These past two weeks have been a whirlwind of plumbing needs at our home. There was a utility closet drain that would overflow intermittently. Additionally, a high-pitched whining sound in the piping was ultimately tracked back to a faulty pressure valve regulator and water softener on its last leg. We were lucky enough to have immediate service, and Briar did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing all of our issues. So now we have unclogged pipes, a new PVR, a new water softener and no more squealing pipes. Its great to have such a reliable plumbing service locally, but I hope we dont need them again for a while ;-)

Great customer service & communication. Efficient work and they were even able to come this afternoon, rather than first thing tomorrow. AND Patrick was able to work through the 10in wide opening through the cabinet & it only took him about 45 mins!

Up front about their pricing. No gouging (beware, there are plumbers in Peoria who charge outrageous prices). Fixed a botched toilet mount from a previous contractor. I thought it would be a 4hr-plus job, Andy finished it in 2hrs. Efficient and respectful of my home. Will definitely use again.

Andy was able to come out the same day we called to fix a leak we had in our kitchen. He located the leaking pipe quickly and thoroughly explained to us what he was doing to fix it before he did anything. He was so kind and we cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work! Peoria Heights Plumbing has always been my go-to for plumbing issues over the years. From having to replace my water heater, sump pump, water softener installation, inner components of my toilet, and a handful of clogs over the years, they have always been prompt and very respectful of my home and myself. I have recommended them to my Dad, who also swears by them as well.They have a very friendly and professional staff who seem to handle the problem as if it were their own home.

We had a different company come snake our kitchen drain to no avail. They told us we needed to have our whole drain pipe replaced. We called Heights Plumbing for a second opinion. They showed up, the guy was super friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional. Had our drain cleaned out and working like new in less than an hour. He seemed just as invested in solving our problem as we were. If you have plumbing needs, call Heights Plumbing!!

I called Peoria Heights Plumbing yesterday morning really nice lady took my information relayed it to one of the guys I didn’t ask his name but he called that afternoon we sat up a time today again real nice guy explained what needed to be done to get it right. Jeff and his guys are very reliable. Prices compared to other companies hes comparable. They try hard to make it to you on the day you call if possible. Unlike a 8 day wait from another plumber. We call him for all our plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Jeff [the owner] is as friendly as it gets and a real down-to-earth guy. Every part of my interaction met or exceeded expectations. From calling the office and being told that Jeff would follow-up with me directly (which he did in a short amount of time - the same day), to meeting him and one of his crew members [Andy] and the work that was performed. I highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a plumber.In case your wondering what type of work was done:1). They rough-plumbed water lines and drain lines for my wet bar, which included a sink and mini dishwasher.2). They rough-plumbed in water lines and drain lines for a bathroom sink, toilet & shower in the basement as well.They will be coming back once I am ready for all the items listed above to be fully finished and hooked up.They are a class act and truly know how to run a business. Give them a call if youre looking for a plumber.5-star rating!!!!!

Let me start by saying I am a contractor myself. Patrick is the young man I have had the pleasure of working on a job site with and working on my rental homes.This guy is a stand out, rock star!He works well with my tenets. He gets back to me anything I need to know. Patrick is a wealth of knowledge, in a young mans body.I would hire him myself if I ever had a chance..I was at a customers home this last summer.A different man from PHP came to talk to a home owner whom was very difficult to work with. She has dementia and is very angry. As I did the work we were here for this gentleman spoke to her with great respect. The customer was very confused and angry for no reason. I watched him handle the situation very well!Peoria heights plumbing as a company has worked well with us too.You could not do wrong hiring this group.Form a contractor and a home owner. This is my go to place for plumbing large and small.Thank you again to Patrick for making my tenets and myself happy.

Quick and easy, not incredibly expensive if youve got a serious job on your hands, downside is the hourly cost for something that doesnt take an hour, but definitely helped without doing it myself. Had a kitchen faucet and soap dispenser put it and definitely could not have done it myself, incredibly personable and nice service!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE !! The gentleman (Bryer) had called prior to arrival and stated he was 15 minutes away (and he actually arrived early) and was very professional made quick work of replacing the outside water spigot . God forbid I ever have another problem but, if I do, I will call Peoria Heights Plumbing everytime !! Great experience ! Affordable, friendly and very professional !
