I called a little after t 7:00am and Allen was here by 8:30. He was FABULOUS! He worked quickly and cleanly (huge plus!) to identify the problem. He gave a fair price quote prior to starting the work, and thats what I was charged when the work was complete. I will definitely use this company again!

Very professional and affordable service. We had a leak in the water pipe that goes to the water heater. Allen replaced the valve and put a new one, tested for the leak and got the job done within an hour. We would definitely hire him for future plumbing jobs. Highly recommend.

Mike came within 30 minutes of my call. Sadly it was after hours and getting dark. And there was root stoppage. However the crew came, did the rooter, made me a copy on USB of the problem. Then had to dig up the driveway. When done, Mike did a great job. You would never know there had been a dig out. We now have a clean out and cover. We got a military discount which was sorely needed. The guys kept their word. I have referred this company to someone in Gif Harbor already.

Great service! Great communication! We recently called Allen out last week for a washer hook up that was leaking. He came on time and fixed it within an hour. A week later our kitchen faucet blew right off. We texted Allen late that night and he responded within 15 min with a plan, solution and appointment for the following day. Allen was able to replace our basin and faucet as requested and did a wonderful job. I strongly recommend Allen for your plumbing needs and will be calling him back for ours. 5 out of 5

Our basement drain was backed up….Sean and team came through after hours and quickly cleaned the pipe and identified corrosion in the main drain (typical of drain pipes in old Seattle homes) In just a few days, they excavated, updated, permitted, and finished the job. We are very satisfied.
