Based on several interactions with Sab, I am confident he prioritizes what is best for his clients and his work is of very high quality. I also give him a lot of credit for taking the time to have a meaningful dialogue about his plans.In one particular example, he walked me through his plan for pipe routing and valve placement. I didnt doubt his expertise, but I did not fully understand his logic and asked what he thought about placing the valve in another location. He didnt get offended. He didnt just say OK. He had a conversation with me and ultimately, I got onboard with his original plan because he helped me understand his reasoning. After some frustrating interactions with other companies in the area, I dont take this for granted and Solutions Plumbing has secured our business!

He portrayed stellar professionalism and years of know-how during his inspection process. He was there for almost 2 hours and it was all free of charge! Sabe and his team provided a detailed list of the supplies needed and a comprehensive list of all the charges. We opted to only have a couple things completed and he was fully transparent and professional throughout the process! He came the next day and took care of our immediate plumbing needs. We were notified by the city of Tacoma that due to a significant increase in water usage at our residence, they suspected we may have a leak. Sure enough, we found a leak in our spigot. My husband had a friend, who is a welder come and change it out, but he was unsuccessful in welding the new spigot to the internal pipe. He essentially moved the leak from the outside to the inside. Now we were in real trouble so he called around and found Solutions Plumbing. The guy came out next day and ended up replacing our water main and the piping to the outside. He installed pipe that prevents freezing and visually inspected our water heater and made recommendations to get it up to Code. We are satisfied with the job he performed.

I had a water leak that I noticed that was coming from one of my bathrooms. I needed the problem resolved fast and it was only a matter of time till water would have caused further damage to either part of the house framing and probably more of the drywall. I was going to call on one of the big company plumbing services, but one of my ARMY buddies recommended Sab at Solutions Plumbing as an alternative. Sab was be to come in to assess the issue and in less than an hour was able to locate the issue. The repairs were made almost immediately after finding the location of the leak and was repaired with the latest swedgeing equipment using similar materials as the original piping was to the house. Sab’s attention to detail and knowledge base showed his skill and enthusiasm in what he did for a living. He was willing to explain the issues with the problem he was dealing with and provided further explanation on other preventable problems later on. He was quite professional and his passion about doing his job and taking care of clients was genuine. The cost of the repair was quite affordable compared to what the big plumbing companies would have asked for (based on previous dealing in the past).To sum up, the job was done professionally and with the least amount of destructive requirements to fix the water leak. I was lucky enough to receive same day service from the owner himself , and the quality of parts used to repair our outdoor faucet were top of the line. One more comment that I have to mention…..Solutions Plumbing was $700 lower than one of our other bids and nearly $1,000 lower than “the one to call” plumber you see on tv commercials. So nice to see there are still old fashioned, honest, and friendly businesses that are available to homeowners. Cannot imagine us ever using another plumber for future upkeep or repairs!

We had a house built by HiLine Homes. Within 6 months of moving in, my husband fell in the tub and his knee went through the side of the very thin walled tub. While the bath warranty company did replace the tub, they did not pay for the installation of the new tub. Luckily we found Solutions Plumbing.There was simply no comparison to the original plumbing and the plumbing installed by Solutions Plumbing. The original plumbing was crooked and loose, while the plumbing installed by Solutions Plumbing was square, neat and firmly attached to the studs. Sab from Solutions Plumbing even reinforced the new tub with foam on the underside and partially up the sides.Sab and Jase were both polite and respectful during the entire installation.It took about 5 months to get the new tub and Solutions Plumbing was patient and communicative through the entire process. Jacqueline provided a detailed quote and Sab provided further explanation when he was on site.You can trust this company to do an outstanding quality job with no shortcuts.Sab even returned after the tile was completed and installed the faucet and drain trim. You simply don’t find customer service like Solutions Plumbing provides very often. Everything was completed perfectly and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Solutions Plumbing!

Very fast to respond and reasonable prices. He has come out to my parents house a couple of times. This last time, he was looking at installing a new walk-in tub for my dad, a disabled vet. I asked about also installing a booster to the water heater. We went to look, and he noticed a dangerous situation and got it fixed. The image shows exhaust pipe starting to burn.

Quick and painless, called the day before he was out the next day had my outside faucet replaced in no time, it was leaking. He even had to go into the crawlspace to fix the problem. Sabe is fantastic! We had a leak somewhere but no obvious signs other than a large water bill. Sabe explained every step of the process and made sure we were comfortable with what he was doing and why. He recommended involving a leak detection company, they also turned out to be great work with. We never would have suspected the location of the leak but once it was found Sabe was able to repair it and fix a questionable original hookup. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
