Jeremy was phenomenal. I am a single parent and I have had the hardest time finding reliable people with quality work. Jeremy went above and beyond the plumbing task at hand. He gave me insightful recommendations and referrals to other excellent contractors. He showed a passion for his work and interest in having satisfied customers. Whats more, he came on a busy holiday Friday at the end of the day, and kept me up to date on his arrival time. I highly recommend the plumbing and heating services of JDH Plumbing & Heating.

JDH Plumbing and Heating were recommended to me by many residents in my town. Each spoke highly of their own experience with them so I contacted them to repair my leaky kitchen sink.I was not disappointed. Great customer service and reliable. My appointment was scheduled for the next day after I called. From the time I booked the appointment to their arrival, they kept me informed as to when I should expect them and actually showed up a bit earlier. Besides being prompt the job was done in a short time and they cleaned up afterwards not leaving any mess for me to clean. Both Jeremy and his help Anthony were friendly and polite.I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues in the future and will recommend their services to anyone looking for a plumber.

I called Jeremy on a Saturday regarding a leak from my first floor bathroom to my basement bathroom. He was able to come out the next day on Sunday morning to assess the situation. He provided me with an easy and no-cost idea to try on my own first to see if it solves the issue. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I am glad to finally have a plumber that I can rely on in the future, and I would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Having just finished two bathroom remodels and hiring JDH Plumbing to do my rough out plumbing and then back again to do the finishing plumbing fixture stuff was a pleasant experience. I gave JDH plumbing 5 stars because thats all I could. Id give them 10 if that was an option. I called JDH on a Sunday night because of a leaking kitchen faucet that resulted in water all over my kitchen floor. I got a return call/text almost immediately with directions on how to stop the leak, and was put on the schedule the next day! My problems disappeared in 10 minutes after they walked in my door. Unbelievable customer service!

After having previously dealt with 2 of the larger plumbing outfits in the area, it was a true blessing to find JDH Plumbing. The level of honesty, professionalism, timeliness cannot be matched. JDH went above and beyond to evaluate my issue, get the needed replacement unit, and install the unit. And on a Saturday no less! JDH communicated with me throughout the process, updated me on the schedule and arrived exactly when they said they would. The job timeline and pricing were exactly as described—no delays, no hidden fees, no exorbitant, unfounded labor charges. JDH Plumbing and Heating is THE best plumbing service I have ever used. Jeremy and crew are the consummate professionals and they are there when they say they will be. Their pricing is fair and the crew is completely trustworthy. They replaced a water main from the street into our house. Once they had the materials they had it done in 30 minutes with no leaks and we had water back to the house. I could not recommend them more highly.

Jeremy is legit the best! He came out and fixed both my issues !!! Two separate issues at the same time is the worst. I tried to fix them both myself and failed. He was able to schedule me next day as our shower wasn’t working and all these “big name” companies couldn’t come out for like a week. Small business is always the way to go!
