    The process for the installation of a new hot water heater from start to finish was amazing. Great communication every step of the way.     I’ve used them a few times for home renovations. Jorge was my service tech each time and was professional and great all around. Our water heater went out 3 days before Christmas. They were able to get a new one installed on the morning of Christmas Eve. Would highly recommend for any plumbing services

    Miles was great! He was early, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. I showed him the hot water heater and was able to diagnose the problem. He walked me mother and I through the work he was going to provide and was open to our questions. Once the check in process was complete, Miles got to it and was done in no time. He also tidied up behind himself and made sure we were completely satisfied.We will definitely use Paluska Plumbing for all our needs moving forward!     Thank you! We transitioned from a wood burning fireplace to a gas unit with a home remodel and had to have a gas line installed. Paluska Plumbing was recommended by the Fireplace company and Im so thankful. They were prompt and professional with a quote visit and a service call for the work all within a weeks time.     I called for a last minute bid for repairs needed for a listing of mine. Jorge came out the next morning, he was thorough and he was in and out fairly quick. He still took the time to walk me through everything as he did the inspection and made recommendations, making it much easier to explain to my clients as well. Had the report and invoice almost immediately after. Couldnt have asked for better service!

    I very much recommend Paluska Plumbing. Paluska did the original plumbing work on my house when we built it 17 years ago. I had a plumbing issue that needed attention a few weeks ago. I called, but the line was busy and I didn’t leave a message, thinking I would call back. Before I could call back, Haley, from Paluska called me back to see if she could help with whatever issue I was having. I later had a conversation with Miles from Paluska about my issue. Based on the information I gave him, we agreed that I would try some high powered drain cleaner. Since We both live in the same town, he volunteered to bring it to my house when he got off work. When he got here, he asked if he could take a look at my drain issue. He came in, diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. I told him I would want to pay him because I didn’t want him to do the work for free. He said he was off the clock at that time and wouldn’t be charging for it. I was blown away. The service I received from Haley and Miles from Paluska was over and above. It’s pretty unusual to get that kind of service anymore.

    Great customer service. Had a little confusion/miscommunication with the girl answering the phones today but found out the usual person is in the hospital. They apologized for the confusion and came out immediately to give me options on replacing my water heater. I mention this because the way a company handles disagreements is one of the most important things. Definitely did not expect a call back and someone to come by today but I’m glad I decided to still get the quote. Miles was fantastic and knowledgeable and still apologetic for the issue I had on the phone earlier. I appreciated his well rounded knowledge and I will definitely be contacting with more questions before making my decision on who to go with now, instead of writing off this company.     I’m a loyal customer to Meister Plumbing. I love them so much. But when I had to use Paluska for them to change out my water heater, I didn’t feel so bad for “betraying” Meister this time. They were nice and very efficient. I had hot water in less than 2 hours.

    Called Paluska for an urgent situation with a house we just puchased whose kitchen sink was not functional. They were able to get someone over right away. Ethan was amazing, very professional with a very positive personality. He took care of our kitchen sink and ice maker line issue. Did great work, left everything neat and tidy. We already asked him to quote some additional items on our wishlist since he was so terrific in an urgent situation. We are very satisfied and Paluska is now our go to plumber.We have now had them out a second time to install new toilets and deal with some additional less urgent projects. Again Ethan was amazing. He did detect a problem with some people líder galvanized pipe that was leaking in our crawl space. Got that taken care of as well.We are so satisfied we’ve already requested estimates for some additional projects. Thank you!Now we’ve relied on them for a third project and once again. Ethan got the job done well! We remain extremely happy with our choice of Paluska Plumbing.Dc 2024. Had a problem with our laundry drain in our basement and decided to have old handle in our main shower replaced. Once again Paluska to the rescue. They referred us to a drain cleaning company who cleared out years of old lint and hair and then Miles reconfigured the pipes for better draining and now pipes are sucured to wall instead of running unsupported to the main drain line. New shower faucets have relieved concerns over leaks from the old works. Miles was professional and conscientious and do a great job on our latest round of work.

    Had an emergency water heater leak and called Paluska up at 9am. They were fantastic, super communicative, and said they could have someone out later that afternoon. They also called back about an hour later to go over the estimated cost breakdown. I was able to text message with one of their stellar plumbers to make sure they understood the problem and ensure I had the leak contained. By 3:30pm Jorge was in my house working on the project, and he was out an hour later, brand new water heater fully installed. He was super friendly and answered all of my questions. I will absolutely be using Paluska for all my future needs. 5 out of 5!

    We have used them twice now based on their reviews I saw on google. It has been hard to find a reliable plumber for some reason and they have gotten the job done twice now for us. Fair pricing and great customer service. He was able to come out in the matter of a couple days for a non emergency call. Ethan was our plumber both times and he did a great job! Highly recommend!     Jorge Cortez is very professional and knowledgeable about what he is doing. He helped us replace our water heater which was still under warranty. But Lowes need us to return the existing water heater first and then get a new one. He helped through this process very patiently and replaced the water heater very professionally.     Jorge my plumber from Paluska Plumbing gave me a text on his predicted arrival time and showed up exactly when he said he would. He assessed my problem and told me what he was going to do. He walked me through every step he was taking until he finished his work. He did an excellent job and I have nothing but high praise for Jorge and Paluska Plumbing.     Good communication and was even a little early. Replaced an old pressure reducing valve. Our old water heater gave out shortly afterwards and was able to get a same day replacement in place. Later we got a repipe from galvanized to PEX coupled with a move of the washer to the main stack. We also had them assist with a drain repipe on a bathroom sink. Paluska is going to be my main call for all future projects.

    I was referred to Paluska by my buddy Mason who owns Illinois Home Solutions and refers his customers to Paluska. The job I needed done was plumbing a gas line for a pool heater. I had already laid the supply line from the meter to the heater myself, so I only needed it connected at both ends to the meter and heater. I called Paluska and they were able to dispatch their plumber Jorge to our property the same day. Jorge was professional, helpful, and respectful. Everyone communicated very well, even asking me to text them pictures of the meter and heater so they could make sure Jorge came prepared with all the supplies he would need for the job. Jorge spent just under 2 hours on the job. Before he left, he purged the air from the new gas line for the pool heater, and he relit the pilot light for the water heater and made sure he purged all the air from the house supply line, which I didn’t expect him to do either of those things. $600 total for this job, and we are very happy with the service we received. We would use them again for our plumbing needs without hesitation.

    On the Friday late afternoon leading into Memorial Day weekend, my sump pump failed resulting in water beginning to gather in my basement as my water softener was running a cycle. He thought ahead and replaced an outdoor faucet so that wouldnt end up needing to be replaced in the near future.His honesty and communication were so greatly appreciated. I thought we would need cartridges replaced in sink faucets. Jorge took a look and landed on a less expensive and faster diagnosis: remove and clean out aerator screens. And he explained how to tell if we needed new cartridges in the future.And (stupid pandemic) I also greatly appreciated that he wore a mask while in our home.HIRE HIM! You will be glad you did!

    I was in need of a plumber because I had 2 leaks under bathroom sink... The entire experience was great from the woman I talked to on the phone to Jorge who did the actual job! They were able to come the same day.. I called at 9 am and Jorge showed up about noontime! He explained things and did great job & cleaned up after he was finished! The price was fair! I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to friends!
