal.Our first experience was with an urgent plumbing repair we needed expedited. We called multiple plumbers and Rocket Rooter had the quickest response time. George from Rocket Rooter came out and discussed all repair options and did an amazing job. He took the time he needed to do the job right, but boy he was quick!Most recently Jeff from Rocket Rooter came out to install shower plumbing and a shower pan. He provided excellent customer service, was extremely responsive, very thorough, gave updates along the way, educated me on a few useful items that were tremendously helpful, and provided top quality plumbing services. I am very happy with the end product. I think the plumbing service he provided will be the easiest part of my bathroom remodel project. Man where do we start!!! Let me just start by saying i rarely leave a review but hopefully this helps someone. Calling a plumber like anyone else you let into your home can be overwhelming never really knowing if they’re going to rip you off or not! This was the complete opposite of what i was expecting. It started with a couple leaky pipes and other issues with the way the pipes were ran when we purchased the home. This company was highly recommended from a family member in the Puyallup area so i gave them a call, it was a sunday so i didn’t expect to get an answer let alone get scheduled but she answered the phone and had someone out to us the very next day. The man who showed up right on time of not early was Jeff. I can’t say enough positive things about Jeff in character and work ethic. He’s a great plumber, very knowledgeable and quick. Jeff knocked it out of the park and gave us some very insightful family orientated information which my girlfriend and I both REALLY appreciated hearing from someone else, on top of all that i believe he was very fair with pricing. After Jeff left we both knew that if we ever had any plumbing issues again we’d be calling Jeff. The next morning we were very surprised when a different pipe was leaking(a very small amount, more of a slow trickle) so we called them back and they dropped everything and came back that same day and got it resolved and didn’t charge us at all for their time. We’re beyond happy with the service and the conversation we received from Jeff and without a doubt will be calling him again with any plumbing needs that come up! We have a newborn baby at home and a couple older kids and they all call him grandpa Jeff and safe to say he’s welcome here anytime!Thanks again!

Great service! Were new homeowners in our first house (circa 1972). We had a backup that we couldnt fix ourselves. Within hours of our first call, Jeff arrived and fixed our issue, installed an outdoor cleanout, and gave us some great advice on maintaining our pipes and water heater. He even caught some issues our home inspector missed that we can fix early and avoid big headaches later. Were making some updates next year that will require a plumber and we will definitely be calling Rocket Rooter and requesting Jeffs help. Thanks!

We had a great experience with Rocket Rooter - professional workmanship and reasonable price! Jeff and Logan arrived on time to unclog our kitchen sink drain pipe. Jeff was an experienced and thorough plumber and asked a series of questions to ascertain what may have caused the problem. After the drain was unclogged, he tested repeatedly to make sure the job is completed. He was patient and spent time explaining how to prevent the problem in the future, as well as offered to check other parts of the house. Logan caulked the sink basin to prevent leaks into the cabinet below and cleaned up the area of repair nicely after the job. Thank you Jeff and Logan!

Eric did an amazing job finding and fixing the leak. Turns out the old plumbing to the sewer finally gave way. His estimate and the final price was accurate and he showed up on time everytime. His quality of work and level of professionalism was on-point. He didnt make a huge mess, and cleaned up the area like he was never there.He was even able to work with a concrete professional by the name of Jesse to repair the concrete. My mom’s water main pipe sprung a leak in the freezing cold temps. I called another plumber who took more than 2 hours to get back to me and when they got there they said until we shut the water off they couldn’t do anything. So I was left emptying buckets in the 20 degrees. I called Dillion and Paige who tried to help walk me through a point that I could turn off the water as their tech couldn’t come until the morning. We eventually were able to stop the spray. The tech came first thing in the morning. He was so nice and polite and informative! He told us what he was doing and gave us some suggestions to avoid any future problems. A great company for sure, we will definitely call them in the future! Weve had an emergency in the evening, a hole in the expansion tank, water over the drywall and garage floor. Ive literally called 15 companies in a hour, and only these guys were able to come out that day, within 2 hours. We have little kids, and in other circumstances, we could have waited, but with kids, having no hot water sucks. The repair wasnt cheap, but was quick and we got a new expansion tank with warranty.

I came home from work and water was gushing up from my front yard. I don’t have sprinklers so I new it was the water line. The city worker came by and shut off my water. I called several of the big plumbing companies, who either didn’t answer their phone or couldn’t make it out for several days.Rocket Rooter was able to come out the next morning. They had to dig about a 4ft deep hole and cut thru tree roots to reach the break. They wanted to finish that day so I could have water again, but after 10 hrs of back breaking work, I told them to go home. They returned the next morning and repaired the line fairly quickly.I was expecting to have to replace my whole water line at great cost, but they repaired it charged me what I felt was a fair price. They have a great crew, great dispatcher, and I will call them 1st from now on.

Wow...plumbing can be an adventure sometimes. Thankfully there are good people out there that are simply really great at what they do. I awoke one morning to find my water heater functioning more like a water feature (thankfully the catch pan installed when I purchased the home did its job) and called the good folks at Rocket Rooter/Compass and they didnt just send anyone to help, they sent Gordon. Gordon, is an experienced journeyman plumber, having installed thousands of water heaters (self-professed metric) over the course of his career. Needless to say, he sized up my issues rapidly and we were well on our way to getting the situation under control. I think the most impressive part about the visit was not the fact that he got it working, but the fact that he took the time to really assess the whole picture. In the course of getting things put back together, he listened to the water heater and decided it didnt sound quite right. Sure enough one of the thermostats were shot. Additionally, Gordon took the time to teach me as he went. Im a curious guy and like to learn and he was a real pleasure to talk with and learn about/from. One of the nicest guys Ive ever met, genuine, caring and focused on taking care of the customer. And to boot, he didnt charge me nearly enough for his efforts. I was left standing in my driveway as he drove away, simply amazed at what I had just experienced. I simply could not say enough good about Gordon, his experience, the job he did, his service to me and my family, and mostly, the priveledge that it was to get to know him over the course of my plumbing adventure.
