The plumbing team included Ethan, Jacob and Kaden who explained step by step what needed to be done. In addition, the office staff included Jacqueline who was prompt answering any questions or concerns.From camera work, to excavation, to laying new pipes, the team easily got the job done.For anyone who has sewage problems, this company will solve it. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly talking us through what we needed and giving us all the options with no pressure so we could make the best decision for how to proceed with the unit. I am very satisfied with my experience with Calfo. I called on a Saturday morning due to no heat and no hot water. They had someone out within a half hour. Logan was thorough and knowledgeable. We had an emergent call on a Saturday and we didn’t know if gas was leaking. We were fortunate to have Omar come and look at our pipe. He was so unbelievably kind and professional. He explained everything simply. He even offered me a coffee on the way to our home. I just have so much respect for that. You don’t find service like that now. He also wore boot covers through my home and that was so appreciated. I am so thankful that Omar serviced us and I will be calling him for all our future plumbing needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had an emergency plumbing issue a few weeks back. No other 24-hour plumber would call me back for emergency service. Without hesitation, they sent out Jake first thing Sunday morning. He tried really hard to clear the clog with a snake, but it was unfortunately wasnt able to. Instead of giving up, he immediately called in another truck so he could try to hydrojet the clog.The hydrojet was able to blast away the clog after quite a bit of finessing, and afterwards he showed me the issues with my old terracotta lines using the drain cam. He allowed me time to discuss the issue with my wife, and allowed us to make the decision to replace the plumbing.Although the flow was restored, albeit temporarily, Jake was able to speak to his boss regarding his concerns over the severity of the issue we were experiencing. After some discussion he was able to schedule a repair team to be at my house on Monday morning to start the repairs.The team they sent, led by Ethan, was extremely courteous, well mannered, professional and willing to answer any questions I may have had. They also gave me updates throughout the day so that I always knew what was going on. They also really put in the work to get the job done and didnt cut any corners. In the end, I was left with meticulously laid, brand new, PVC pipe that will last for decades and extremely well laid concrete.Overall, I am ecstatic with the service I received. The quality of the the workmanship is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family, as well as continuing to use them for any future issues that may arise.Thank you for making an extremely stressful situation as painless as possible for us.

Alyssa called me about 10 minutes after Jacob left to schedule the job for Thursday morning.Kevin was very professional and did a great job completing the project. They pointed out things that were not up to code and went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the process. Thanks to all of the staff associates for their professionalism.

Excellent service for an emergency. Guy was 1/2 early for diagnostic. They returned when they said . Fixed water main leak and turned back on water in 5 hrs. Leak was under the basement floor. All the guys were polite and knowledgeable. I purchased contract for the future after seeing the job and response. The work shop is outside the city and I live in the heart of city. Better services than local place I used in the city once. Definitely recommend! I am not from this state originally.

Cooper and Daniel were absolute rock stars. They did a level 3 duct cleaning and these things are spotless now and our system is running better than ever.Also the tech that came yesterday to do a general service/checkup named Tim was very knowledgeable and great at communicating some pretty technical stuff about our furnace in a way that was easy to understand, he gave us some options and was not at all pushy about trying to sell us anything and answered all of the questions we had. Christian did an amazing job! The company was easy to work with and worked with me on payments. The safety protocols the company provides is amazing, especially as a woman living alone. They sent a photo and a short bio of the technician coming to service my furnace. Within a few hours of calling Christian was here fixing my furnace. Within an hour I had heat! They worked with me in making payments, as I was able to pay most of it the day of, but need a few more days to pay the rest. They also put a 5 year warranty on the new ignition system but gave me 2 years a free maintenance.

I scheduled an appointment through Angie. Shortly thereafter and not searching for reviews, I ran across reviews. The previous reviews were not positive. Nevertheless, I kept the appointment. I am glad I did. Within 24 hours, one of Calfos electricians was on my doorstep. Ryan is an excellent electrician. He knew what the problem was and fixed it. The fee was reasonable. Unlike other electrician services I had called in the past, the electrician came, but did not do the work the same day. He said he had to check with his boss for the cost. Not Ryan! Goes to show you cannot believe or trust what reviews say.

After a few calls CALFO confirmed they would be able to send a service technician out to see if the valve could be replaced or repaired till it could be replaced. With in the hr received a message that Kevin was on way. Upon Kevins arrival he accessed what was needed to make the repairs. Kevin communicated options for the repairs. My technician Chev was so kind and patient with me on my visit. He was also on time as I requested an emergency off hour visit. My hot water was not running as it used to and I was concerned about my hot water heater. Chev was thorough in checking my hot water heater which was running as it should and also checked my upstairs and kitchen plumbing to ease my mind. Highly recommend Chev. He was so pleasant and friendly. So far I have used Calfo several times. Special mention to my past technicians in the last few weeks Omar, and Jacob. They helped with my clogs and dye test. And a super special mention to McKenna who works in the office and she has been super helpful and patient with me as well in getting the guys out to help me in no time.

I have ta say our plumber was fantastic !! Had great personality to work with.. he respected the fact we arent plumbers and listened to our full story and responded accordingly.. just that alone was fantastic to not not be talked at or down to.. after listening to our predicament he was right to work.. hit a snag and let us know as things played out.. got problem solved cleaned up gave us full story of what he did.. what to look for in future .. to say the least we were 110% satisfied with our service !!! Not often has this happened with other companies.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

Justin was GREAT in troubleshooting the problem with the furnace, made sure that all of the options were spelled out, and did not try to sell me on anything. We talked over options and recommendations, and he was able to give me good information on the chosen option. He was very thorough in the job that he did, including pointing out some things that we should look for as the new unit is going in and how maintenance will be set up.I was about on my last legs with this furnace and tried Angi as a last resort after a previous technician from another company could not help. Vado was the first company to call so I went with them and I’m very very glad that I did.

Wonderful experience having Logan come out to look at our furnace which was not heating. This was my 3rd service call to Calfo in 3 weeks. Calfo and Mike deserve 10 stars out of 5. Our furnace stopped working and we contacted the installer (not Calfo) who could not help us. We contacted another hvac company (Mark Allen) who came out for the repair. They came out 3 times, over a week and a half, and still couldn’t fix it. They left myself and my wife (who is on hospice care) with no heat in 20° weather overnight. They also bypassed the safety on the furnace and never returned to fix it.We called Calfo and they sent Mike. He diagnosed the issue in minutes, tested and retested everything on the furnace, inside and out. He was kind and professional. Within 3 hours of our phone call on a Saturday, Mike had us up and running with no issues.After some research, I found that Calfo is a family run business. They are not part of an investment group. They care about the families they service. Can’t say enough great things about them. Thank you Mike!!

Calfo has come out on emergency calls to our home twice. First was a late night call, and although expensive, they were the only company that would get the job done immediately which we appreciated.Recently, Justin came out and fixed a smaller issue immediately and his service was great. He got us set up to come back out twice a year to make sure we have no issues. His pricing was great and we are very thankful to how easy he made this.Calfo’s customer service has been great. They got people to us day of and their reminder texts, emails, and phone calls are more than appreciated. Overall, this company is great.

Ive had tankless water heater issues for years. Tim was the first person to identify that my exhaust and gas lines are undersized. I called Calfo Home Services today as soon as i realized my AC was blowing warm air, and due to the fact they installed my furnace a couple of years ago and was happy with the process and service work they provided. i asked what the service fee was, she told me & $79.00 is VERY reasonable. She dispatched someone and put me on the schedule.My technician arrived actually early, within 2-3 hours of my call. Pat was my technician. He ran the diagnostics and let me know AND SHOWED ME that the capacitor was not working properly. Some HVAC companies with tell you that you need a new part but will not show you the information. I really appreciated him explaining that to me. Told me the price up front and proceeded to complete the work.He asked me when the last time the unit was cleaned out since it was running hot and i told him never!! I am the type of person, that if you dont explain to me that maintenance is needed, it isnt something that i would know or do. He told me the price of that and i was good with that as well. He asked me if i was interested in the twice yearly maintenance plan for them to come out and service prior to winter for the furnace and prior to spring for the AC. i absolutely wanted that, i would rather they do it, since they installed the furnace, do great work and the price was not outrageous.I asked for my invoice to be emailed to me, they sent it along with ALL of the photos verifying the work they did. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will tell all my friends and family to use them. Pat was extremely efficient, professional and explained everything to me in a way i would understand. if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. thank you Calfo Heating and Cooling!!

I called Calfo to check my basement for water and check my bath tub because it was clogged. First, the plumber said that snaking a tub is old fashion and its best to perform the other procedure to unclog the tub. After he looked at the pipes, he said that the drum trap needs to be changed and after the trap is changed, he should be able to just snake it and the other procedure wouldnt be necessary. I dont remember what the other procedure is called. He said that he needed someone else to look at the pipes before any work was done. We scheduled for him and the other plumber to come back the next day. I explained to him that I would not be home the next day. My brother agreed to be there in my place. The plumber told me that he would call me before any work was done so I would know for sure what needed to be done. I did not get a phone call as I was told. They performed the procedure without my knowledge. I was not okay with that. After he told me that the procedure was done, he told that my tub may stay unclogged for a week or for a month. He said he didnt know, then said that the trap should still be changed. For him to say that upset me even more. I wasnt given the chance to decide what I wanted done to my tub. If I would have been called first and given a complete explanation of the situation of my tub, I would have either told him to just snake it or would have had nothing done and got an estimate on changing the drum trap. Since no one called me, I spent money that I probably would not have spent.UPDATE May 31, 2024: Jacqueline called about this situation. I explained how I wasnt satisfied because I wasnt given the option of deciding what I wanted done to my bathtub after I was given two different diagnostics. She offered to give me an estimate to have the trap fixed and offered a discount. I appreciate the company showing concern about my situation. I didnt want to pay another $79.99 to have a third person look at the same pipe, so I appreciate the company reaching out to me to offer a solution. I added a star for the customer service experience.

Came in very professional explained all that they were doing during the AC check. Cleaned Ac unit and replaced the filter. Placed a hard drive unit to help the unit run better.
