    Max came out after hours because someone who was most certainly not me decided my water pipes didnt deserve to be happy and unbroken.Max first talked me through what to do to mitigate damage until he got there. When he showed up, he was incredibly friendly and was able to quickly fix the pipes. After he left, he returned because someone who was also certainly not me had turned off the shut off valve to the house prior to his first arrival, and could not figure out why there was still no water.Price was much cheaper than I was expecting, and it was handled faster than I expected. Will call them for any of my future plumbing issues

    First time customer, I called Lance Maxwell Plumbing on the afternoon of 26 December seeking help for a slow draining kitchen sink. Shelby informed me that someone would be available the following day. Jacob and Mason arrived the following afternoon within their estimated arrival timeframe. The amount of work they accomplished within 2 hours to correct our issue was surprising. Very polite, knowledgeable, professional and patient when dealing with our historical home and its unique “characteristics”. The cost of the repair was very reasonable as well. Thank you very much!

    My experience with Lance Maxwell Plumbing was amazing. The estimator and then later the technician were here when they said they would be and they did a great job. Jacob came this morning to repair our waste pipe. He had obviously been thoroughly briefed on the job by the estimator Cory before arriving. He was friendly and dove right into the job and worked quickly and efficiently. He also cleaned up the yard when he finished. I will definitely be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and recommending them to others.

    My Mom had a water leak under her sink. I called and set up an appointment. It was a valve leaking, but my mom also wanted to upgrade the Faucet. Next day appointment at 8:15 and the Technician replaced both valves and replaced faucet . New faucet was already bought by my mom. Tech was nice and very Professional. Tech explained what the problem was and afterwards answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this Company. I believe the Technician was Charles Knight.

    We called Lance Maxwell on Friday about a plumbing issue and were told they couldn’t address it until Monday. But then it became an emergency and we called again. Max Santiago came within about 20 minutes and did a splendid job. He didnt just do the repair but he educated us on the unit from its elements, basic functions and preventive care!     Jacob and his sidekick(I forgot his name, sorry) did a great job.They came out listened to my request and wants.Sent out a estimate that i felt was very reasonable.They came out on time. They were both very nice and professional. We talked again about needs and wants.I came home about 5 hours later.Wow!     Called to have kitchen sink leak repaired.     I had a French drain problem in the front yard of my condo. Property Management sent Lance Maxwell Plumbing over to try & address it,and I was lucky enough to get Charles as my technician! He spent so much time trying to fix the problem,trying different ways,until voila...perfection!     I had a small plumbing job that I would normally DIY, but a 25 year old, malfunctioning cut-off valve glued to CPVC pipe led me to hire a professional instead.Ryan arrived promptly, repaired the malfunctioning cut-off valve, and then replaced the associated Moen faucet insert to fix the slow drip. He was in and out in about 40 minutes, was careful in his work, and cleaned everything up nicely when he finished. He charged me only for a standard service call, which was a little high given the small size of the job, but also completely fair, and it was worth those dollars for me to not risk DIY work on 25 year old CPVC creating a plumbing emergency in my home.I will definitely keep this company in my Rolodex for future plumbing needs.

    I thought I had a well pump emergency. I had an idea for a temporary fix while I waited for a new pump install. I couldnt find what I needed at Home Depot and called the number for Lance Maxwell Plumbing. Max lat me know that Home Depot should have what I needed. I found another helpful Home Depot person who helped me find what I needed. A few minutes later Max called me back with another way to temporarily fix my issue (this was an ABOVE AND BEYOND call back). He did have another idea that would have temporarily solved the problem. In the end, the pump had just overheated and all is good for now. But I will be calling for any future plumbing needs based on Maxs go the extra mile helpful attitude. Max is the kind of person that cares about those in a tight spot and has earned my future business.

    Lance Maxwell was quick to respond when I called them about symptoms the sounded like a leak under the slab in my house. They had someone out the next morning to confirm and were out a few days later to repair. The team was knowledgeable and able to find and fix the leak within a few hours.     Matt Santiago was good, and did a great job covering my front faucet pipe when he was done fixing the leak. The only reason for 4 stars was the price. Wasn’t expecting almost $300 charge to repair my faucet leak and replaced on/off valve. Have used this company for over 4 years and overall have been happy with them.

    Max came out to take care of a clog in the Master Bath that was affecting the sink, toilet & shower. It was a dirty job but he continued to pursue until he found the cause. He was very polite and knowledgeable.I had been using the same Company for 10+ years and decided I wanted a company closer to my houses (tenants don’t like to wait and understandably). So, I used a couple of other companies before trying this one and I can’t say enough nice things about them; from the receptionist to the employees! And with all good companies it usually starts at the top.A few months ago I contacted them and asked to speak to someone knowledgeable about a kitchen sink issue I was trying to order a part for. She transferred me to Drake, the owner who did some research and set me up for an appointment the next day. I called him back to tell him it was dripping worse and I was concerned about my pump burning up if I waited till the next day. Within 30 mins he was on my door step with an employee and got to the bottom of the problem.Great company! Keep up the good work.

    Found the office kind and helpful. My toilet was leaking water everywhere. They got someone out the SAME DAY and I was not expecting that. Have never used a plumber before so was not expecting $140 an hour. They no longer give free estimates. David and I believe his assistant was Max who came were so kind, professional yet laid back and did a good job and were very quick. They were done in 15 to 20 minutes I think it was. Would be nice if price of labor could be adjusted if theyre there under a half an hour. David replaced the gasket between the tank and bottom of the toilet. I cant thank him enough. He did a good job and Max was great at getting him what he needed!

    I recently used Lance Maxwell Plumbing for the third time with water heater issues. The first call was to fix a pipe that I broke when trying to drain my 24 year old water heater as part of annual maintenance. We discussed replacing the water heater at the time, but it was still performing well. The second call was to replace the thermostat which shorted out due to a minor leak on the same water heater. Once I finally found the replacement water heater I wanted, I purchased it, had it delivered, and called in Lance Maxwell to perform the removal of the old and installation of the new. Techs Max and Chris did an outstanding job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one which involved repiping due to a larger new water heater as well as installing a drain pan and a new shut off valve. All three experiences have been very good with friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Lance Maxwell Plumbing will continue to receive my business and I will send others in need of plumbing services to them as well.

    First of all, if you live in the oak leaf community of orange park, FL you know how horrible these oak tress are. Sadly, JEA decides to put their water pipes and lines right on top of and under oak tress and then the home owners have to pay when the huge roots (SEE PICS) break through your pipes and couplings. Any who, my husband and I were not lucky in getting any referrals from our lovely neighbors for any good, trustworthy plumbing companies, so we had to wing it. We googled plumbers nearby, and Lance Maxwell was the 2nd to pop up. I read through many of the reviews and gave them a shot. We are so happy we ended up getting an answer from Nic Kauffman, who happened to be the on call plumber for after hours. Nic was kind, straight forward, transparent and to the point as it related to their costs for labor, materials and his expected arrival time. Nic showed up, got right to work with no hesitation & completed a huge job for us, not to mention, in the dark! He had all of his gear and equipment to be able to do so during the night hours. Nic was professional, determined, personable & allowed us to literally pop a squat and watch him work! Nic was 100% competent AND confident in his skilled trade and we truly are so pleased with his work. My father is the CEO of Gregory Plumbing INC in Michigan and I know how hard it is to find trustworthy, competent plumbers in this world. If you reside in North Florida, I HIGHLY recommend this company with no hesitation!     WOW. David Nelson and his sidekick went above and beyond when re-piping my home. They are friendly, funny, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My stress was minimized the second they started talking..5 stars 🌟 isnt enough credit for these guys and their hard work, I give them 20 stars.Also Finding the slab leak took Ryan Romedy and his sidekick less than 1 minute, more like seconds, and they were so fast, the house didnt reflood. The young man who showed up was extremely professional, very nice, and repaired my outdoor water leak and he even fixed my clogged up kitchen faucet as we were talking about the pipe leak outside. LOL2 weeks later I had another major pipe leak in my irrigation system and again they sent a young man out within just an hour of me calling them.Lance Maxwell plumbing is now permanently in my contact list in case I should ever need them again.     We recently hired Lance Maxwell Plumbing for a simple garbage disposal. After a quick diagnostic, it was determined the existing disposal was shot and needed to be replaced. Our plumber (Marshall) didn’t have a unit in his truck but we were scheduled two days later. Marshall was the plumber who showed up for this job. He arrived slightly after the window but he made an effort to let me know when he was on his way. Let me add that I used to use Roto Rooter for my pool, plumbing, and even a broken faucet that needed to be replaced. I happened to find Lance Maxwell Plumbing in 2018 and they have been lifesavers. Marshall & Max left and we thought everything was good; however, the line wasnt quite completely cleared. I called and spoke to April, she advised that Marshall and Max werent able to come back as they were on a different side of town, but that someone would be there. Corey and Adrian came...     Very good service, and costs are extremely fair. First time calling them, I knew for sure that the kitchen floor would have to be jackhammered to get to the sewer line. They came up with another plan and rerouted my sewer line instead. Saved me a ton on money.Just had them install a water softener for me yesterday. So glad I called them. When I do my own plumbing, its 5 trips to home depot. When they do it, its done right the first time. Cant believe I wasted so much time in my early years doing stuff myself. As it is said the third try is a charm. Corey explained the rates for the job I needed. As he was the on call tech I chose to wait another 30 minutes and call the office as well as save some money. Everyone was very professional. I was told they could possibly have someone to me between 1 and 3 pm. I received a call at 1230pm telling me technicians where in route. Dustin arrived at 1pm as promised. He and his assistant where very professional. They unclogged my line and cleaned up in under 30min. Thank you to these folks. I will definitely be reaching them first if I ever have any other plumbing needs. The rate I paid was actually very fare as well. Well worth the call in my opinion.

    Had a main drain clogged requiring snaking to clear. I called several other companies and they were ether to busy to get to us or wanted a small fortune to come out on the weekend. I was able to get in contact with the service technician Jacob directly answering the call to Lance Maxwell Plumbing. He was able to come out right away. They were reasonably priced and could come out within an hour or two. Very clean cut professional young man, Jacob had us un-clogged in very little time and also provided us with a military discount. Loved this company. Highly recommend.

    Jacob Clouthier of Lance Maxwell provided my household with incredibly professional service to clear a clogged line that started to backup our washing machine drain. He found an error in the way the kitchen sink pipes were ran, and fixed that as well! I would definitely recommend their service! Even with a busy schedule they schedule me for the next day after I called!

    My son, John, had some leaks under his Kitchen Sink and his Bathroom Vanity, which his insurance company wanted a licensed plumber to inspect and repair. I went to Maxwell Plumbing for help, the girls there listened to my problem and set me up with an appointment, right away. The Plumber showed up on time and quickly solved all of our problems. I will certainly call them again for any plumbing problems I have.

    I had an emergency plumbing issue that required the emergency water shut off valve to be repaired. I called Lance Plumbing and they were able to send someone first thing in the morning.     All of my toilets and tubs stopped draining Saturday night. The next day Marshall with Lance Maxwell plumbing came out and cleared my drain line. Very clean cut guy with an amazing vocabulary.     I recently purchased a new dishwasher from a local DIY big box store. The installer came to the house and promptly told me he cannot install the unit since the remote shut off valve had a plastic handle and I required a plumber to change out the valve to a “chrome” handle type. (?) I called Lance Maxwell plumbing and explained my predicament and within two hours Jacob and his assistant arrived, looked at my valve and said nothing was wrong with it and proceeded to install my new dishwasher to absolute perfection. Also I requested they install a new kitchen sink faucet I had previously purchased. I cannot recommend Lance Maxwell highly enough. Professional, courteous, and always making certain the installation is to the owner’s satisfaction. My suggestion is if you are going to purchase a major appliance from a DIY store, call Lance Maxwell Plumbing first and see if they can do the installation. It may cost a bit more, but you will have the comfortable feeling of having the job done right!
