Our dryer hasnt been drying clothes well so we called a air vent cleaner and several other vendors to come and look into our dryer and the vent and we even eventually got a new dryer but nothing worked and nobody could find the issue or fix it.But Joseph and Edwin came and looked into the issue very professionally and came up with a solution and finally the issue was solved and our dryer works now!Super happy with the result and everything was done professionally and in great detail and Joseph and Edwin were so considerate and nice as well! Highly recommend not just for plumbing but for air vent issues as well.

What is not to say about Moffett. Very informative, helpful and gave different options. Vince was excellent and provided detailed insight to the process and the situation. Would like to also recognize Jo Moffett who came to oversee, Christian, Miguel and his partner whom I’m sorry I forgot his name and Edwin. Re-piping, jetting, chaining, fixing our drain hole. Thank you Miguel for your hard work in digging and taking great care in chaining our drain. I know was a dirty and meticulous job. Trusted you the minute you assured me you would take care of it and you knew what you were doing.Would like to give a recommendation for Vince he is very professional and honest. After several years, my newer water heater started making some bubbling and other noises indicating that it needed to be flushed and checked. I had heard some good things about Moffett Plumbing and was not disappointed by the plumber they sent out to help us.Joseph was very professional, courteous, and made sure the work area was kept clean. He checked out our system and started work to flush and check out the system.He clearly answered my questions and shared some issues with the heater. I did not feel any pressure, and chose to go with replacing the anode as he recommended.After the work was done, he made sure everything was working properly before he left.The job was done as well as I could expect. We’re happy to give both Joseph and Moffett Plumbing five stars!

Brian,Tanner were excellent helpers for us. They were very professional and friendly as well. They spent time we needed to understand and went to work to assess our leak. They were very efficient and explained what needed to be done. They started working the next day, finding the leaks doing the replumbing. Today the patchers came and it looks great. Vincent was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my toilet problem, an easy fix, and didn’t charge me (the plumber I called first wanted to charge over $600 for unnecessary work). Vincent then went around the house, inside and out, taking care of leaks and other plumbing issues. Also, I had been putting off installing a Toto Washlett toilet seat for months. Vincent installed it for me for their usual fee. Vincent’s assistant for the day, Edwin, was also very helpful.

Tayler and apprentice Nolen did an excellent job. They replaced my leaking kitchen faucet, my rusting garbage disposal, all the old rusting pipes under the sink, replaced the rusting water valves, replaced the drain assembly, and even installed a bigger drain pipe. They even did me a favor and disconnected my old dishwasher because I will be in the process of demoing part of my kitchen for some water damaged wood and drywall. After all the installation was done, then they tested everything before leaving. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend them and Moffett Plumbing & Air.

Vince & Alberto with Moffett Plumbing were AWESOME!! I can’t say enough great things about the work that they’ve done. They’re friendly, polite, professional and explained everything to me so that I could understand. They also took the time when my husband came home mid-job to explain things to him as well. We had a strong smell from inside the kitchen cabinets for the last few years on and off and worse when warm outside. I finally got fed up and looked around online and found sewer smoke testing (which is never even heard of) for my area and we were dispatched Vince & Alberto with Moffett Plumbing and I couldn’t have asked for better guys for the job. I’d never heard of the plumbing company prior to today and they’re the diamond in the rough of companies it seems. They were prompt, professional, and took their time to make sure the issue was completely resolved from the moment they walked through the door. We’ll be using Moffett Plumbibg again and asking for a Vince and Alberto should we ever need to in the future as well as recommending them both to friends and family.

Jessica, the dispatcher called to let me know that Rudy, the plumbing technician, was on his way. He was on time and was so cleanly (shoe covers, gloves, face mask).I had a clogged drain in my dishwasher that was starting to emit a foul odor. He laid down a rug and proceeded to fix the problem efficiently. He noticed that my sink faucet was wobbly too so he tightened it for me, free of charge.After Rudy fixed the clog, he cleaned under the sink and the area around the dishwasher until it was spotless. He wrote an invoice with exactly what he had done and went over the straightforward pricing guide with me.I would highly recommend Moffett Plumbing & Air! In fact, I wont use anyone else!!!

Exceptional service! I called Moffett Plumbing after reading so many great reviews on various social media sites. I was not disappointed. Vincent and his apprentice came to our home to replace our garabage disosal. From the minute they came into my home, they had the biggest smiles and were so kind. We haven’t had good experience with contractors and I had let them know that. They both went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the work they would be doing before they started. I never once felt I was being upsold. Might I add I have never had anyone do work in my home who was so clean and detailed every step of the way. If you need a plumber ask for Vincent. Mr. Ortiz was very competent and capable, professional, respectful and warm and friendly. (He told me all about taking his 5-year-old Son fishing with joy and pride on his face.)Mr. Ortiz suggested that I purchase a surge protector for my AC Unit. With much confidence in him, I got the surge protector. Literally 30 minutes later, the power went off and on in my neighborhood 3 times.The surge protector saved my AC unit. Without it, my system would have become incapacitated.I was so happy with Moffett Plumbing and Air that I joined their Family Plan for less than $20 per month.I am now a preferred client with many benefits and peace of mind.I wholeheartedly recommend Moffett Plumbing and Air.

I called Moffett Plumbing because I had an ongoing problem in a 6 unit Multifamily residence. Tenants complained about a smell of sewer. I hired several plumbers to come and try to solve the problem, but none of them could point out to the problem and therefore a solution. Some suggested a very expensive and complicated test in order to try to figure it out. Tayler from Moffett was wonderful, she inspected to detailed and found the source of the problem. I had problems with my water softener so after reading reviews I called Moffet Plumbing (on a Sunday). They sent Brian out the following day (this wasnt an emergency). Brian arrived a few minutes early and waited for the appointed time to come to the door. He was professional and courteous and quickly resolved the issue plus gave me some terrific tips regarding the maintenance of the softener. I complained about how heavy and awkward it was for me to get the bags into the trunk of my car and then into the garage and then pouring them into the tank. Again he had more ideas on how to make it easier. I appreciated this most of all.

I called Moffett after seeing a lot of great reviews online. Jorge and Alberto arrived on time. My u it was blowing air but it wasn’t cold air. They got to work and within seconds realized that it was just a power issue and proceeded to replace my fuse. I was under the impression that it may have needed a Freon service, but they were very honest and quick and had me up and running in 15 minutes. They were very professional and courteous.

Our air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year and Moffett was there to help. Frank Ortiz was our wonderful technician. He was able to successfully assess the problem and get our air conditioning working again. He was friendly, polite, professional, and respectful. This is our 3rd call to Moffett. Techs Steve and Steven came out to provide annual service/cleaning. Due to construction and other issues at our home, our AC/Furnace system was barely used but a mess with dust and dirt. We needed a duct cleaning, and it was reccommended that we have a hepa filter/ionizer thingy to help keep our air safe as far as indoor air quality. Moffett does NOT dissapoint when it comes to communication, service calls, or technician arrival within appointment times. The service techs are respectful, honest and safe.I dont think we will ever use another company, they set the bar pretry high as far as quality, communication and service.I only have ONE gripe or suggestion.... the prices can be a bit high, especially when part of the monthly program. I think it would be a better areangement for the company to offer a larger discount for loyal customers and for first responders. That is my only desire as far as the compan, goes.If you want quality work.... with knowledgeable techs... MOFFETT will NOT dissapoint!

We found him to be friendly, personable, knowledgeable and eager to help us find the root of our problem...which ultimately was roots in one of our main drain lines. He showed me the camera view of the root problem and precisely where it was located. The initial visit and scoping of the pipes was at a very reasonably price. The estimate for repair was pricey, but I know it is quite a process to have to jack-hammer the cement to get to the pipe, and Im more apt to go with a company like this, as I felt very comfortable with Brians professionalism and straight forward approach. Two months ago our hot water stopped working/flowing so we initially called our trusted journeyman plumber Mr. Bobby Tieu who is employed by Clean Out Kings Plumbing to investigate and fix the concern. Mr. Tieu deferred our family to Rinnai manufacturers 800 number so our warranty would NOT be VOID. I called two other certified Rinnai plumbing services who specialized in Rinnai water heaters but they did NOT honor PPE’s as our family members have cancer and are at risk for Covid complications.When I called Moffett P & A, I was greeted with professionalism. I spoke with Jennifer who scheduled our family within 24 hours and communicated with us via text/email REAL TIME so someone could be home let Brian in to service our tankless water heater. She also put us on a cancellation list and we were serviced earlier due to a cancellation. The afternoon Brain arrived to service our Rinnai Tankless water heater it was over 96 degrees and our Rinnai tankless water heater was outside and four floors up. Brian came prepared, with a smile, and ready to work. His staff texted real time with ETA confirmations. Unfortunately our warranty didn’t cover labor but it did cover the part that needed to be ordered. The pricing was FAIR. We even bought the family plan for maintenance and ti extend our Rinnai warranty.It took three days from start to finish to diagnosis, order, receive/inspect the faulty Rinnai part and install.Thank you Brian for your professionalism and attention to details!

But overall, the work was completed, and we had water in the house by evening. Overall time it took two days, 2 p.m. to the next day 7 p.m.

Im always nervous to try a new plumbing organization. Ive had some fairly bad experiences. But a Google search suggested this organization and I gave them a call. We talked through the issue with the drain from my washing machine and in no time he had it diagnosed. Before he began work, he gave me the quote and I knew what I was in for before he started. We had an bi-annual inspection for our plumbing scheduled , and a few days ago I noticed what sounded like sprinklers going off, but we didn’t have any going off. Brian and Sam arrived on time as scheduled and I approached them about it and immediately they went to work identified the issue, Did do a repair and then completed the inspection of our house. They found corrosion in areas that we had not been able to see. They were very reasonable, respectful, not pushy and efficient and we had water heater installed and the pinhole leak and a wall pipe patched up. I am very grateful to them as although it was a sweltering day. They never complained , and explained everything as we went along. I never felt talked down too. Very grateful to have professional tradespeople available to me.

I received immediate assistance, regarding a septic tank issue, via the Chat on their website. I was able to explain issue and set up an appointment for a few days later, as it was not an emergency. On the appointed day, I received a text stating the arrival time and a phone call. The technicians, Vincent, and Samuel were great. Very pleasant and neat with their procedures. They explained all charges prior to work (no surprises).They completed a very thorough inspection and had called their supervisor, while there, to begin the process of presenting my options. I have an older home that had long ago been connected to city sewer, but apparently the septic tank was not properly abandoned (collapsed and filled in). If you find a sinkhole in your front yard, like I did, this may be your problem. Give Moffett Plumbing a call.

I like the fact that there are options offered for your plumbing repair. The plumbing technicians are always courteous, friendly and always diligent. You can see that they take pride in their work. What an amazingly good experience. I had a wonderful, polite and extremely professional plumber named Nate come to help me with my water heater problem. I had been having burner problems for 6 months and couldnt handle it any longer. After his diagnosis and upon his advise that I agreed completely with I thought it best to go with a new water heater. He in no way pressured me into anything and agreed to do whatever I felt comfortable with. He sat me up with a great water heater at a fair and reasonable price. He removed the old one and installed the new one. His work was meticulous and very professional, I could tell he takes pride in his work. I could not be happier and will definitely be a repeat customer, I will make a point to ask for Nate each time. Thanks to Nate and Moffett Plumbing for a job well done.

I took advantage of the training program and couldn’t be happier. I had an annoying leak under my sink, not a lot of water but enough to let me know something wasn’t right. I called and was given a one hour window for my appointment! They arrived on the earlier side of the one hour window. They set up mats to keep my home clean. They introduced themselves, Vince as the apprentice and Scott as his teacher. Vince listened to the information I had, then quickly diagnosed the issue. Explained what it was thoroughly and went to the truck to get the parts needed. They returned and gave me the estimate and began work. Vince worked carefully and while Scott made small talk with me, he never took his eyes off Vince and gave him hints and corrections where needed. They made the whole process fun and enjoyable. They cleaned up after and even offered to return the items under the sink for me. I was very happy with my experience and would happily recommend Moffett Plumbing.

Since there wasn’t any related problem with the new water heater, he spent time around our 1/2 acre and 3500 SF home to find the leak source. Amazingly, Scott found the leak source at our rear property bathroom toilet. The service & professionalism by Scott (Detective Plumber) is second to none. I had a great experience with Moffett plumbing. Brandon, my plumber, was on time, polite and got the job done well. We just moved into a new (used) home and the shower drain was really clogged with A Lot of hair! The drain was filling up within seconds. He had to use a very deep snake and kept at it until everything ran clear. He was conscientious about keeping my home clean as he wore booties and picked up after himself. Overall a great experience.

Brian and Joe were fantastic!!! We had a real emergency which was close to impacting our businesss ability to operate and these guys really came through for us. With a short timeline, they performed a major repair within 24 hours so we could get up and running again. I called Tom Moffett after We had a clog in our office and one week after a competitor had previously worked on the drain. The competitor charged $1800 for a service that Tom Moffett charged me $450 for. I was pretty hot but really liked Tom Moffets price. Our service man Rudy and his manager Kevin both came out. They were professional, well groomed, articulate, knowledgeable, and appropriate. They scoped/put a camera down our drain, And performed a auguring service. They even gave us an additional quote for some correction of infrastructural plumbing that should’ve been handled by whoever built the building but they gave us a good deal on that as well. Simple point Rudy was great, cordial, and engaging. I would use these guys and will be using these guys again! Thank you gentlemen for being honest and straightforward!
