They had a special right now which made it even better and very affordable for us. Great experience. Plumbing Masters was able to schedule replacement of our water heater for today Sunday. Their technician Todd came out to our house within two hours after I called. Todd was very professional and courteous and was able to install a new water heater in less than three hours. I am very happy that I called Plumbing Masters and would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

He helped get get Quick response out here on e day and waited for Eric to arrive for a smooth handover. Next day we had a new water heater installed and hot water by 3:30 pm. Instead, he found a temporary solution by rerouting the water line so I could at least have cold showers while I figured out my options. They are hands down awesome!I called for a slow drain, and Miguel came out quickly. He realized it would be a bigger project and called for some help. Tim, Chad and Rafael came out and tried to open the drain with a hydro flush. With that not working, Tim offered a couple options. I opted for not removing the shower, but digging underneath. Chad and Rafael worked diligently and found more issues than one could imagine. Two days later, they finally fixed all the problems. Whoever installed the shower had no clue.Kudos to the crew who returned my peace of mind to me!Highly recommend!!!!

We were on vacation for two weeks and arrived home to no hot water.On Sunday I called Plumbing Masters and Todd (plumbing master) was sent to our home to investigate the issue.There was no emergency charge, and no cost to come out- what company does that in today’s day!? Yes, they do!!Todd texted my husband and called with his arrival time, a great communicator!He found that we needed a new hot water heater, showing us the frozen valve and also video recorded the rusty water which flowed from the hose to empty the unit- which was a total surprise, and gross to think we cool and shower with this rusty water. (Our unit was not quite 8 yrs old!)He presented all the options, costs, and solutions. This is the second time we have used Plumbing Masters. Our technician was DAVID HEURING was fantastic. We had him out for what we thought was a small leak and he identified, and explained really well, a much larger pressure issue and another leak. He walked us through the issues really well, gave us a great price, offered a membership to increase savings and warranty, and then did EXCELLENT work. He communicated really well throughout the job and kept us updated. He even went above and beyond to double check things in the house after.

Tony helped us reinstall our three faucets and garbage disposal after we resurfaced our kitchen counters. He identified leaks and issues we didn’t even know we had, including a burned out outlet (fire hazard!) and other technical things related to our filtered water system. I cannot recommend Tony enough. He was friendly, professional, and kind, and paid great attention to detail. He handled everything with kid gloves and left the space under my kitchen sink cleaner than it was before he arrived. He was a top-shelf plumber, and I will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I got a old house with cast iron and clay drainage. I knew it was only a matter of time before something bad would happen. Plumbing Masters worked on a neighbors house recently so I contacted them to help me. Job was completed. I can only mention that the crew was outstanding. Particularity Manny and Neal. Manny keep me posted daily (this was a three day job) on the work plan for the day. Neal did the heavy lifting and provided team leadership. The whole team was outstanding. Plumbing Masters gave me a 15 year warranty on their work.

Saul came out on a late Sunday afternoon to address a dripping front lawn spigot. The replacement part was higher quality brass, without the rubber washer that can break down over time. He also looked over an indoor utility sink and bathroom vanity sink, and a leaking irrigation pressure vacuum breaker, to provide quotes, then emailed these along with photos of the days work. Saul took a water pressure reading to confirm the reliability of inner pipework. We discussed the process of re-piping this old house.The Plumbing Masters website provided a $50 discount coupon (mention when booking) which brought the total cost for labor and parts down to a reasonable price for this type of service. Thanks to Saul and the PM team for helping keep my future water bill in check and for providing information to consider.

Lester spent about 2 hours trouble shooting and found no evidence of water leak nor water damage in the area we were concerned with. Plus trouble shooted another issue we had. Lester did not charge anything because the issue was not fixed ( even though no evidence of an issue) Lester said he would rather earn a customers trust. That He did.

I would like to take this opportunity to add some additional comments regarding two other employees of Plumbing Masters. First off, considering I had some additional questions regarding the recirculating pump that was installed, I called the Plumbing Masters and got a hold of Pam. Pam works in the admin office and I had several questions for her that she promptly helped me out by reaching out to a seasoned and experience plumber named Saul to help answer them. The questions I had were all taken by Pam and forwarded to Saul; who made a stopover at my house that same day, despite going late into the evening. Saul was able to provide his expertise and knowledge regarding the setup of the pump and verifying if indeed it was installed properly. Meanwhile, Pam was constantly communicating with me and ensuring that all administrative requirements were properly recorded and annotated to my benefit. Pam and Saul are both awesome employees that I would highly recommend to anyone who may need any plumbing work done; either at home or in a business. They are very professional and willing to work with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction is met at its highest level. Thy are definitely great people to work with! My toddler flushed a toy car down the toilet and it became an issue immediately. Our neighbors recommended Plumbing Masters and within 24/hrs Joel Armendariz was to the rescue. Joel gave me a 30min heads up so I could leave my office and meet him at the house and from the time he arrived he was friendly, professional and explained all options/outcomes. Joel did a great job of getting the toy car through the pipes and our toilet flushing properly.Joel went above and beyond and had his colleague Abdiel come out with the camera to make sure the toy would not cause blocking down the road and that are pipes were in good condition. What a team! I’d hire them both If they ever needed a job. You just don’t find customer service with technicians like that anymore. Great guys and great company.And I can’t forget, Karla. Karla was the first person I spoke to and helped expedite the appointment. She was super sweet, and made the initial process really reassuring. One said “We are known for our Integrity.”, after being caught in multiple lies and backtracking!! (🐝 ware !!!) this test - from one company charged one provider $90 and quoted another $1055.00 for the SAME TEST! When questioned - a new quote was given. “Uhmm..No thank you!!”I am thankful I found Plumbing Masters! Honest and integrity from the 1st call -to the service being completed today by Anthony. Upfront and transparent about the process. He did what he said he would do. Found an issue said it was something he could fix fairly quick. He did! We had an unexpected toilet clog that a plunger just wouldnt work on. On top of that it was the only handicap accessible toilet in the house so we needed it repaired urgently. I called Plumbing Masters for issue at my house. The phone was answered immediately. The young lady told me the prices and what will happen. They got me an appointment within a day. My service man was named Lester Lugo he come out and found what my issue was in a very short time. It was a leak underneath the toilet which we found that there was no wax ring in there. Just some kind of rope looking thing. He said he had never seen this before. He told me what it would cost and I agreed to that he gave me a second option if they had to dig into the concrete. The bolts were all corroded and rusted. He had to drill so he could put new bolts in and a adapter piece with the wax ring. He explained everything to me with two options. When he got everything done he cleaned up the mess perfectly. I would truly recommend Plumbing Masters and ask for Lester. Hes very knowledgeable and the explanation is great also. Thanks Lester for all your help today. Remember Lester with plumbing Masters. Give them a call a call. And they do wear socks over their shoes while in your house.

Levi was a breath of fresh air!After hearing useless news from Service Line Warranties, that our plan was not current due to missing one payment since 2017, and they did not even want to waive their 30-day wait period to come check or fix our water leak. Our water usage went up to 30 times plus our normal water usage.Levi came in with an empathic ear, heard what we were going through, examined our concerns, and attempted to fix the leak without needing to reroute our main line. However, due to the severity of our water leak issue, we had to reroute our main line.Levi was super professional and kind, and we are so thankful to have had Levi as our plumber during these trying times.

After a camera inspection of my home’s drain lines, it was determined that the combination of cast iron and orangeburg pipe was expired as the pipe was 69 years old. Frequent main line back ups and slow drains everywhere in the house, it was time for replacement pipe.My main contact, Jonathan, put together a plan for a custom sewer line replacement for the entire home with the estimated completion time of a week. The crew was amazing, they were able to remove all of the old pipes in the wall without taking out too much of the drywall or masonry brick at the exterior of the home and most importantly not damaging any thing along the way.These gentlemen worked hard, most notably Daniel and Miguel. In one day they dug 3 4x4x4 holes and pulled the new pipe into place and had most of the plumbing reconnected and ready to use. They also installed 3 sanitary clean outs, so no more climbing the roof with a heavy auger to clear any drains.I was pleased that we were back up in running in less than a week and the only work left to do was mainly tidying up the loose ends. I am so happy to finally have drains that quickly move wastewater to the sewer for the first time since living in this home.

Trevor was phenomenal in assessing where the leak was coming from. In this case he had to cut through a pantry wall and garage wall to make sure where the leak was coming from. It was leaking from a worn out toilet wax ring, which he replaced. The cost was more than I expected but he provided the intangibles, such as his knowledge and getting a restoration company to come right over to get a claim going with my insurance company for the damages. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

We have used Plumbing Masters for all our needs in the past. We had an issue with leaking pipe and they came out to do the work. We ran into some minor issues BUT Joel and his team Cornelio and Rafa stepped up to the plate. They were extremely polite, professional and extremely hard workers. They had to redo the pipes in the guest and master bathrooms. They respected my home and answered all my questions. And I asked ALOT of questions! It took a bit longer than I expected to complete and ran into a few surprises but all in all they have completed the work.
