Used this company for my mom’s house. I was so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism from the moment I called to request an estimate for a leak in mom’s laundry room. Plumbers name was David, He was so knowledgeable with what had to be done. He educated and explained the whole process from beginning to end. He fixed her laundry room and price was just right. I will definitely use this company again. 10/10 work 👍

David and Kevin answered my urgent call with so just as much urgency and professionalism. I had a clogged kitchen sink and after a short hour, both Kevin and David would periodically inform me of updates. Mind you, this emergency happened at 10:00 pm on a Friday. So, to be as detail oriented and kind as they were this late in the day speaks volume of their character and work ethic! I can not stress this enough, David and Kevin were absolutely amazing!!!

Had a clogged tub after business hours, needed it fixed urgently. I called & reached the answering service that assured me someone could come look at it that evening. Within 10 minutes I got a call from Josh, he said he could come out after a job he was about to visit. He & another plumber, Daniel, arrived timely. Together they were able to troubleshoot & unclog the drain quickly. We were impressed by their professionalism, thoroughness, & that they followed through by showing up. We will definitely be using Orange Coast Plumbing in the future.

Our water heater had an emergency leak late at night at 2am, on Thanksgiving day no less. It was so bad that the water was overflowing and dripping through the cracks to the lower floor, filling up trays.I called two other companies previously with no luck.Fortunately, Orange Coast Plumbing had answered and was able to send someone right away.Jeff was on call and was able to come quickly. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and had given excellent service.He assessed the situation, explained what was happening, and walked us through each step he was taking to fix it. Lifesavers! A true 24/7 emergency call company. We needed to hydro jet a main line with a sleeve. The original company we called didn’t let us know until after hours on Friday night that their hydro jet wasn’t available until the next day. After calling several companies who claimed to have emergency service, Orange Cost Plumbing was the only company that didn’t tell us we had to wait until next day, at the earliest for hydro jet service. OCPs technicians, David and Henry, responded to us quickly, showed up at the time they said they would and performed their work, at night and in the dark, in a quick & professional manner.

Nolan and his crew were very good with our issue, which became more complicated after they were able to see the problems more clearly. He explained why costs were higher than the original bid to my satisfaction with actual reasons made clear. We had several bids and he took the time to communicate with me via phone several times to make sure we understood the complications and how the different repair options might go. We have been happy with the repair so far after a month or so, no issues.

Had a toilet backup and main line was in need of cleaning due roots getting into the pipe. Jeff was professional and good knowledge of whats going on. Talk through the whole step as he was doing the service. Got the main pipe clear off root within 15min and made sure to run the extra 50 ft to make it pushed it out. Would recommend using them again.

I had bad leaks in some of my copper pipes. I called these guys and they sent Henry. Henry spent all day soldering the piping but the last pipe was too big and he didn’t have a big enough torch. Henry wouldn’t be defeated and he called for back up. That’s when they sent Jeff A. Jeff came with another torch and together they were able to get the job done. The power of their two torches was amazing to watch and they worked together as a great team. Afterwards they said the legend of their dos torches would live on. Haha! Cheers guys and great work!

Extremely pleased with service! James Athens was amazing. This was his second time back…he was originally here to fix our master toilet in May, which he did an excellent job. Unfortunately, we had to have him come back and do some more plumbing work as we thought the toilet was leaking, but it wasn’t!! Come to find out, we ended up having a small pin-hole leak in our copper pipe, which was building up while we were on vacation. He cut through our downstairs ceiling and found the issue and immediately repaired it. I truly appreciate his dedication to his job and his honesty! Christmas Eve, went to the gym, then went grocery shopping and cooked for Christmas Eve parties and gatherings. Then used the bathroom. Water not flushing. Plunged it, didn’t work. Then my neighbors downstairs call and say they have a leak from their ceiling. Great. I was all set to go out and this emergency happens.I called around several companies, who didn’t have anyone available. Then I came across Orange Coast Plumbing. Dotty picked up, connected me with Henry very quickly, he called me back fairly soon and gave me an estimated time he can arrive. At this point, I was ecstatic that someone can come put at all on a holiday weekend. When he arrived, he was very professional, already seemed to know what the problem might be, and explained to me very kindly what he would be doing. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. Best guy to be stuck with on a holiday emergency. I wasn’t able to go the parties, but I know I have found a plumber that I can finally trust.I have had issues with plumbing at my condo for years, and have used several plumbers in the past several years. Chuck from Orange Coast plumbing tackled the problem that several other plumbers had failed to fix. We had a badly clogged drain in our bathroom, and after numerous other companies came and left without fixing the problem, often leaving behind a mess, we were really pleased with the work that was done today. Not only did Chuck show up with all the equipment that was needed including the high pressure spray should it be needed, and a professional snaking tool, not The tiny handheld one, but he also came with a carpeted mat, plastic sheeting, and plenty of supplies to clean up after himself. He worked for nearly 2 hours getting through a horrible clog, and then rinsing it out thoroughly. It went from zero movement to smooth flow. He was persistent. And he had a back up plan if that was going to fail. The price was very reasonable for the service performed, and he regaled us with all kinds of other interesting information that we can use to help maintain our plumbing and the rest of our home. Talented, friendly, the best service you could ask for. We are just so thrilled, we will never call anyone else.

There was a slow leak in my shower and had a plumber who could not figure out the source. So I contacted Orange Coast plumbing. Dadi was kind enough to give me the same day appointment and had James come to my house. James was so professional and knowledgeable that with in 15 minutes he told me the issue is with the shower door that needs to be resealed, not with plumbing. He did not charge anything for the visit and upon my request promised to give me the reference of someone who can fix the issue. He is a very kind and gentle person and would definitely use him again.

Out of the four people that came to quote this job James was the only one to take the time to point out any potential problems that could arise on the day of the install. We had a kitchen faucet that broke one month before we were to have a kitchen remodel. We didnt need something expensive, but we needed something to get us through. After looking at how to do the job on Youtube, I realized it was too much work and time for me to so this with a house full of kids.We called Orange Coast Plumbing and they were able to have someone come out the same day to look at it without charging anything for the quote. We determined it would be less expensive for us to get us a simple faucet. So we went to Home Depot and got a less expensive faucet that was not long term. Its just to get us going until we have the kitchen completely remodeled and then we get a more superior faucet for the kitchen sink. Morgan from Orange Coast plumbing did a great job. He was courteous and professional.

I called OC Plumbing and they sent out Tayler the same day. She was professional with her knowledge of what I was needing. I am renovating my hall bath and tore out the old cast iron tub to install a new 22 Kohler soaker tub. With the new dimensions I needed to move the tub diverter up by 8 inches. Tayler cut the copper pipes and reworked all new plumbing from floor up as there were old previous pipes that were capped from a past renovation. Not only did she make sure all my questions were answered but included me in talking about location and height of new shower head. She was able to build out the diverter to be flush with my Kerdi board and tile depth. Cant wait to start tiling and getting this project checked off my list. I would strongly suggest calling OC Plumbing and Tayler for services. Very professional and well within the 2 other quotes received from local companies.
