Awesome service. Jacob was super personable, thorough and informative. After clearing the mainline and having his supervisor scan the root cause of back up, he waived the $50 drain unclogging fee and gave us a free estimate for future use which will solve the longterm issue. 5 star to both he and his supervisor George who came in with the camera scan. Would recommend to friends!

Gustavo was my assigned technician. He was great from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. Very kind human being. Daniel, the supervisor, was very knowledgeable and kind as well. Although my pocket is hurting from the extensive repair they had to do to my drain pipes, I trust they did the job correctly, not cutting any corners…would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend these guys. Juan our technician arrived earlier than expected. He conducted himself professionally and with courtesy and respect ! He was very knowledgeable and informative !Also, the Hydro Jet guys were timely and efficient and Sam, the supervisor who used the “ scope “ was polite, professional and patient ! Good team of guys and a very good all round experience !

George from Rooter Man Plumbing is, hands down, the BEST professional plumber weve EVER HAD! He was timely, honest and straightforward. He gave us a fair estimate after he thoroughly surveyed everything, and took photos of all the work before repair and after it was completed. We had a major plumbing emergency repair needed during a crisis period in our lives--my mother was at home and in hospice in what would turn out to be the last hours of her life, and the problem was directly beneath the bedroom where she lay. George was compassionate and exceptionally kind and considerate regarding my mothers condition and towards our entire family. A pleasant experience during one of the hardest in my life.

Jose arrived on time on Sunday morning as promised. Additionally, it happened to be mothers day. He was highly professional from the start. The entire sewer line had to be replaced because of an old cardboard like system that was in place. Johnny the supervisor arrived shortly after to evaluate. They explained three process to us in a easy manner that was easy to understand. Once the team arrived with the hydraulic tugger the entire crew was very efficient in what they did. It was quite a projectOnce complete with the repairs, Jose and company back filled the holes and even replanted the rose bush and reset three disturbed pavers.They were awesome!!! We definitely recommend Rooter Man and will certainly use them in the future.

I had a new sewer line installed 6 years ago by RMP. I experienced a back up and called RMP to investigate. They sent a technician to inspect and fix the problem (waste build up). In addition they sent a supervisor to examine the pipe and recommend a complete clean out of the pipe. I have a complete peace of mind that the sewer pipe is in good working condition and that RMP will be there when I need them.

Rooter Man just did a pretty large job on our home. Dan was the gentleman that oversaw our repairs. Both him and his colleagues were awesome. It’s always difficult when you’re in a position where you have a large plumbing disaster but these guys did everything they could to save us money. They’re reasonable with their pricing and honest. They were actually very fast as well and finished a day ahead of plan. Dan even let our dogs back in the house after a late night that they were working on the house. Highly recommend these guys. With our old house, I’m sure we’ll be needing them in the future. They also responded to our initial call very quickly!

Contacted Rooter Man to come out after I had horrible service with Roto Rooter and I’m so happy I found them! First off Roto Rooter sucks and their crooks! One of their plumbers came out for a clogged toilet, was only here for about 2 mins if that, did absolutely nothing, told me I would need to take the toilet out of the floor in order to get it unclogged and quoted me $685! I told him thanks but no thanks! He then proceeded to tell me no one else was going to be able to do the job and left. I was furious because he didn’t even try to do anything first before jumping to $685! And when I say nothing I Mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not even a plunger or snake! I then called Rooter man and they couldn’t have anyone come out till the next morning which was understandable since it was already toward the evening of Sunday. Next day comes Rooter Man shows up on time and the Plumber is RALPH. He came in asked what happened, assessed the situation, and got right to work giving suggestions on what could be done. He went out got a tool and BOOM! Toilet was unclogged! All in a matter of 2 mins! He checked to make sure it flushed and checked the shower as well and everything was back up and running. Ralph was really cool, down to earth and helpful! He explained what everything was and explained how he was going to fix it! I appreciate Ralph and Rooter Man for exceptional service! Needless to say my total ended up being only $125 as opposed to $685 that idiot tried to charge me! Thanks again Ralph and Rooter Man!
