I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Flow Tech Plumbing!! Aaron was absolutely amazing, courteous, informative, professional, efficient and dedicated to getting the job done!! He kept me informed as he worked on the drainage pipe and stayed late to get the job completed. He did an amazing job! Aaron made sure to get the pipe up to code since the last plumber failed to do so (smh).I was impressed that right after requesting service at night, I received a call from Tyler right away and was scheduled for an inspection the very next morning. Our hot water went out this weekend so we got a referral from our contractor to call Tyler with Flow Tech Plumbing.They got me on the schedule right away, the tech Aaron came out and diagnosed that our unit was bad and gave us a fair price for a new hot water heater.Same day 3 hours later we had a brand new unit installed and he did the necessary updates to bring it to code.I would use them again and recommend to a friend.

They understood that we had the water turned off to our house to stop the leak and made it out within hours of our call to add a new length of pipe and a new spigot. Our service person was Tyler Tharp, who showed up on time, gave a reasonable quote for the work, finished quickly and left the work area clean. We appreciate Flow Tech Plumbing’s professionalism and will certainly use them in the future.

I had a leak in my RO line and I called Flow tech plumbing late at night. Aaron helped me arrest the leak by instructing over phone and came out early in the morning to fix it. Aaron was very professional and fixed the problem real quick within a matter of minutes. He also addressed another small leak that was near my RO tank. It was a life saver as I had guests coming over the holidays. Extremely pleased with the service and would definitely engage them again in the future if I have any other plumbing issue.

I called Flowtech last Thursday as soon as i had noticed a water leak coming from my water heater. The next morning at 6:30am Aaron was at my door. He was extremely professional, courteous and helpful in diagnosing the problem. He quoted me a very fair price on a new unit and began installation immediately. I did have some water damage and they worked with a third party to mitigate the damage and some restoration. Throughout the process Aaron was communicative and helpful. He came out well into the evening hours to finish the job at no additional cost so the wife could again take a hot shower in the morning. I highly recommend Flowtech as a company and ask for Aaron if you can :-)

Only thing that I would say is that they should preface the minimum charge for the service call, I felt it was a bit high and I am sure I may have gotten it for less but it was fine everything is working. . It was a relatively simple job well I guess not since I wasn’t able to do it but very satisfied with the workmanship and service. FYI the minimum is $185 and they don’t offer military discounts.
