Patrick was quick and professional and installed quality central brass fixtures in both bathrooms without looking to over charge me like other plumbers. He had our severally backed-up laundry tubs cleared in less than 1/2 hour. Very reasonable rates. My husband, who has taken care of our household handyman problems for years, was duly impressed! Built a new house - trenching for downspouts on a Sunday - broke water line. We called Pat Chase and he was at our house in 45 minutes - repaired the break and got us back up and running. The Mario to my Princess Toadstool in distress.I called Chase Plumbing on a Saturday, Patrick answered after one ring, and was at my front door within 30 minutes. 10 Minutes later, my leaking toilet was fixed and my Saturday un-ruined! Pat was wonderful. We had an emergency leak in a pipe that turned out to be in the wall. Pat showed up on Saturday to evaluate and came back on Sunday to fix it. Was very practical in his approach and cost effective - didnt try to make the job larger than it was. Was very neat about his work and a good person. I recommend Pat for sure.

I called Mr Chase and he came the same day, didnt charge me emergency same day service fee, he quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. He gave me tips on how to maintain the plumbing in my historic (old) home and I will definitely call him again if I need to!

Mr. Chase has come to my house twice in the last two weeks. Both times he was very helpful and informative. Yesterday I called him and he was at my house in less than 10 minutes. I have a home warranty which sometimes prevents me from using my choice of Plumber or Heating guys, but anytime I need anything in the future he will be my first phone call!

Mr. Chase has been a Godsend at my house twice in the past 15 months. He didnt come in and try to sell me 500 things. He came in and replaced my bathtub faucet handles and fixed a drain vent in my basement. He charged fair prices and didnt waste any time.In a world where any fly by night jagoff will try to scam a female customer, Mr. Chase is a breath of fresh air. He looks at the problem, makes recommendations, and lets the customer make the choice. He then gets to work and doesnt charge you for hours of chit chat and bs. He returned the work areas to their original conditions and went on his way. Hes not a man of a lot of words, so he wont be your therapist. He will do the job, charge you fairly, and do the job well.Quite honestly, Mr. Chase was a blessing from God both times he did work at my house. Im thankful to have found such an honest and no-nonsense plumber.Hire this guy for your job. You wont be sorry.

I would highly recommend Patrick Chase to anyone needing plumbing repairs. Not only is Patrick very knowledgeable he is also extremely honest and beyond fair priced. I had several issues and leaks with my bathroom pipes and ultimately needed to replace my whole drain pipe system which Patrick was able to do and fix for half the amount of other quotes. Again extremely honest isnt looking to get over on you as well as does exceptional work. Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs!
