Have an older house that sprung a leak and K&D had someone out same day to diagnose and then someone out to fix it a few days later, any other plumbing company was telling me 1-3 weeks at least to get someone out. Everyone I met and dealt with (Richard, Eli and Dakota) were genuinely wonderful and great to deal with, very polite and knowledgeable. The fix wasnt straight forward but the guys did a great job problem solving and completing the repair without being too invasive or destructive at all and cleaned back up like they werent there. I am no expert on pricing but the cost definitely felt very reasonable and fair, will have no problem calling K&D if I have any other plumbing needs.

Having a plumbing problem, especially a complex one, is never a good experience However, Dakota and Josh with Knight & Day plumbing made it as pleasant an experience as possible. They were extremely knowledgeable and competent They explained and showed me every step of the process They cleaned up everything afterwards and left my basement in good shape. All this on top of the fact I needed someone to fix the mess left by a previous plumber. I’m lucky I found them. They were very professional If you need a job done well and conscientiously give Dakota and Josh a call at Knight & Day Plumbing

We saw Richard working on a house on our street and we asked him to take a look at our basement drain that floods when it rains. He took time out of the job he was working on and looked at our drain. He came back Monday morning and ran some diagnostics on it. After discussing, we decided to seal it off and he was able to do it that day. We appreciate Richard’s kindness and honesty! There are not too many people like Richard anymore! If we ever have any issues in the future, I would not hesitate to call them. I highly recommend this company to anyone with issues!

Our plumber was Richard, he was absolutely fantastic! I manage a salon and we had a leak, water everywhere! He showed up about an hour after we called it in, worked with my staff who had customers processing with their colors etc on when he could safely turn the water off to fix the leak. He was nice and professional. He even put things back on our shelves when he was done with the work. Would absolutely recommend him!

Richard and Brian were excellent and did a great job replacing my main water line going from the street to my house. Richard showed up shortly after I called while other companies said they would try and get there the next day. Richard did a great job keeping us informed of what was going on and what needed to be done. Very professional and great to work with.

Rich came to our house around midnight, to check on our hot water heater. The pilot light kept going off. After further inspection of the tank he concluded that there was a sensor malfunction and would have to order parts and come back in the morning. He reassured us that it was safe to go to sleep. After talking on the phone, we determined that just replacing the parts on a14 yr. Old hot water tank would eventually malfunction again and probably would only last another 2-3 years. We decided to just replace the whole tank. He installed it in a short time and went on to go above and beyond. I would recommend Rich for future work. He was very kind, professional and thorough . Its Sunday and my toilet had been running for hours when I called Knight & Day Plumbing. Unlike another plumber I called, Knight & Day answered the phone. A technician arrived at exactly the time I was promised. As luck would have it, he had a replacement part on his vehicle that fit my older toilet. Within a half hour, my toilet was repaired at a reasonable cost. Knight & Day Plumbing will be the first plumbing company I will call for repairs in the future.

Had an emergency sewage pipe problem. Called 10 places and they returned my call and gave me a time frame for their arrival. Unclogged the pipes and showed camera pictures of the before and after. Richard was professional and explained everything as he was working. Highly recommend Knight & Day Plumbing

Richard replaced a toilet for me. He was very cordial and efficient. He removed the old toilet, as well as all the packaging materials from the new one. He provided the necessary materials to complete the job. He already had what was needed on his truck. I also got several estimates for some other projects from him and I definitely plan on using him again. I highly recommend him, he’s good people!

I googled plumbing and found Jay’s Plumbing! I read the reviews and prayed and decided to give him a try! Soooo happy I did! I ended up with another leak in my basement bathroom and I was overwhelmed about it. Called Jay he came the same day! Wow! He explained the entire process. He is so nice, professional, understanding, knowledgeable and makes you smile. I needed that! Thank you Jay for calming my nerves. He went above and beyond helping me. Replaced the handle at no extra charge! You know how it is when calling someone for help and you wait and wait. Then they never show up or call. Jay’s Plumbing deserves 10 stars and more!! I had a sewage leak in my basement, which they quickly and accurately determined to be coming from an issue with the sewer line outside. Rich and his team came early the next day and efficiently determined the issue and repaired it quickly. I was beyond impressed with their skill, knowledge and professionalism. Jay’s Plumbing is amazing!!! I can’t say enough good things about them and highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!!

Absolutely amazing people! I had black water backing up in my bathtub and water leaking from my ceiling at 6am. I called all the bigger names first only to be told we cant help you until 9am. Richard came out at 7am explained everything that happened and fixed it all in 2 hours and SOOO much cheaper then what the bigger names were quoting me just to come out. A five star rating isnt good enough for this guy! Had an urgent situation come up at my rental property where I needed a new main entrance gas line installed ASAP because 2 apartments were without heat and hot water. Others were telling me it would be at least 2 weeks but Rich promised he would have things up and running within a couple days and he did just that!!! He and his helper worked out in the cold and rain until after midnight to get the job completed. I was kept informed and updated throughout the process and price was very reasonable. Good experience in every aspect...reliable, skilled, reasonable with excellent work ethic that is hard to come by anymore!!!

Dakota at K&D showed up quickly and walked me through the repair allowing me to leave for work, safely knowing my house was in good hands.
