The whole team at Toro is great. John came over quickly to diagnose the issues my boiler and radiator system were having. Melissa quickly fit me into the schedule and made sure I was taken care of. Joe did amazing work on my boiler and was willing to walk me through every step, so I understood the work that was being done and answered every question I had with care and patience. I highly recommend.

Toro was great! They come on time and were easy to engage. Very communicative. Honest feedback on the work we needed done and were really fair on pricing. Our house is older, and that is apparently a sweet spot for them, which is awesome. They came in to do routine seasonal maintenance on our boiler, and went above and beyond to address issues before the became bigger problems down the road. Toro will be our go-to from now on, for sure!

Before our appointment day came, our boiler went off. I Called to see if they could make an emergency visit. One of the service guys called right back, and walked me through a simple fix on the phone: turns out one of my kids flipped the red switch. Point is, they were comfortingly responsive. And always do a great job cleaning my boiler.

Toro Plumbing and Mechanical is great to work with. Our booster pump failed and we had a small flood, which required turning water off the house. We called and had a bypass within a few hours and a new pump expertly installed a few days later. The whole company is expert, professional, and friendly.

Toro Plumbing is amazing! Saved me more than once, as recently as this past Sunday when my house didnt have water due to a corroded toilet valve. Joe the tech came in and resolved the issue in about 5 minutes. Toro is always responsive and helpful and I cant say enough about Joe - knowledgeable, personable - so request him when you place a service call!

Toro installed two tankless water heaters at my home. They did an excellent job with the installation and had great communication about the product and next steps. When a follow up was needed (nothing to do with their work), they came out right away and remedied the situation. I highly recommend them!

Edited to add this on 1/8/25:Somewhere miraculous happened yesterday that I want to share in addition to the comments below. Yesterday I went to the boiler to check the water level and was absolutely shocked to see that the sight glass was completely clear. The jet pressure washing service took place on November 20th and here we are 7 weeks later and the glass is still clear. This is unheard of with my boiler and is definitely the result of what Joe did with his jet. I cant recommend these folks highly enough. Great people who know their stuff.Edited 1/5/25:Just want to add that Joe came out to perform my Winter service in December 2024 and this time I took him up on his suggestion to use a power to clean out the boiler. Logic would have it that cleaning it using a jet would get all of the muck out and allow the boiler to heat the water fare more efficiently. Well after a month and the arrival of the new gas bill I can safely say that Joe was right. Not only did we use less than last year adjusted for temperature variations, but there is no doubt that we are getting steam to the radiators much faster. Everything just seems to be working perfectly ever since he did this additional service. I would encourage anyone using Toro for maintenance to take this extra step. Its not going to cost much more but can surely save you money on the energy bill.I have used John and Dave for years and these guys are the absolute best. Years ago they came to my home and solved decades of pile on plumbing mistakes made by people who had no clue how steam systems work. John and Dave took the time to find every single piping error and fix them.Now that I am in essentially maintenance mode, I call Toro for annual service on my system and I know that when they leave I have nothing to worry about for the heating season.In fact, Joe just left my home and the interaction was excellent as usual. He told me point by point how the boiler was, what they did and recommended some boiler sediment cleaning for next year - something that will save me on energy costs. I look forward to my annual call to the office for scheduling my service appointment for 2024...No one reading these reviews should have any second thoughts about using Toro.They. Are. Fabulous.
