These guys are awesome. Woke up to a flooded garage caused by a leaking water heater. Called them and Bo came over and diagnosed the issue right away. He explained everything in detail about getting our new kitchen faucet. We asked if we could buy the actual faucet through them and he said yes and showed us a lot of options. Had a definite cold water concrete slab leak but we were charged more than double from original estimate after they ran our new cold water PEX lines directly from our front yard bib to the heater just to find out only hot water was coming out of the faucets. One water bib inside garage was also leaking which was not replaced causing us to go to hardware store for 2 hours to find the correct connection the day after they finished both jobs (should have went to Ace). 4 stars for the workers that came out on Thanksgiving Day to run our all new cold water pipes and the best warranty I’ve ever seen. Christian S was also extremely fast, knowledgeable and meticulous about cleaning up debris from carpet even after we told him he didn’t need to as he only came to only install the PEX line first day. Thank you.

They were honest and upfront. They were the second plumber I had come out to look at my sink. The first guy didn’t even bother to look at my sink or crawl under the house. He made a lot of assumptions about the job without even checking things out!!Dimitri tried to work things out for me nice and easy. Turned out that wasn’t going to be the case, but he put forth the effort. I will need a lot of work done, but trust them with the job before I would trust the other guy I called out!!

He was super thorough and answered all my questions, and made sure to check for any leaks before heading off. All in all after he picked up his supplies from, he was here maybe an hour total and my old gas valve was replaced with the proper new fitting. Since it was out of warranty and not repairable, they arranged for a replacement quickly. Alex came out with an helper and had the job completed in about an hour. I called do it right since we had just moved in and I didnt have the tools to take apart the sink. At first Do It Right was a bit busy to finally get to me. But when they did Christian finally arrived. He got the ring out in about 5 min or less. And was extremely helpful honest and good to work with. I will be calling them in the future Id I need help with any plumbing problems.

He took a quick look and said it would be no problem to fix. He changed both water supply valves and hoses, installed a new faucet and changed out my old p-trap. He is a perfectionist and spent about 30 minutes cleaning up. I would not hesitate to ask for Brandon again.

Our guy, Gunnar, was extremely friendly, informative, and patient with my 88-year-old dad who is hard of hearing. The main reason he came was to check our water heater. He ended up replacing the whole thing. He also fixed one of our toilets, which was leaky. He stayed until after dark and didnt rush through, like others may have done. He explained that hed rather do it right than rush and have to come back. He gave us a really great deal, which I am confident, will lead to a good ongoing relationship for future problems. I explained that my wife and I will consider, so I am not presently OKing the complete estimate.I want to see a complete estimate, which at this time shows 2 Angle Stop valves, when the job calls for 4 as there are 2 sinks that are to be serviced.* I will upgrade my service rating upon receipt of estimates that include the breakdowns & are numerically correct.

Everyone I spoke to or met was professional, pleasant and efficient. It felt as though the customer service professionals and dispatcher answered the phones with smiles on their faces, they were that friendly and willing to help. Estevan did an excellent job, wore boot covers and gloves, and asked if I wanted him to wear a mask before he came in, which was so appreciated. We had several things we needed done. The manager, Scott, came out the day before the work was done, explained everything he saw really needed to be done, and gave us a quote. Estevan was able to do the bulk of the work in one day. I was so pleased with the work he did, and his amazing attitude. I would highly recommend this company.

It started with a leak in our wood floors. We called Do It Right Plumbers, and they responded the same morning. We met with Dylan who assessed the problem, and took immediate action to stop the water from continuing to leak. Dylan gave us a fair range of options and based on his explanation we felt comfortable deciding that a whole house repipe was needed. He scheduled the work right away. Then, it took only one day to complete the repiping and a second day to repair the drywall, which was unbelievably quick and great for us! The whole problem was fixed within four days of discovering the leak. And, our overall plumbing is noticeably more efficient than before. We highly recommend Do It Right Plumbers for their quick response, plumbing expertise to fix the leak problem in a complete way.

I had a break in my water main, leaking about a half-gallon per minute (720 gallons/day). By the time the water company inspector left, it was almost noon and still I had to find a plumber. Do It Right Plumbers scheduled me for immediate service, and Dakota was at my home that same afternoon. He restored the water service to my home, while bypassing the water main. This stopped the leak and allowed me and my family to go on with our day as if there was no water main problem. He explained my options, and gave me exact prices. A lot of digging was needed, there were complications, and extra labor and hours were needed because the burst pipe was underneath the sidewalk. All of the dirt was shoveled on to protective tarps. When the water needed to be shut off, the down times were really brief. When everything was done, Dakota had not only replaced the water main, but also the water pressure regulator, the hose faucet, and all of the connections and valves. Then he replaced all of the dirt, re-planted the shrubs that had been removed during the job, and left the area looking as if nothing had happened. As for the final price, it was very fair, and exactly as he had quoted---not a penny more!I had a water main break before, and I remember how disruptive, expensive and stressful the last job was. Dakota really took a lot of the pain out of this latest ordeal. As hard as Dakota worked on the job, he worked equally hard to make this job as easy on me and my family as possible. If any future plumbing needs arise, I will be calling Do It Right Plumbers.

On a Tuesday morning, I called for help replacing a garbage disposal and within a half hour they had a pro at my door. Dakota was knowledgeable, personable, and did a thorough job. He also pointed out some potential problems with the angle stops under the sink (corrosion and calcium buildup) and quoted me a fair price to replace everything. I never imagined that just a few hours later my longstanding plumbing problems would be solved. Water heater starter-pilot was going out all the time. Prior to Derek at Do it Plumber coming to my house, I had a different appointment from another plumbing company. I was told to spend 6K to get a new water heater and transfer the water heater to a different loacation outside my house.When Derek came to my house, he was assessing the possible problem why my water heater is not working properly. I could tell hes very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what hes trying to do to diagnose the problem. He started by noticing the panel is dusty and cleaning it. He also noticed that the sensor is dusty. He gave me different scenarios, options, and quotes. However, hes able to fix the problem and get my water heater working properly without spending a fortune. I only spend $200 plus as opposed to $6K (quoted by another plumber from another company). I was a bit familiar with Angies list so I decided to go this route because I knew it would allow me to find multiple options in an area near me. I applied for 4 free quotes and Do it Right Plumbers called me within seconds to address my request. I spoke to a very kind and helpful woman who set me up for an appointment. I received a text that let me know who and what to expect the day of the appointment. When Darryl arrived, I recognized him because I had his picture in the text message. He arrived with help and thanks to that, they were able to work on multiple tasks during the same time. They were here for about an hour, and they fixed a clog in the kitchen, replaced a pipe in a bathroom sink, replaced a faucet, and they even adjusted some minor things in the other bathroom. Darryl didnt charge me for those adjustments, that was cool of his part. They were professional, on time, and had a good sense of humor as well. Darryl showed me what the issues were and gave me tips on prevention and maintenance. I paid with a credit card, so I didnt need cash, that made it very convenient. Positive experience here; I recommend these guys with no hesitation.

We have a fairly extensive yard drain system that drain both to the front and back of our property. One was totally blocked and the rest need a lot of help drain when it rained hard; that is partially blocked. Buddy gave me an estimate of what it would cost to hydro jet the drains and properly clean them which a snake would not do. The price was high, but with a little coaching got the price to a reasonable level. Started about 1 hours later, and had all the drains cleaned and running like new within about 3 hours. some even ran better than they had in years. Todays rains proved that they all worked, and it was worth the cost and peace of mind.

Do It Right always does it right! Every member of their office staff who I spoke to was friendly and responsive. When the plumber was on her way, I received a text with a link with a constantly updating ETA and location - no waiting around for a four-hour window like I’ve experienced with some other companies. Riaunna was friendly and professional, took her time to diagnose the issue, and offered me solutions at a variety of price points and levels of work required! The work was completed quickly and cleanly. I have had other plumbing repairs done by Do It Right in the past and I trust their service, quality, and integrity every time.

I went to Angie’s list to find credible plumbing experts. Do It Right Plumbers came up according to my entry screening and they were the first to call me. Firstly, I was impressed, no shocked, because they called me and not the other way around. We negotiated a workable timeframe and indicated my time was valuable and I did not have to wait around for them, they would call and tell me when the service man would be showing up between 60 and 90 minutes. They then sent me a picture of the person, Landon Smith, that would come help me and that was a security measure I was really impressed by. Landon was an extreme professional and his attire was clean and so impressive. His personality was polite, reassuring, considerate and he assured me he would not leave until the plumbing problem was taken care of. This meant so much to me as I am a widow and needed a truthful person. Landon Smith, I plan to hire again for another problematic sink issue I have.

Ryan came out to my parents house to unclog a drain. I also wanted to have the house jetted. Upon camera inspection he noticed that the drain has roots growing in it. Instead of jetting the house and causing more damage, he suggest just snaking the house for now. He also gave us options for replacing the broken drain pipe or repiping the entire drain. He also informed me of a clay pipe starting to go bad where it connects to the city. He gave us an idea of what a serious repair like that will cost when it eventually fails. He wasnt pushy about any of the services and did an awesome job with the service he did provide. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Hi. Our technician was very pleasant and we love how he gave us notice before he came. He fixed the problems all is working well so far. That work is rated 5 stars. But... he did not clean toilet bowl after he was done fixing it and it was messy due the fecal/pee that sat there for 30 hours. He fixed the hair clog in the sink but did not dispose of the stinky hair mass. You did not come on the day you were to come and you texted that u were sorry that you could not come but stated you would give a discount but my husband stated he did not see a discount. So for those reason I am giving you a 4 star rating. Thanks!
