I had a pipe burst in my home this winter and Fady at Orion was the only plumber who was able to provide an emergency service the same day. He arrived within a few hours and quickly diagnosed then fixed the problem. We hired him a few weeks later for lingering plumbing issues around the house. Fady was polite, friendly, and had great communication. I would recommend Orion Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working plumber.

I recently used Alex at Orion Plumbing to repair and replace a new garbage disposal in my home. He was quick to reply, effecient in his work and gave extremely fair and reasonable prices based on the other quotes I received. I felt safe having him do work in my home and he kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I couldnt recommend him more, and look forward to working with him again!

I recently hired Orion as my usual plumber was too booked but he recommended using them. Our 100 yr+ plus old cast iron stack pipe finally cracked and leaked. Orion came same day as called for an estimate and review, and was back the following morning to do all the necessary work, and didnt leave until completed, tested, and cleaned up afterwards. Service was affordable compared to more widely advertised plumbers, with all work satisfactorily done, with any emerging issues explained and resolved - you start working on a house like ours, youre gonna encounter things you didnt expect. Highly recommended and would use again!

Hi! I have super old plumbing and an awful leak that is actually coming from my shower tiles! They were the only people I called that were able to come same day and they were wonderful! There’s still work to be done since it’s a big job and they will be back - but so far the initial process has been great. I’m really just here to shout out Fady and Sam! They’re awesome! Super knowledgeable, and worked really hard and definitely made myself (a first time home owner) feel much better. Thanks for coming by today!

I found out I had a gas leak in my home around 11am in the morning. The gas company obviously shut the gas off until the leak could be identified and and the line could be repaired. I immediately started calling places because it’s been so cold out and knew it could get to zero or below at night. Orion Plumbing called me back immediately sent someone out within an hour or so. He quickly found the issue and spent all day replacing the outside pipe leading into the house (snow on the ground and temperature between 15 and 20) so that the gas company could come back out before it got dark so we’d have heat overnight. He was so nice, letting me know every step of the way what he was doing. He even stayed until the gas company came to make sure everything was alright, and tested the furnace, stove, and hot water tank to make sure they were all working correctly before he left. Knowing this is a ridiculously busy season for them, I don’t have words to express how grateful I am that they came out to fix it that day. Fady, the owner who was also busy, stopped to bring supplies, and was also extremely nice. I really can’t say enough good things, but would definitely recommend them, and I will be using them for any plumbing concerns I have in the future.
