As a general contractor, other than a reasonable price, three of the most important things for me are good customer service, responsiveness and high quality work. When I had a water damage at my own house and needed a restoration company, I received all three from OC Plumbing & Restoration and their price was well within the range. Ron and his crew excelled in their work and assisted me with both the repair of the damaged water line and the restoration in a timely manner. Im a very happy customer and will definitely recommend them.

Due to all the rains, my backyard concrete slab to the house got flooded and I couldnt understand why.I called a few friends and asked if they knew a plumber they can recommend me and OC Plumbing & restoration was one of them.I called them and within the hour a technician came to inspect the flood I had in my backyard.We couldnt break the sidewalk so he came up with the smartest solution ever that me and my husband really liked and it totally fits our budget.I love their honesty and professional advice.Would definitely recommend them!

First time home owner here.Had a home inspection and thought everything was ok, a few months go by and I had a major plumbing leak in the upstairs bathroom.After searching for local plumbers to mission Viejo I came across OC plumbing and restoration, spoke to Issac initially and within 1 hour had a crew at my residence.Ron was very helpful and informative from the initial meeting.after opening the wall with minimum damage, He was able to detect the leak.It looked like mold so he had the restoration department stop by to take a sample, closed down the broken pipe and the restoration patched the wall with plastic sheet.1 week later and the job is complete and I couldnt be happier.If you ever need a plumber or a water restoration company, these are the guys!!!!Thanks again OC Plumbing and restoration!Osher :)

I called OC plumbing & Restoration because a pipe burst in my bathroom wall.They arrived within 25 minutes found the leak really quick and explained to me that each minute we waste the water damage can get worst.After they found the leak they went over possible options to go about fixing it.Once I gave them the approval they went a head and fixed the problem along with the water damage Restoration as well!!And the great thing is they worked with my insurance direct.Thanks a lot OC Plumbing & Restoration

Had a plumber that I used for years, but couldnt get a hold of him for a over a week.Was really worried about hiring someone new but thank God for OC Plumbing & Restoration.They made the entire process so easy to process and handle.Not enough they took care of my broken toilet and facuet but also helped me install a new sink in my kitchen.Best prices in town and hands down the best costumer service you can come across.Thanks again guys!

Was looking to re-pipe my house due to a slab leak and they didnt charge me a service call to come out because I was in their zip code.Ron and issac arrived and since my home is 2 stories they came up with a really smart and cost effective idea on how to re-pipe my home.The entire process was explained to me even throughout it.Never felt so comfortable with a company that had to work in my house.Would definitely recommend these guys!!
