    Used First Quality Plumbing at our home for multiple new faucets , dishwasher hookup, and new disposal and let me tell you Jacob rocked it!!! On time, professional, explained what’s what and cleaned up after himself. You don’t find that much any more so if you have any plumbing issues give them a call and ask for Jacob!

    Jacob was super professional and super knowledgeable when he came out to our home. It was determined through our conversation on what would be the most cost effective option for our toilet replacement for us to purchase our own and have Jacob come back to install what we bought. Jacob came out replaced our old unit with our new and even came back a few weeks later we discovered a small wobble that was taking place to shim the toilet and stop the movement. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from company and their representative Jacob👍👍👍

    This was the first time we used first quality plumbing. Jacob came to the house and after he diagnosed the problem with our bathtub, he explained everything in detail about the issue and what he had to do to correct the problem.     Called Ashley (who is fantastic) and told her we had two very leaky shower heads that were dripping non stop. Even though they were booked through the end of the week, Ashley worked her magic to have someone out to us before the day ended. Darrell was terrific! Such a knowledgeable and nice guy.     Had them come out and for a few jobs this year. The customer service is great. Everyone showed up when they said they would and knew what they were doing. Bill did a great job on an install when the big box store installer said it couldnt be done. The owner came out for one of the estimates and gave a very honest assessment. We were prepared to get some extensive work done and spend a lot more money, but he said he didnt think it was necessary yet. I really appreciate the honesty

    Outstanding service. Our 5-year old water heater suddenly stopped working but was still under warranty. Jacob diagnosed the problem and advised us to get replacement parts under warranty, which we did. He replaced the parts and advised us on annual maintenance, and he was very personable and professional. We will use First Quality Plumbing again if any similar problems occur in the future.

    Did a great job on a hot water leak i had in my home. Originally I called another well known plumbing company who wanted 3500$ to fix my leak and did not even know where the peak was, FQP showed up and assessed my house, found it in about 10 minutes and patched it up for a fraction of that price.

    I broke the hose faucet off where it meets the exterior wall at the back of my house. It was shooting water everywhere. I had to turn the water off to the house and wouldn’t be able to turn it on again until it got fixed. This was a Sunday morning. We called them and they sent someone out fast. He was quick and professional and very competent. He fixed it quickly and at a lower cost than we were quoted. I will definitely use them again.

    Outstanding! Phenomenal! Great service by a great team of professionals.We came back from vacation to find our water heater not working. Called First Quality Plumbing and they quickly scheduled someone to come out and take a look. Dominic, the manager, showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. Bad news was that I had to replace my water heater. The good news is that is was covered under warranty. Yay for me!!!Dominic was able to get the replacement scheduled the next day. Darrell arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job in removing my old water heater and installing the new water heater. He even took the care to place the new water heater in the exact same spot as the old water heater since we had epoxied the garage floor and he did not want to have the unfinished floor showing. Talk about a great customer experience - First Quality Plumbing, Dominic, and Darrell all exceeded expectations.I would recommend First Quality Plumbing, Dominic, and Darrell to anyone with a plumbing issue or concern.

    We had an emergency leak situation at our corporate office and First Quality Plumbing sent a technician within the hour to assess. Their office staff were sympathetic to our needs and concerned about having the emergency resolved. They assigned a team to come out the next day and repair the problem (once the water flow had been stopped). They completed the job in under one hour and were professional, reasonable, and efficient. Highly recommend!

    I called this afternoon about trouble with our water heater, and Bill was here in just over an hour even though they are very busy today. Bill was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look at when I explained what was going on. He didnt try to just sell me on a new one since we didnt need it, and the company did look to see if we were still under warranty before they sent anyone out - just in case. I appreciated all that. He took the time to verify what was actually needed and then had it all fixed in about an hour. Their costs are very fair, as well. Highly recommend First Quality Plumbing and Bill!

    Had Darrell out today to look at my gas hot water heater;wasnt getting any hot water. Darrell showed up between the times incase told, introduced himself and inquired as to the issue. Went right to work after that came out to checkout the inside of the unit, Darrell took the time to explain to me how the unit works, what he was checking and doing to fix the problem. He had it fixed in about 20/30 mins and then took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Great and much appreciated work!! Represents First Quality Plumbing in a great way and given my experience with the lady I spoke with to schedule the service and Darrell I will surely be using them again if needed and making sure to pass on my positive experience to my neighbors. Would give more then 5 stars if I could.

    After a rough start, I have to give it to First Quality Plumbing. Not only was Dominick so understanding and accommodating but then we had Nicole who was super sweet and helpful! But I have to give 10 stars to Jacob!!! Wow, does he know his stuff! He not only does a great job but he really was able to calm my anxieties over all my plumbing issues.     I gave this company 5 stars because of the excellent job done by two of their employees; Jacob and his assistant Christian! These two men repiped my entire 1800 sq ft home, then put in a new complex water softener and purifier, along with a brand new water heater, 3 sink hookups and all done in just two days!     Last Friday I had a main line clog. Water was gushing from both toilets and filthy water had risen into both tubs. It was quickly filling the floors, and headed for my bedroom rug. I had used this company before and liked my service tech. I called and it was going to be a couple hours. But, they called me back and said they could send someone right away. George provided his skills in a short time after. He told me it was not going to be inexpensive, however, I wasnt about to quibble.He had to take the toilet off to work on it. George knew his trade, and was a friendly honest person. Im very grateful to him and the company for their quick response.

    I called on a Friday to see if we could get our water heater replaced. The service manager said it would have to be done on Monday, which was going to be rough for my family to go another weekend without hot water. Shortly after, they called me back and said it was our lucky day... They had a cancellation and were able to service us on Friday for our new water heater!They were out within the hour, and did an incredible job. Everyone along the way was very helpful, from the customer service team to the plumbing installers.     If I could give them 10 stars I would. I called on Thursday and within an hour received a call back set up an appointment for the next day Friday. I was called by George ho said he was on his way and he was here fixed both toilet issues in about an hour and a half.
