Dillon Plumbing sent out a pro on a Sunday to fix a burst pipe. This was a 20 min job that was completed with ease. Tiger Plumbing had just been out an hour previously and said it was too big of a job to complete today. Choose Dillon over Tiger is my advice!

I called this company and spoke to receptionist who was so nice and kind! She got me over to Nate who responded quickly to my situation which w had given me so much stress because I’m widowed, didn’t know which way to go for something I could afford. Nate gave me a bid that was reasonable because I thought I had to replace 2 water lines. It turned out that I only had to replace 1. My city helped me out by moving my lines onto my property which were slightly on a very unkind persons yard. I have lived here over 50 years and I own a driveway which is very long to get to my home from the stops. J C Dillons company was incredibly great about my whole situation. I can’t say enough good about the way they handled everything. I would give them ten stars. They have to be the very best company in the central Illinois area. I stressed over this for months until I found them. I could not find anything I could afford from any other company. I got many bids and felt so disheartened. They listened to me heard my situation, they were sympathetic, kind very professional in everything they did. The whole process was streamlined, great employees, equipment and owners. If I need plumbing help, I call Dillon. Having owed and lived in the same house for forty plus years, I regret finding them so late, but thats who I call now and always recommend them to friends and family.

When I turned on my outdoor faucet, water would run down behind my bottom siding a couple of feet away. The Dillon plumber was able to access the pipes through the crawl space, cut and solder on the spot and ensure a solid repair. Most impressive!Also, two companies had looked at my outdoor sump pump: one said it was broken and I needed a new system, the other said hed never seen one like it but assumed it worked. The Dillon guy reached down and pulled up a long wire that I didnt even know was there and unplugged the son of a gun, creating an audible sloshing from below!Ive now got faith in these guys that they know their stuff and they will be my first call the next time Im in Waterworld.

Derick from Dillon plumbing came to my house in Pekin to fix a blocked bathroom sink drain and was so professional,nice and helpful. He even replaced the stopper in the bottom of the sink. Sink drain has never looked or worked better since buying the house 4 years ago. Got burned by trying a local plumber 1st from a heating and cooling company and he just made issue worse and still charged me for his time. Dont waste your time and money and call Dillon plumbing 1st!
