    We had a water line break outside of our house between the water main and the house. GNG had a young man out to fix it as soon as a plumber was available. What a great guy. Fixed the issue and checked all faucets in the house. I would give 10 stars to this company!

    I’ve been buying products from GNG for over 10 years, but never have I had the need for any home repair, as I’m a handyman, and able to handle most repairs myself. But when I was unable to find the problem with my septic grinder operation, I contacted the good folks at GNG Plumbing. They were so accommodating on a Friday, and quickly sent a repairman out for service. Kudos to Jayden! This young man promptly found the problem’s quickly. It should be known, this repairman is very knowledgeable, respectful, honest and professional. He communicates well, and offers great solutions. I have officially made Jayden, my guy for repairs. Also I’d like to give GNG, (as a company), and Tony, 5-stars, for always treating me better than the competition.

    My hose bib cracked during the freeze. I walked in and had a retired architect take me immediately to the right section and help me find not just the right part, but a ball valve with a heavier casting.If I went to the Big Box stores, I could have saved a nickel after driving an extra 15 minutes and if I was lucky a poorly stocked part might be on the upper shelves.How much of your life do you want to spend screwing around trying to find the right part? Make it easy on yourself and go to GNG first.

Very good idea.They sent two people out to check on my situation late on a Friday afternoon. They were experienced in their analysis of the issue. I asked questions and they were very courteous with the explanations. They worked late and ensured the issues were solved. They cleaned up after the work.I’m very satisfied and highly recommended GNG Plumbing and will use them if I have plumbing issues in the future.     I called at lunch today because I thought my water heater was leaking. GNG sent Lance out at 3pm to check it. He found a small water leak in the ceiling that was running down the wall. He repaired it right then. He was very nice and good at his job.

    We were familiar with GNG because we see them out in the condos up and down the beach. We had used them at work because our Boss prefers them.When we had an issue at our home, we called and they sent Lance out. He was on time, knowledgeable, and overall a great guy. I would consider him a friend now and recommend him and GNG to anyone who needs plumbing service.When someone takes pride in what they do, it shows.     This is my first time using GNG and I am totally impressed with their prompt, professional service! I live out of town and contacted them to repair a toilet leak reported to me by my snowbirds. The service tech called me when he found the problem to offer two options to remedy the situation. Afterwards I received an e-mail with before and after photos of the problem and the repair.
