    Mark completed the installation of a stacked washer dryer combo. The appliances was purchased at Lowe’s with the agreement to deliver and install. After 3 unsuccessful installation appointments I had to hire Sullivan Super Service Technician Mark Blair to complete the installation. Great company I will hire again .

    Jordan arrived quickly in my time of need. My main sewer backed up and I could not find a plumber available to do the work. Sullivan Super Service to the rescue. Jordan was able to come to the house quickly.He was friendly and very professional and solved my issue quickly. This is my new plumbing service going forward. Reasonable, courteous and efficient.     Sullivan Super Service is our hero! We discovered sewer water backing up and called them at 2 PM. Jordan promptly returned our call and arrived by 4 PM. He was professional and personable. Jordan skillfully snaked the drain to clear the clog and even went above and beyond by using a camera to inspect the issue further. He identified a house trap as the root cause of the blockage, explaining everything clearly.The service was courteous, efficient, and top-notch from start to finish. We’re truly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sullivan Super Service to our friends and neighbors.

    I called Sullivan Super Service early yesterday morning because a pipe became disconnected from the sink and water was draining into our basement. The service support who took my call, I believe she was Maryanne, was so kind and patient with me. She very kindly explained their process and what I could expect and when.They had a plumber out to us within a few hours to assess the situation, and that was Joe Walter. Joe was excellent. He was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, very clear, and forthcoming. Joe came out earlier today to fix the issue. He and his partner did an excellent job.Sullivan Super Service was amazing and I would use them again in the future.

    I have to say this company sent two of the most knowledgeable young men I have met. They were very good with answering my questions and making me feel secure about the process. I am very grateful for the help I received and the information given to me during the entire process. They were quick easy and knowledgeable and in just under 2 hours I received the best service I thought I could ever received. I would recommend them to anyone and affordable is a light word to use when comparing prices. Not only did I save money and they made sure I was aware of every discount but I was able to donate to the food bank and save even more money. Great Job!!!!! Im so happy I contacted them. Thanks to them I understand completely what my issues were and now am able to stay connected with them moving forward to get the best service needed. Wonderful young men.

    I cant give enough stars to my experience! Bruce Keffer was a God send and thanks to the Sullivan owner and all who were involved in giving me one of the best moments in my life! God orchestrated it but these great people were obedient and nothing short of a miracle! The installation hasnt even occurred yet but they deserve to be blessed! If you are in need of any heating or cooling look no further! You will be treated like a king or queen and get exactly what you asked for! What an amazing experience and made a friend in the process!     We had a sewage back up day before Thanksgiving. Called Sullivan super service and they were very responsive and had someone at our home within an hour. Tim was very professional, talked us through the process and included us in everything he did. Clog was cleared within minutes and made sure all pipes were cleared.Very reasonable pricing. Great service.

    I woke up on Saturday morning to my furnace not working at all. It was 20 degrees outside. I called Sullivan and Bruce came to my house within a few hours. He brought space heaters for us and gave us a ton of helpful information, talked about how to get tax money back for the more efficient system, rebates, etc. He spent a really long time discussing options and left me alone so I could discuss with my husband which option would be best for us (telling us to take our time). Our furnace is 25 years old so we knew we had to replace it. But Bruce was clearly very knowledgeable and gave us 3 different options, pricing, etc. Ive used Sullivan for 2 other really big jobs before (complete service line replacement in two different houses). They are always fast, professional, and very nice. Customer service and 7 day availability cant be beat. Bruce gave us his number and let us know that we could call him directly 24/7 with questions. Will continue to use this company for future jobs!

    Jordan was very helpful, explained everything to me and showed me where the problem is. Also very understanding of my financial situation right now, he also gave me a couple alternative Solutions so that I can get the money to have the repairs done. Im devastated, but I understand that it is what it is. My home is very old and my husband recently passed and didnt have a chance to do a lot of repairs. Jordan was very understanding to my situation and was very polite and very knowledgeable. I will get back to you as soon as I can to have these repairs done. Im trying everything I can to come up with the money, I live alone with my 6-year-old grandson so its going to be tough.     I discovered my water heater was leaking & I contacted Missy at Sullivan Plumbing early Fri am. Missy said they would schedule a service tech to visit & give me a repair or replace estimate. Later that morning, service rep Desimond & assistant arrived, examined my heater, gave me a replacement estimate which I approved! A new water heater was installed by 2pm & required a few more hours to refill and heat the 50 gallon tank. The two reps were professional, on time, worked fast and hard & are a tribute to Sullivan plumbing! To have remarkable at home service available at this time of year is major credit to this company!

    Lemme tell y’all about Sullivan and Jack. I’m a real person so let’s get that out the way, I haven’t had hot water for 2 weeks. I called in and after I told Lucy she hooked me up and told me someone could come that day. Jack and his associate come to my home and immediately know I will need a new tank which I was prepared for after exhausting all efforts. Jack was personable and honest. He heard me when I told him what I did and didn’t waste anytime getting me what I needed. In 4 HOURS he had me up and running w a new tank and hot water. My husband and I can’t thank Sullivan enough, we were truly in a stuck position and they were angels. I’d recommend them for any plumbing/hot water tank needs! Not only did they fix my tank, they fixed a minor leak in my utility sink. I tell you what these guys are absolutely awesome!! 10/17/24

    I have granite counter tops and my under countertop mounted sink had detached. I couldn’t find a plumber willing to touch it.     We called Sullivan after waking up to find sewage backed up into our basement. Sullivan was friendly and kind and were able to come out within a few hours. Our Plumber was Tim and he was absolutely amazing! He was not only friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable. He even engaged my kids in the process, showing them where the clog was and how he would clear it. After clearing the clog, he went through and checked each drain again just to ensure nothing was backing up. I will never use any other plumbing service other than Sullivan and I will always be requesting Tim.

    I had a sewage drain backing up in my basement. I saw their add for a $64 sewer cleaning and thought there’s probably a catch. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and the technician came out in a just a couple hours. He solved my problem, informed me of the condition of my pipe and never made me feel pressured to purchase anything more. In fact, he gave me valuable input regarding sewer line insurance. I thought the folks I dealt with represented the company in a very professional manner. I recommend Sullivan!

    Working with Sullivans has been a great experience so far. Their immediate response time is fantastic, with courtesy which is over the top. Called Sunday off business hours, they called back that day and set up an appointment for the next day. I was notified before their crew arrived. They were prompt and very professional. Located the problem wirh my AC and temporarily fixed it. Gave me options on how to proceed. Now have someone coming tomorrow to give me pricing on a new furnace and AC unit. Both the furnace (27 years old) and AC (15 years old) need replacing, both have given me great service over the years. Looking forward to more exceptional service from Sullivans. The problem turned out to be much more severe than you would think, but he went above and beyond to provide me with a variety of solutions and is following up with estimates for each alternative.     With the new house a list of new things had to be done. I had a range of team members come to help get my house in order from HVAC/Boiler, Plumbing to outside drain inspections. Ive been extremely pleased with everyone thats come out.HVAC/Boiler - Chadwick came to the rescue. In a timely manner they were here inspecting, cleaning, and getting our HVAC and Boiler system in tip top shape! They went above and beyond, while here they also replaced a gas line for me.Plumbing - The joys of an older house with cast iron pipes and other fun surprises. Desimond did a great job inspecting the house and getting all the repairs that were needed done. This includes replacing some old cast iron parts, installing a water leak detection system and a few other things. Very happy with all the work done.Outside drain inspection - Tim come out and scope my drains for my gutters. Im about to update my gutters and add some protection from future clogging. He did a great job taking the time to scope each drain and explain to me how they were set up and take the time to answer all my questions.Not only did these guys do the work well but they took the time to answer any questions I had. It was really great to have them here and I have peace of mind that the house is in good order.

    Desimond and Jake were wonderful! They were very professional and easy to talk with. They came because I was having backflow problems with the flue on my hot water tank. The best result was to replace my hot water tank and put a vent pipe through my wall to the outside and this avoids any chimney issues.

    Desmond Hicks is an absolutely great professional! He analyzed the problem told me my options and got it done within 1 hour I was thrilled! Sullivan super service has been doing a good job for me. All the guys are great!!!I have used Sullivan Super Service more times than I care to count this year! Thats how it goes with the house as of today June 7th 2024 Ive had an air conditioning unit installed. I have had a huge water leak resolved. I have had a toilet rebuilt, I have had two toilets given new wax seals. I have had a shower valve rebuilt. At any rate I have received good service from Sullivan Super Service!     Great service from Sullivan! They came the day after I called them (which was on a weekend) to see why the drain was backing up in the basement. They determined that we would need our clay pipes replaced, which a different plumbing company failed to find and/or inform us of just 2 months prior when we had a similar issue (FYI I do not recommend Bauer plumbing). They fit us on the schedule two days later to replace the pipes. They were professional, timely, and when they were done, I didnt even know they had been there as they also tidied our front yard. Would definitely recommend Sullivan to anyone!

    Today Keeshon from Sullivan Super Service came to check our new HVAC system, even though we only had it installed a couple of months ago. He took more than an hour to inspect every aspect of it to ensure it was running at its best. I really like Sullivan’s preferred customer plan where for a small monthly fee they come out when you need them and visit regularly to make sure things are working well. Keeshon was great! Great to talk to him and thank him for his service as a USAF veteran. Thank you, Sullivan, for hiring veterans right out of the service! Gordon, the technician, was incredible. Not only was he very polite but he was VERY knowledgable about his craft. He diagnosed the issue with my A/C Unit and had it up and running in a very short time. He checked the temperature to be sure i didn’t need refrigerant.     Ive left previous excellent reviews of work done by Sullivan before and this time was no exception. Nick handled a complex toilet leak repair in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. He explained the repair options and their prices before letting me decide how to proceed. He did great work and cleaned up when finished. I also had them replace another toilet that I knew would need to be replaced sometime in the near future. He also explained their service plan and how it could save me money on the current job. While Sullivan Service is a bit pricey, they have always done great work and guarantee it for 2 years. Ill call them back next time (hopefully not soon)...Update...turned out that to everyones surprise the newly installed toilet was a 1.28gpf instead of the intended 1.6gpf. Some might say Im overly picky, but I have two other 1.6gpf toilets and the flush in the 1.28 is definitely weaker. I called and asked if there was anything that could be done and Sullivan sent Nick back out the very next day with a new 1.6gpf which he quickly switched out at no charge to me. You couldnt ask for better customer service. Id increase my rating to 6 stars if I could.

    Our archaic furnace was having major issues on Wednesday, the day before thanksgiving, and Sullivans sent a technician right out same day. The service tech, kris, was very knowledge and honest. It was determined that the unit needing replacing. They were able to get a comfort advisor, glen, right out the same day as well which was incredible. Glen was very professional and extremely informative in getting us the correct size unit quoted for our home. We even decided to have a humidifier installed as well with the new furnace. He was able to get us an installation date the day right after thanksgiving which is impeccable. The installer Chris Cummings and his partner were courteous, prompt, and did a fantastic job installing the unit and humidifier. They gave us a great explanation on how the new unit works and how to operate the humidifier as well. Overall 10/10 couldn’t have asked for a more streamlined, customer friendly experience.     We have been saving for 4 years to replace our oversized and outdated boiler. Called several services and waited a week to receive overinflated bids. Called Sullivan on a Friday and talked with a very friendly and professional young lady. She tried to get a technician scheduled for the next day (Saturday), but the first available was Monday evening. Glenn Reis was the tech, and he was every bit as friendly and professional. He was very thorough at estimating our needs, spent a couple hours working up the price, and then explained the process to us. The price was more reasonable than any others we received, so we agreed to it. We figured it would be a couple weeks before someone would be available, and then a few days to complete the job--but Chris Cummings.and his crew were at our house early on Wednesday and they removed our gigantic boiler and replaced it by 5:00 that evening. The crew were awesome! Super professional, neat, and quiet. One of the best experiences I have ever had with contractors working on my house or any other (I am a contractor myself and see many trades people daily).We also signed up for the annual service plan, and today, Chadwick Hermeyer cleaned our boiler and checked it overall.     Jack arrived as promised. He accessed the problem and advised the best course of action to take to unclog the drain, but gave me a choice of how I wanted him to proceed. He was efficient, and explained everything he was going to do to eliminate the problem which he did.     5 STARS - AMAZING COMPANY - I will be calling for all future plumbing needs.Garage was flooding due to floor drain not working and immense amounts of rainwater entering through the foundation walls. I found Sullivan Super Service on Google and decided to call around 7am. I was promptly called back within 15 mins and given a really good idea of how the day would go if I wanted to use their service. On one of the busiest days due to weather they had a tech, Jordan Coleman, out to my house by 9am. He was able to clear the drain and even was kind enough to verbally map out my plumbing to help me understand where problem areas could arise. He also informed me about a process that can be done to help old cast iron p-traps be renewed to plastic to prevent future clogs. He was kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I need some outside line work done soon and I will definitely be calling Sullivan and asking for Jordan if I can! Thank you so so much Jordan for providing relief in the most timely manner after a long night of vacuuming water. 5 out of 5 stars!
