We are new to AZ and they came out to give a bid for cleaning the sewer line and kitchen sink drain due to the previous owners pouring grease down the drain. They were very informative, professional, pleasant to work with and very reasonable priced.I originally asked for all the sink drains to be cleaned but after their evaluation of the other sink drains they felt it would up the cost a lot and was not needed at this time.I like their honesty!Thank you!

My home was built 45 years ago. The sink has become repeatedly stopped and the plunger routine was no longer capable of unplugging, plus putting steel wool thru the garbage disposal resulted in it leaking. I am impressed by the professionalism of Daniel (the plumber man !) and the dispatch lady Liz. From the moment I met Daniel at my front door, I knew I would have an excellent experience. Daniel not only did a thorough job but he discounted the new garbage disposal to the big orange sale price. I am thinking he may have generously sold the disposal at the discounted price because he noted two old people were his customers. The total cost was not low but the results were very high quality.

The Plumber Guy is who you should call for any of your plumbing needs. We had a leaking pipe in our wall and they were able to come out within a couple hours and fixed our problem right away. We received a text and phone call when the plumber was in route to our home. The pricing is fair and they never try to upsell you on any unnecessary repairs or products. Our plumber Daniel was professional, clean and very knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable right when we met him. This is the third time we’ve used this company and will continue to use them for any of our plumbing needs. Thanks again for a job well done!

We have used The Plumber Guy twice and have been 110% satisfied both times!! All aspects of our service call, from the initial request to the end of the job, were absolutely outstanding! The scheduling, communication and follow-up from Roxie was friendly, professional and made us feel like valued customers. Daniel A. was our service tech both times and was so awesome! He too was friendly and professional and answered any questions we had. He was respectful of our home, made sure everything was working properly and cleared out all packaging and old equipment before closing out the job. We found their estimates to be very fair and reasonable for the work required. We are so happy to have found this amazing company, and no longer fear having to call in a plumber when needed! The Plumber Guy was very prompt in responding to my call and in scheduling someone to come out and diagnose the problem. Richard was very good at explaining my problem and suggesting the best solution. Unfortunately, the best solution was a new water heater with the appropriate repairs and replacement of components. Richard returned the next day with the new water heater and all of the necessary accessories. Within a short time he had it installed in a very professional manner. Because I havent had to replace a water heater in many, many years I was surprised and a little shocked at todays prices. Because Richard was so thorough in his explanation of the problem and what it would take to solve my problem and doing so in a very friendly and straightforward manner I declined to obtain a second estimate. Because I didnt obtain another estimate I am left assuming that the price I paid was a fair price even though it seemed expensive.

Our house needed two shut off valves replaced on the toilets (they were the cheap plastic ones that a lot of builders use and do not last very long). Daniel arrived on time and quickly went to work replacing the valves and water intake unit. Daniel was professional, courteous and takes great pride in his work. He explained what he was doing and let me know if we had any problems to call the office and he would be right out to fix whatever was wrong.I asked Daniel to take a look at our water heater (it is the original water heater that came with the house and it is 24 years old). Daniel provided an estimate and explained what a water heater replacement service involved. At no time was their any sales pressure from Daniel. He provided me with the information I needed to make a decision. I appreciated Daniels honesty and his professional experience to help me prevent a water heater failure that is on the horizon.I highly recommend The Plummer Guy for pluming work and repairs because they provide excellent service and trained professionals like Daniel.

Having recently moved into the property and unable to locate the main drain for the house; there was a Plumber Guy sticker on the hot water tank from the original installation completed by Bryan. Happy to find out Bryan was still with the company, an appointment was scheduled to flush out the tank. Once that was taken care, Bryan returned to locate the main drain and install a proper clean out. Impressed with Bryans knowledge and work ethic; a whole-house water treatment system was purchased and installed by Bryan. I would highly recommend the Plumber Guy for their service and fair prices.

I called on Tuesday because of a leak in the kitchen sink and a stuck garburator. The appointment was made during that call for Friday. The price was right and as it turned out, Bryan was the right plumber. He had everything fixed like new in about 45 minutes and the bill was right on the estimate. Plumber found two valves had failed....the cold water supply valve and a T suppling the RO unit. The Plumber Guy did a stellar job - Roxie made sure to let us know when they were enroute; our technician, Bryan, was helpful and knowledgeable, both during the free estimate a couple of days prior (we saw their TV ad for 15% off as well, and made sure to mention that) and on the scheduled day of the job. The tasks (master bedroom toilet and our other bathrooms sink faucet) were performed flawlessly and efficiently. The corroded/dripping faucet is now replaced, and the toilet working again (much more quieter this time when refilling after flushes). Thank you!

First off When I called The Plumber Guy Jessica was very professional and attentive to my questions. She was able to set me an appointment with an installer in a timely manner. She kept me informed as to when the plumber would arrive but also when he was on the way.George M arrived to check out the job to see if it was possible and give me an estimate. I currently have a tankless water heater. If you have one you probably know it takes a long time to have the hot water each your faucet. So George recommended this product (see pics). It cuts the time down considerably to receive hot water and you no longer are wasting water down the drain while waiting for hot water. George gave me the website to order the product and to advise the office when it arrived.I contacted Jessica when the part arrived and she scheduled the install for the next day. When George arrived for the install of course he was on time, he checked to make sure everything was there before he started the job. It only took George about one ad a half hours to complete the job. On a side note George was very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable.We now have hot water on demand and no longer wasting water down the drain. Had to get parts which he did pretty fast. Completed both bathrooms and that was it. It was great. Im thinking the worst and it is going to be half a day. But it certainly was not. Carlin was really nice, fast, efficient, and there were no hidden fees. Came out exactly as he had told me. I will use them again.

Roman did an excellent job not only flushing out the hot water heater, and making sure there were no leaks, but also showed me how to take care of it myself in the future since water heaters are supposed to be flushed every single year.
