    Danny & Anthony were phenomenal. They were right on time, had excellent communication, and were very professional. As for the company as a whole, I’d called two other emergency plumbing companies who didn’t answer (they didn’t call me back for almost an hour and a half) and then called Done-Rite and they answered and sent someone out right away. Will definitely be keeping their information for the future. Highly recommend.

    We have a 100 year old home, and plumbing issues unfortunately come with the territory. Done-Rite came highly recommended by my very particular father-in-law who manages apartment complexes. We now use them exclusively because of the quality of the work, and the level of professionalism they have. Their guys are always super respectful of our home, they communicate timely, and are really reliable. 10/10.

    Very fast response. Technician (Jon Hanzich) was awesome at troubleshooting the issue, providing a solution, and performed repairs quickly and expertly.     Spoke with Dave on a Sunday morning, in need of someone to fix a toilet. Although a tech wasnt available to be dispatched that day, Dave stayed on the phone with me and walked me through my issue and gave instructions on how to troubleshoot. He couldve said sorry not today and hung up, but he even followed up that evening to see how everything went. Thank you Dave for your assistance, your time, your honesty and for not blowing me off or trying to nickel and dime me. I will definitely know to call back for future plumbing needs!

    Done-Rite Plumbing & Rooter was quick to schedule the very next day for a garbage disposal replacement and for a shower cartridge replacement. When the shower cartridge was not readily available they were able to find a replacement and return in two days. Jon who did all the work didnt leave until we were satisfied that all the repairs were done correctly. Great experience dealing with them.

    Logan came and fixed our toilet that was leaking. He removed the toilet and replaced the wax ring and adjusted the flapper. Cleaned up the floor that I thought was water- stained and looks like new. Did everything so quickly and was very impressed with his expertise and ability to diagnose the problem. I thought i needed a new flapper and he found it only needed an adjustment. Great service.

    I had a drain backup and Jon came with a couple other guys and cleared it. I have an older home where the drain lines are becoming very corroded, Jon gave me options of what I can do to rectify the problem so it won’t happen again for a while.     What a relief this plumbing issue is resolved! It has been an ongoing problem. (The prior plumber who came out more than once kept says in was the hair even though my grandson said his brother had sent a toy car down the drain!) Tiffany was so polite on the phone a was able to get me an appointment within a few hours of my call. Logan then texted that he would be early. That was good for me. When Logan arrived we discussed the issue that I was sure there was a toy car stuck in the drain. He was attentive to what I had to say and went straight to work. He kept looking after he pulled out the hair. (My daughter-in-law has long hair.) Logan was able to get out a Lego type piece and TWO toy cars!     My family and I have been in Tustin for nearly 30 years. Thankfully, we haven’t had too many plumbing issues but we have had Done-Rite out to the house a few times and they’re great!     Christian was able to stop by my home within 30 minutes of my call, he quickly assessed the leak and confirmed I needed to replace my filter. He recommended an upgraded unit from what I had for improved performance and it was in stock at the parts house just down the street. Complete repair plus a water heater flush in about an hour! I will definitely call Done-Rite for future plumbing needs.

    What a relief this plumbing issue is resolved. I called this morning and was giving an appointment at 12noon. Logan texted that he could be there by 11:30am. Great. He arrive a little early. We discussed the issue that I was sure there was a toy car stuck in the drain. After pulling up hair, Logan kept looking. He was able to get out a Lego and two toy cars!     We have had Done-Rite come out a few times to our office. They have replaced our water heater, and unclogged our drains (clog was 30+ feet down the drain, but they found it). They always come with a smile on their face, review everything they need to do and get your approval before touching or doing anything. Another great thing they do is text you with an appointment confirm, when they are in route and when they finish a job. They are go to Plumber!!!!

    Tiffany responded promptly to my query this morning when I texted and said that I had a hose bib that was broken and couldnt be turned off. She promised me a plumber between 12 and 2, and Anthony and Beto arrived right on time. They rapidly diagnosed the problem and made an additional recommendation for a separate repair (which Id already been told needed to be done), so I had them take care of that, too. They completed all the repairs quickly and thoroughly, and cleaned up the workspaces. I appreciate their professional work and would definitely hire them again.

    Anthony and Victor were on time and did a great job to fix the leak we had in our guest bathroom. They replaced the bath knobs, faucet and re-caulked some areas that were worn down. They did A+ work! We hope to never have to call a plumber again, but if we do, Done-Rite will be our first call!

    I dread calling a rooter service when a drain is clogged because of the typical bait and switch tactics where they quote you $79 on the phone and want $400 when they get there. With Done-Rite I got an accurate price quote up front and was able to schedule someone very quickly. Logan was professional, courteous, and neat. He fixed the issue quickly and the bill was exactly what was quoted. I highly recommend Done-Rite.Ive now used Done-Rite again and had another good experience.     Ive needed Done-Rite services a few times over the last four years or so, and each time Ive been extremely impressed with the quality of the work. The guys are uniformly prompt and friendly, they provide straightforward assessment of the problem and costs for repair, they are always willing to discuss pros and cons of various remedies for more extensive issues, and they do a great job of cleaning up when theyre finished. Today Logan and Jon installed a clean-out for me in the crawl space beneath the kitchen -- extra-dusty project for them but one that specifically avoided cutting into the wood siding of my historical home.     OK, this is embarrassing, but we had a sewage line that was clogged for a few weeks. I refused to pay the money to have a professional come and unclog it. So I put copper sulfate crystals for a few weeks, but nothing worked. I ended up having to call Danny and he fixed it in a few minutes. It was my connection from my clean out that had roots that came in between the ABS connector. Now we can go back to using our shower and our bathrooms. Danny, the plumber, and Tiffany, the customer service lady who made the appointment were super professional and super helpful! Also, very, very, very friendly! Highly recommend this company.     Called their office to inquire if someone coming out to look at a toilet flange, which may be causing a leak. A tech was able to come to the house within 20 mins, which was great. The tech, Logan, explained my options, and the pricing was reasonable. He had to come back the next day since he was at the house late in the afternoon, and the job may take a couple of hours, which was OK by me. Logan came back the next day at the time he promised and replaced our bad toilet flange. He was done in about 1.5 hrs which was expected. He did quality work and he made sure there were no leaks. I am very happy with the service Logan provided, and the overall experience I had with Done-RIte. Will use them in the future.

Peace of mind is most important for me and that can only be accomplished when the work is done by an experienced and confident plumber, and the completed work was operating as intended.     We have used Done Rite before to fix our main water valve a few years ago and we called them again to have our tankless water heater replaced.     Last week i discovered a small leak coming from the ceiling by the window in the living room. Sean and Dee came out next day and found the leak that was coming from upstair bathroom shower. The shower valve was leaking due to its age and hard water. While Dee was removing the valve, it broke into many pieces, but he took his time and was able remove it and install a new valve. They said it was the hardest shower valve they ever removed. While they were at my home, I had them replace the broken main water valve as well. The prognosis was NOT good- very expensive and involved repair but they were responsive, communicative, and efficient every step of the way.     We had a really awful situation with a rotted pipe that was original to our house (1946). Turns out it was busted then encased in cement to “fix” the poor condition of the cast iron pipe. Our toilet wouldn’t empty (so fun) and we called Done Rite Plumbing & Rooter and Christian and Jon were soon on our doorstep. They were able to get it cleared (yay!) but showed us with their camera the condition of the pipe, it was at that point we needed some guidance on what to do-Jon and Christian walked us through what we might want to do to remedy our situation.     Called Done-Rite this morning for an issue with my Dryer. They anwered my call right away at 0800 hrs. By 9:30 I had Danny & Moe at my residence.     Noticed we were having water rise from our irrigation piping which was saturating the soil and front yard. I called Done Rite and they were here within hours of the day.Logan and Victor started Done Rite’s extensive leak check ($285 up front fee which was disclosed from earlier phone call). They checked the pressure first from the outside faucets. They proceeded to start their testing. The most plausible assumption was the 90 degree connection to PVC irrigation pipe underground. They dug under ground and unfortunately that was not the case. After digging, the water was still rising underground which lead to a safe assumption that they were dealing with a slab leak.They brought in more workers (Joseph & Moe) to carry out a further extensive leak check. I appreciate that Logan and team explained the scenarios of trying to find the leak and what would be the least intrusive on our home.Option 1 was moving our water heater and cutting through the drywall in order to access the main manifold. Our water heater is on the older side and this option could lead to other headaches aside from the current leak.Option 2 was to cut through our crown molding in our inside bathroom to access the main manifold. My wife didn’t like the idea of ruining the wood flooring but this was the simplest option.We went with option 2 and they were fortunately able to run their sound leak test without damaging the bathroom. After looking for sound in the house they were able to rule out any leaks in piping in the house.They were able to diagnose the problem was the city meter pipe connected to our homes main water valve. Unfortunately since our house foundation is built on tension cable slabs they were unable to cut through our concrete floor in garage where house main water valve is located.The solution would be to re route the water going to the house with new piping. They were unable to do a temporary fix and cap due to the slab tension to home and Logan waived the $150 fee that would have came with it.The invoice for the repair came in quickly and will consider using Done Rite after checking with other contractors/estimatesOverall I was extremely satisfied with their leak check detection because it was extremely thorough and worth the $285

    The techs were professional, timely and seemed knowledgeable. However, the cost seemed out of line for the amount of work required. Cost per hour was higher than a very good divorce lawyer. I had prep’d 80% of the work as well. No doubt they would have done excellent work - just out of my price range. Shopped it around and will get the work done for almost half the price.

    Im hesitant to do reviews, unless service was above and beyond. Ive had some VERY bad experienes with plumbing companies and staff.Im delighted to say that was not my experience with Done-Rite Plumbing. Jonathan was the gentleman that was sent to repair a bath tub faucet with a bad leak. He was kind, courteous, well spoken, understanding and knowledgeable of the situation. After reviewing the problem. presenting a quote (I felt was fair and reasonable) and explaining my options I agreed to have him proceed with the work.He was fast, clean and very good as his job.     Our toilet water backed up into the shower. I called Done Rite due to the awesome reviews on a Saturday at 930am. Dave, the owner, who was also very nice and patient, was able to assign a tech to come by at noon. Got an email confirm right away and a text when the tech was en route. Austin arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly. He was patient and listened to us while describing the issue. He had to look for our main line since we didnt know where it was. He offered us solutions and we did not feel pressure to move forward even though we did. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us through the issue and how to prevent the issue from happening again. He recommended a home restoration company to talk to us about the flooding we incurred due to the toilet overflowing.     Will never use another company ever! It is in the name they truly do it right without trying to take all your money. They talk it out with you. We had another company come in and tell us our shower was leaking and we need all new pipes. It was going to be thousands. Then he offered to put a camera and snake through and that fixed our shower that we thought had a broken pipe!     Danny was very professional in helping install the new tank and hauling away the old one. Dave, the owner, was very knowledgeable. I was able to find lower prices but Done-Rite was the only company that offered a fair rate (without requiring an initial inspection) and would come out quickly (over a rainy weekend) to switch out my water heater. Others, including Home Depot, would not come until Monday to do any installation. Be sure to ask about the parts and labor warranty!

    I did water Heater maintenance and water valve replacement with Elias. He was friendly and professional; he explained everything in details when I asked questions. Their price is cheaper than Rescue Rooter and their jobs are well-done. The only reason I gave 4 star is that the appointment time was 12PM, but tech came at 12:50PM, so I really think the company should just give 1 hour window to the customer, so the customers dont expect the tech to come around the appointment time.

    I sent an inquiry today (02/25/2021) around 11:30AM to Done-Rite Plumbing through their website and received a call from Sara within 10 minutes. Sara was very polite and courteous on the phone. She confirmed that the issues I had (an outdoor water spigot that was not working and a couple toilets where the flapper would not close on their own) could be worked on by their technicians and gave me multiple appointment options. I took a same day 2PM appointment and received a text message confirming it. About 45 minutes later, Sara called back stating that the tech assigned to my case completed a job early and could make it out to my place an hour earlier.Christian arrived at my house at 1PM with a mask on (Im glad that this company is taking this pandemic seriously). He checked out the flappers in my toilets first and quickly figured out why they were not closing properly. He then checked my outdoor water spigot and came up with a couple options to fix the issue. After discussing it with his GM, Christian explained how he would fix the water spigot, gave me a quote for all of the work to be done, and told me he could fix everything today. After a short trip to get the supplies he needed, Christian was able to fix my issues quickly and efficiently.I had been putting off contacting a plumbing company to fix my issues but Sara and Christian at Done-Rite Plumbing were able to fit me in today and fix everything within a couple hours. I highly recommend this company!
