    My water hearts went out on New years Eve around 4pm. I called Water Heaters Only, inc that day and they sent out Brad to replace it on New Years Day. Brad was the best!! He was so nice and professional. He completed the replacement in a little over 2hrs. The price was great and the service from original phone call to finished job was outstanding. I couldnt recommend Water Heaters Only, Inc and Brad more highly. Thank you so much

    My water heater started leaking at 7 am this morning. I called Water Heaters Only and they said they could have a technician there before 2. Mike L arrived at 12:30 and had my new water heater installed by 3:30. Mike was very through, answered all my questions, and was very helpful on how to maintain it in the future. If in the future you need a new one I would reccomend Water Heaters Only and hopefully you get Mike to install it for you.

    Ron did a great job with our hot water install. He showed up the same day, answered all of our questions, installed the new water heater, made sure we understood our machine and the warranty provided, and cleaned up afterward. A+ experience all around.

    I called the service number on the main website. Told them the issues I was having with a Rheem water heater. The woman on the phone, who was extremely nice, started to explain the repair process. I explained I wanted a replacement. She told me the rough price over the phone. I had a technician out front around an hour later.Brad was very professional yet personable. He replaced everything from the wall out. His workmanship was impressive. He cleaned up what little mess was made and was done in around 3 hours. Ill never call anyone else for water heater issues again.

    Called Water Heaters Only looking for a quality water heater replacement for my 30+ year old unit. I was specifically requesting after hours install. Christian Valdez was the service technician assigned to my project and he was a great professional!     While I was visiting my mother in law I called with a request for a service call due to some corrosion on a couple of pipes. Instead of charging us $4-500 the gentleman on the phone asked me if I was handy and had a couple of wrenches. He clearly explained what I needed to do and that it would take about an hour.It did and it saved us a whole bunch of money. I think a company that’s willing to turn down essentially free money speaks volumes to their integrity and honesty.

    Great service. Was in a bit of pickel after spending 5 days in the hospital with my wife (she is fine now) Came home with just me and a newborn baby to find my 25 year old water heater broke nd would not reignite, so pretty stressfully day. I called water heaters only, we bought from them in the past for other properties. The got right on top it, Ron was out at our place in less than 2 hours and put in a new water heater within a couple hours.

    This company-Hands down the best company we have ever used for a water heater. Sears warranty is horrible and a pain to use and the other companys tack on extra charges when they get to your house ie. (Lowes, home depot)Over the phone- they are honest and same day the came out.My technician Brad-He is a very hard worker, very professional and does super clean work. I have 1950s galvanized piping that is rotted out and he nailed it! I was unsure at first if it was even going to work, but he took his time and did it right. And came out looking clean👌This Company I Respect! our technician is a Veteran and the water heaters are American Made.Will will never use another company again!

    How come problems occurred on weekends? Well these people don’t care what day it is.Our water heater took a dump on a Saturday morning and we had a new one installed later that day! Our normal plumber would not be out until Monday! Glad I called Water Heaters Only! And the cost was a lot less than what my normal plumber would have charged for the same heater.Thanks WHO!     Needed a leaking Water Heater replaced on a Sunday. Called a spoke with Lori, who was very professional and clear with her explanation of getting a tech out asap and also made sure I checked to see if the tank was still under warranty.     So my water heater start dripping at the bottom on 3rd July. I tried other service providers. No response! My water valve corroded and I cant shut it off. Two days later, I surfed the web today, give Water Heaters Only, a try. I called their service center gave me an estimated time and price range.Within one hour Mike show up, take a good look, water valves corroded, strap loose, tank change, ect.. and within three hours done.He done a better than I was hoping.Professional, on time, quality work. Highly recommended.

    I just want to say Water Heaters Only, Inc. is amazing! This company truly lives up to the positive ratings by other customers! AND the fact that theyre available 24/7 for no extra charge on the weekends, is wonderful! Their 55+ year experience shows! From the initial call to make an appointment, to speaking with the knowledgeable woman who answered the phone (Lori is her name, I think?), to the immediate availability for my water heater replacement, to David P. responding ON TIME and quickly fixing my issue! David clearly knows his craft, was very open to answering all of my questions, and wasnt bothered by my observation of the work being done! I actually have AHS Home Warranty and initially called them. Yeah...didnt even get a call from the assigned company to schedule an appointment after 5 hours. Not only this, the AHS company had RECENT negative ratings of 3 stars and below. Plus that company doesnt work on weekends??ANYWAY, I cant recommend Water Heaters Only, Inc. enough!     Water Heaters Only was great through the whole process. Good solid quote during initial research that aligned with the final delivery and installation.     I had an excellent experience with Johnny when my Water Heater needed replacing on April 4, 2019. He and his colleague called with an approximate arrival time and showed up ready to work. They were VERY clean and respectful of my home. They explained the choices I had and they recommended the right unit for my home. They were not the cheapest service / supplier but they were recommended by a friend who used them twice before. Very satisfied and happy with this experience.

He was very personable and was very careful to not damage anything around our heater and made sure it was secured safely.     Right from the beginning with the first phone call Michael and continuing with David Pullen we received great service and and respect from the company. We called on Sunday, 2/7/2021 and stated our urgency. We were given instruction on what to do immediately as a technician could not arrive until the following morning as it was Superbowl Sunday and there just wasnt any one available that day. No problem. David shows up the following morning on time around 11AM as scheduled. He proceeded to explain what needed to be done for the installation which was more complicated than the normal. David was very clear and concise with his explanation and gave us the final price for the installation. We agreed to the purchase and he proceeded with the installation. He completed the work in 2.5 hours as he stated and was very thorough with his work. Beside being highly skilled he was very courteous and friendly during this time. During our conversation he told me he had worked for the company for 20 years and was very happy with this. When he finished he left the place very clean and neat!     This was our first time using Water Heaters Only. With only 3 hours notice, same day service was provided on a Saturday afternoon, as we had a leak with our 17 year old water heater which needed to be replaced asap. Brad had a unit ready in his truck and provided timely, courteous, and friendly service. Also the installation was up to code and we are very happy with the entire experience. Although it was an unexpected expense, the price quoted over the phone was the exact total of the final bill. We have since recommended the same company to family members!

    I have been using this company to replace my water heaters for over 20 years. Today David Pullen #139629 came out first thing in the morning and replaced the heater in two hours. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at his job and was interesting to talk with. It turns, he was also the same guy who came out in 2004.     My heart-felt thanks to Daniel VanHove, the one-of-a-kind technician who installed the new B/W water heater for me when my old unit burst. He did such a beautiful job with utmost professionalism, details and courtesy. We even engaged in a fun-filled conversion while doing the installation of the new unit. Despite a full day of hard work from the previous orders, he has completed the removal of the old unit and installed the new one in record time. The pricing and service fees are also very competitive with other contractors.

    This is my second experience with Water Heaters Only. The first went well, some 15 years ago, so when the water heater outlived its life I called them again. My technician was Clayton Young, who did an excellent installation job and everything has been working great for the last 3 and a half months. I also had an old solar water heater tank that was just taking up space in the garage, being disconnected years ago. I needed to get rid of it and Clayton removed it and hauled it away for a small fee, included in my bill. It was a beast and I wasnt sure how I was going to get it out of there, but that shows the extra service Water Heaters Only will do for a client. Completely satisfied with both of my experiences and gladly recommend both Clayton and Water Heaters Only!

    Our 10yo water heater started leaking last night. I had heard commercials for this company on KFI so I called and they asked several questions about the old water heater and the age to determine if it could be repaired or not. Since it was almost 10yo, they recommended and we decided to replace it. We opted to upgrade from the 40gal to the 50gal model which was only $100 more. They only offer Bradford White water heaters which I like because they are made in the USA. We had a new water heater installed by David P. the next morning and had hot water before noon. He was very professional and did quality work. Would definitely recommend Water Heaters Only to others that need their water heaters repaired/replaced.

    I needed a 25 plus year old water heater replaced. It started leaking on Monday so I called on Tuesday and by that late afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed.     We noticed a puddle of water under our heater just a couple days ago. I called several places and was told it would be a few days before anyone could come out. I reasearched companies on the web and found Water Heaters Only. They had good reviews and were local, so I gave them a call. They came out the next day on time and Ron was great! The Heater they supplied was reasonably priced as well as the installation costs. The job went fast and he cleaned up the area before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone.

    David (the installer) was very quick and professional. Our water heater started leaking very badly, on 6/18/18 they came out and inspected and replaced the water heater, stand, and even the connecting pipes in less than 2 hours.     Excellent service and quick! On Saturday afternoon I called around to replace a leaking almost 20 year old water heater. I got other over the phone quotes, but Paul was the only one that asked detailed questions and talk about being up to code. Tech Dave Pullen came out Sunday morning (with a courtesy call 1/2 hour before he got here) to give an estimate and could start the work right away.     I discovered Saturday morning, 2 Feb 19, at 10 am that I needed a new water heater. Not a good feeling at the beginning of the weekend.     I had a leak in my old 19+ year water heater. I have installed water heaters before; however, the previous homeowner sealed off the area with wood to cut down on dust. I knew it was going to be a pain in the butt to install a new one, so I emailed Water Heaters Only late at night.     Recently my water heater went out. Of course it was at the worst possible time; early in the morning before a full day of work, middle of the week, little to no availability for me to find a reliable repairman, and to then be home all day for the repair. It was a difficult install but the two employees worked diligently for hours to complete the project. The water heater had a recirculating pump which had to be cut and then soldered back on.     Our 75-gal water heater began leaking on a Sunday - of course. We got nearly 20 years service out of the water heater so we cant complain too much about the leak. I called Water Heaters Only on Monday morning 2/25/19 and Christian came out that day and installed a new water heater. It was later in the day when he started and he said it would take 3-4 hours to complete the work and he was spot on. Work was neat and tidy and did not cost an arm and a leg! While I was clearing stuff out of the way, the installer asked how I knew to call WHO and I showed him the dirty, wet tank sticker that we got in the mail and that I had shoved under the water heater years ago.     I called Water Heaters Only in the morning of January 8, 2019 and David and Mike arrived that afternoon and assessed our situation with a leaky water heater. They were both very professional and thorough with answering questions. The new water heater was installed on January 9, 2019 by Mike and Thomas. Everything was done to current building code and they even applied for the building permit to my city. They left a clean area when they were done. My citys building department approved the new water heater with no problems.

    On Sat May 7th 2016 I woke up to cold water. My water heater had gone out!I called Water Heaters Only and they were there in just a few hours to replace it.     This is the second time Water Heaters Only has installed a hot water heater for us. Repeat customer says it all after 15 years. At 9pm we had no hot water. Called WHO and they said the soonest they could get there was 2 days out but call first thing in the AM and see if something opened up. I did and bingo, they could be there in 2 1/2 hours. Promptly arrived and quickly installed a new tank. Serviceman was thorough, efficient and courteous. Explained the process, reviewed the work completed and we were back with hot water 12+ hours after it all started. I would recommend them always.

    Customer No. FN4680339. Installed 4/16/15 by David.I have a 4 unit apartment building that has some bad luck with the old under the counter water heaters. The first time, Fidelity Home Warranty picked Water Heaters Only and they did a very good job. About a year later, a second water heater began to leak and Fidelity called a different plumber. This plumber took a long time to determine the cause of the leak, cut holes into the walls, and promised to get the water heater permitted. Well, he couldn’t get the permit and didn’t even refund me! After having this bad experience with a different plumber, I specifically asked for Water Heaters Only again when a third water heater began to fail. David made arrangements with the tenant and did a great job of removing the old water heater. He put in the new water heater and got it permitted with the City. No problems.     We went through the insurance company, Fidelity, regarding my water heater that was leaking. They called me that afternoon and said that Water Heaters Only would be calling me to set up an appointment for the next day. Shortly thereafter, they did. My appointment was for Wednesday, August 19, 2015 anywhere from 12-4pm and David Pullen, the technician called me at 10:30am to make sure I was around. He arrived at around 11am and after some waiting on the insurance company and getting the okay from my landlord, he replaced my old water heater. He left me with directions and what to look out for. It took around an hour and a half to get the job done. David was very nice, helpful and knowledgable. Great service. I hope I wont need to call them in the future, but if I needed them, David assured us that they would even be here during Christmas for emergencies. Fid Crouch

    I came home from a vacation and quickly figured out we had not hot water. I figured it must have been a pilot light so I did an inspection and found rusted water in the catch basin.     My 17 year-old water heater had a leak, so I called my home warranty insurance company that morning on 03/11/2015 and within an hour received a call from Water Heaters Only.Dave Pullen was the technician that diagnosed and installed my new water heater. Dave was on time and was kind enough to allow me to watch him work and answer my many questions. My old water heater was not properly installed and was not up to code, and Dave was able to install vents that properly fit and secured the tank properly with earthquake straps. He also noticed that my gas shut-off valve was in the back behind the tank, which would not allow me to turn off the gas valve in case of an emergency, so he extended the gas line so that the shutoff valve was positioned in the front for easy access.He was also very clean and tidy in cleaning up the mess that usually involves contract work. Even asking me if a broom was available so that he could sweep up some of the sawdust that was left behind outside my deck.I could tell that Dave really cares about what he does and did things the right way from the start.     We have a new water heater installed today (4/1). We had to replace the old water heater along with furnace and A/C. Due to the proximity of the water heater next to the furnace, it required 2 trips. Dan came yesterday to remove the old water heater and Thomas came today to install the new water heater. Both of them did excellent job. They not only did their job professionally, but also gave a several tips to maintain the water heater. Since the furnace and A/C have to be hooked up to vent tomorrow, the new water heater would not be turned on today. Thomas took extra time to explain how to turn it on and operate properly on a step by step and taught me how to handle emergency situation, etc. Their flexibility to come out multiple times at a short notice was great, yet the technicians provided superb service. I highly recommend this company for future service.

Without even looking, we were told water heater too old, needs replaced at the tune of $3100. Wow! Was in and out within a couple of hours vs the five hour time frame suggested by the other company. And the best part is that we got the same brand name and size quoted at $3100 for a total of $1109.     Extremely pleased with the service and value received from WHO. From my initial call speaking to Seth (who was calm, cool, knowledgable, and extremely patient in answering all my questions) who also reminded me that if I had any additional questions I could call 24/7 and expect a real human voice. When water heaters blow this is more satisfying than one can imagine prior to that event. I was also quoted a price for the water heater replacement including all labor and materials. This quote proved to be absolutely accurate. Once hanging up from that initial call with Seth intuitively signaled to me that I had reached the company I needed to do business with for my water heater replacement. I was lucky that I had a few days to do my research and was not dealing with a totally failed water heater, but mine was 18yrs old (a miracle Bradford White issue) and now leaking slowly. Over the course of several days I discovered how difficult it was to navigate the water heater replacement territory. In a situation where you need a water heater NOW one is clearly at the mercy of the vendor. In my case that would have cost me several hundred dollars more at a minimum and an uncertain product choice. Luckily in my days of research I found Water Heaters Only. I chose to call initially because of what I was reading on their website. I read dozens of comments from very satisfied customers, with comments that appealed to me...no pressure, no up-selling, a willingness to give an accurate quote for their work, a wide choice of products, and installers who cared about their work and detail. I found all of these positive comments fulfilled when I had my own work completed, by Mike (a tech with obvious skills for this work and the patience necessary to deal with a very inquisitive customer...just as advertised in the feedback I had read earlier). I realize this is a long review, but if youve read this far I hope that Ive impressed upon you to give WHO a call. You wont regret that choice.     Five Stars for Thomas! I have had hot water pressure issues for years, but it has gotten worse. My hot water was just barely trickling throughout the house. Other plumbing companies never addressed the problem, and I was actually talked into a repipe of my house (which had no effect on my pressure problem)! Finally, being totally frustrated, I called Water Heaters Only. Thomas, my knight in shining armor, came and saved the day...and saved me money, too! Rather than having to replace my water heater, Thomas was able to unclog a totally clogged pipe and replace the hose attached!! I appreciate his getting to the root of the problem without having to recommend a new water heater. To be sure, when I do need to replace my water heater, this company will be getting my call.
