Richard was the best plumber Ive ever worked with. My hot water wasnt working, he came the same day I called him and helped me diagnose the problem. This particular water heater had parts that were no longer sold by the manufacturer, so Richard called his own suppliers and found aftermarket parts for me to help fix my water heater instead of replacing the entire unit.He was very communicative during the entire process, and was reasonably priced relative to the amount of work and effort he went to make sure my problem was solved.Will definitely be using him in the future and would recommend him for anyone who needs any of their plumbing taken care of.

If you like a job done by someone who knowledgeable, hardworking, passionate, and great at their craft - Richard / RLP Pluming is who you want! Had a leak in my bathroom and he made it work to come by the same day to diagnose (everyone else I called needed to schedule the following week). Turned out that it was a slab leak, which is not fun... Richard explained every step of the process to me and told me what he expected to see. The man knows his stuff, right on point with everything - down to what insurance is going to want/cover.The quote/bill was incredibly reasonable, especially knowing that Richard had to jackhammer through my foundation, haul out all the concrete, then patch the concrete - on top of the plumbing work. End of the day he also replaced my toilet mount without asking for anything and left my house and bathroom spotless.I will definitely be calling Richard for any future plumbing needs.

Im very happy.Update: Richard is still as good as he was 5 years ago when I left this review. Since our initial meeting, Richard has down several jobs for us including two showers. Weve also started using Richard exclusively for our commercial work in Springfield. He is the only plumber weve found who takes the time to do it right.We will continue to hire Richard.

Richard is easily the most pleasant and professional plumber Ive had the pleasure of working with. When my hot water heater died on me, I gave Richard a call. Even though I called him after hours, he quickly started working on things and was at my house at 8AM the very next day to install a brand new water heater (which works like a dream). I hope I dont have any more urgent plumbing needs in my future, but if I do, Im definitely calling Richard. Thank you!!!

We highly recommend RLP Plumbing, LLC. Richard came out when he said he would, determined the scope of work and gave us a quote. He advised he would be back the next morning to start work at 9am and he was here early. He removed the section of sewer line that needed repair, replaced it and covered it back up making sure we were aware of everything he was doing along the way. He did a great job. Thanks Richard

I broke the water line going into my house. I picked RLP Plumbing off the internet and hoped for the best. What I got was a true professional who cared about my situation. Richard was at my house within 2 hours with all the materials needed for the repair, even a bag of concrete to patch the hole he had to make in my house. I couldnt have been more impressed or pleased with the job. Fair prices, outstanding work. Definitely passing his name and business out to friends.

Richard is great! Weve called twice and he responded properly and was able to make repairs the same day. He repaired a leak in our bathroom and a leak in our irrigation system. The irrigation system leak was substantial causing us to incur a water bill of over $600 from Clay County utility. Richard is extremely professional and has thorough knowledge and experience in his trade. He explained the issues plainly. His rates are spot on considering all he does, i.e. digging up the yard and putting it back together for irrigation repairs. We would definitely call him again and recommend him to everyone!

We called Richard when we had a slab leak, he showed up quick, was very nice and explained what might be the cause and what could be done to fix it. At first we thought we would have to cut through the concrete floor and cost thousands to fix it. But Richard did some great detective work and figured out the leak was on the egde of the slab, so all we had to do was dig a hole under the edge of the slab to fix the pipe instead of calling a leak detection company and cutting through the floor. So he saved us thousands. He repaired the pipe very fast and professionally, and taught me a few things for if it ever happens again. Ill be calling Rlp Plumbing for all our plumbing needs from now on and would recommend Richard to anyone if they need a good plumber.

My wife and I recently moved into the area and had a problem with our shower constantly running. At first I thought it was something easy like the cartridge but unfortunately after replacing it myself the problem persisted, meaning there was more damage inside. Im a DIY kind of guy but for the bigger jobs I use the pros, and thats what Richard is. Called me back same day and showed up later that week with everything he needed for the job. He even gave me some tips and noticed some things around the house (such as exposed pipes outside needing insulation). He is the kind of plumber who wants to do it right and keep you a customer for life, rather than do it cheaply or try to cut costs. Easy 5 star review, I recommend him to anyone in the area who needs plumbing work done right and who doesnt want to spend an arm and a leg for someone who is slow and charges by the hour.

My Disposal sprung a leak and I went online to check out recommendations throughout the Oakleaf community. RLP Plumbing seemed to have come up a number of times, so I placed a call. I left a message and it was returned and we set up an appointment. Within hours of the initial call, I was leaking no more! Very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and relatively reasonably priced. Will definitely use Mr. Polinskys services in the future.

Ive had great experience each time Ive had Richard work at my office. I found him online when the pipes in one of our bathrooms was making sounds and another plumber had told us this was normal, which I knew was not. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue that day. I have since called him on two other occasions for other issues, one of them being an emergency busted pipe, which was pretty scary. Even though it was very last minute, he came right away and immediately fixed the issue. Very professional, honest, experienced and reasonably priced, which is rare to find. I would trust him with a referral to a friend or business partner and hes our go-to with any issues.

One of the best plumbing experiences Ive had in a very long time. I was helping out a family member who has a house in Jacksonville try to find an honest and reliable plumber in Orange Park. I started searching Google reviews from Orlando Florida and found Richard. He came out within a day or so and found what for other plumbers could not find which was the true source of the leak in a downstairs bathroom. We had quotes from others ranging from $1,500 up to $3,500, which was absolutely ridiculous. Richard found the problem and for under $300 got it all fixed. He is a true professional and the first person I would recommend for plumbing needs in the Orange Park Florida area. I wish he was closer to Orlando so I could use them down here.

Im a G.C. and I met Richard when I was in a bind. I was tearing out a load bearing wall, and ran into a major situation. The original builder decided to use this load bearing wall holding up two stories as a chase wall for the upstairs plumbing. A major no no and definitely not to code. Within this wall there were (2) 3 inch drain pipes, (4) 1/2 inch water supply lines, and a 1 inch gas supply line.I had 2 of my regular plumbing contractors come out and tell me there was nothing to be done in the time frame I needed it done and for the price I needed done for. I took a chance and looked online and found Richard. We spoke and he was there quickly after finishing up a previous job in the day.After several minutes of him looking and asking questions, he had a plan which pleased the engineer and would bring the house to code.Richard was there the next day when he said he would with all the materials he needed (no wasted trips to the supply store for things he forgot) for the job.He had gotten all 7 lines re-routed into the ceiling and to the specs of the engineer and codes. And out of my way so i could put in a proper header in just 6 hours. INCREDIBLE JOB!!!!! FAIRLY PRICED!!!!! I have used Richard several more times since then and have not been let down or disappointed yet. And have never gotten any negatived feed back from any clients or other G.C.s i have referred Richard too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RLP PLUMBING SERVICES!!!!!!
